We instructed Spanish Life Properties for the sale of our blue top apartment in January 2025, at the same time we had viewed a villa to purchase with Spanish Life Properties too, therefore using their services for the sale and a purchase of a villa in La Marquesa Golf. I have to say from start to finish I cannot recommend this company enough, especially Neil the estate agent who works for this company. Neil really went over and above for us on the sale and on the purchase. He genuinely cares about his clients and we found him to be very a honest guy, professional and who just goes out of his way to get a sale completed on your property. When viewing various villas he was honest and upfront about each villa which this is very rare for an estate agent. We put our complete trust in Neil from start to finish and he didn't let us down whatsoever. He gave us some great advice etc. Even to the purchase of our villa, our apartment sale completed on a different day, therefore we had furniture from our apartment sale to be put in to the villa we were buying, he had organised for us to have the keys to the villa before it had completed, which we were very grateful for, no problem or issue was too much trouble for Neil. Neil is a credit to that business! If we ever sell our villa in the future, which I don't intend to I would defenitley use Spanish Life Properties again. 10 out of 10 from us!

We knew finding a villa in Spain would be difficult with me being in a wheelchair! Spanish Life Properties came highly recommend by friends, who'd used their services twice previously. The guy from there that helped us was called Neil. He was truly amazing. He fully understood our requirements and went over and above to help find our villa. After looking at a number of Properties he finally found us 'the property'. Looked into if we were allowed a pool, showed us how everything worked. Gave us excellent advice all round! He never got fed up when I asked for extra viewings and always found the time to take us back for them as Neil said it's a massive decision and youve got to make sure that its the right one. We can't rate this company and the guys highly enough. They certainly endeavour to tick everything on your wish list. Highly, highly recommend. Don't hesitate to go there 1st!

We listed/sold our villa with Spanish life and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in spain. After the first few viewings where I had to message and ask how they had gone Mark was very good at keeping us informed of any feedback from the viewers, they also work with other agents so your property goes out to other countries/people that wouldn’t necessarily see it ! Overall a positive experience for us and I recommended them to our neighbours whose villa they also sold !

Estate agents what are they like. Well that what I thought but if you are going to sell a house then you need to engage with one. Spanish life were easy to use, responsive and there when you need a question answered. A quick call and a representative made an appointment. Explained everything clearly. We had made our mind up to sell but there ws no pressure, just take your time make sure you are happy to go ahead. We were kept in the loop when the viewings happened. The offer clearly explained. Assisted with questions regarding legal representation, financial brokers etc. They also helped with the final stages where our buyers needed help to move quickly by talking to all parties to make a workable solution to a tight timetable. Told everything along the route to sell and then followed up to ask if everything went to plan. Open, honest, easy to deal with. Don't tell anyone but maybe Estate Agents are actually human. The negative - It spoilt all my estate agent jokes. Top notch for buying and selling in this part of Spain.

Mark and Kellie were excellent when we sold our property with them. We were particularly impressed with the presentation, which included very professional photographs. The property was sold very quickly, although the final completion took longer because of the buyer's particular requests, but Mark was instrumental in sorting all their needs.

After looking at thousands online and narrowing it down to like twenty we found our dream forever home on their site. I pinged them a question and got a very quick response. Kellie happily arranged for a facetime call from the property. 40 minutes later our mind was made up. We put a retaining fee in then struggled with flights to come out and see it with our own eyes. 3 cancelled flights later we finally got out. House was even better than expected. 10% down and it's ours. Mark is basically a one stop shop between them and local lawyer they sorted everything out for us in no time. We now get our keys in September Couldn't fault them, plenty of communication Delighted with their friendly helpful service 👌
