He llamado para interesarme por una propiedad y al saber que soy residente Canario ni me devolvieron la llamada, tras insistir solo pusieron problemas por que la vivienda estaba alquilada y no podía visitarla. Pero finalmente llama una amiga extranjera interesándose por la misma propiedad y se organizo la visita de inmediato. Una vergüenza que sucedan estas cosas, debería existir mas respaldo judicial ante este tipo de racismo hacia el residente Canario. Y luego hablan de turismofobia...

TOP accommodation. We can recommend Sea Breeze 100%. The location is quiet and yet the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The complex is well maintained, everything is clean and the pool is a dream (no chlorinated water, but probably an imperceptible salt solution - super pleasant). Our apartment had everything we needed (WiFi, TV, dishes, microwave, etc.). The reception was always friendly and helpful. Security is very important. The parking facilities are very good, we always found a space in front of the complex so that we were only 20 meters away from the entrance. The evening sun with a view of the sea made every day an experience - we'll be back!

Finger weg davon! Erschreckend unseriöse Makler. Als Käufer würde ich absolut abraten sich der Firma zu wenden, es sei denn man hat Geld zu verschwenden und den zu verschenken. Selbst wen man bereit ist den Preis zu zahlen was in der Annonce steht, anstatt das offizielle Angebot dem Eigentümer weiterzuleiten und damit den Kauf-Prozess zu beenden teilt die Firma diese Information ABSICHTLICH anderen Interessenten zu und damit veranlassen eine Versteigerung zwischen den potenziellen Käufern....was bis zum mehreren tausende von Euro Preiserhõung führt. Mit der lãcherliche Ausrede dass, Sie verpflichtet sind dem Eigentümer den höchste Preis anzubieten... Absurd und grotesk ! Das ist Pur Spekulation auf Kosten des Käufers. Sehr enttäuscht mit dem niedrigen Profesisonalitätsniveau, wenn man davon Huberhaupt reden kann.....

Dear Mr. Lontani We understand your frustration at not being able to buy the property you wanted. However, we do not accept your accusation that we did anything unprofessional. The owner of the property decides whether to sell, to whom, and at what price. They are not obliged to sell even if the published price is offered. In fact, the obligation to sell is only contracted once the owner signs a contract of option to purchase. In this particular case there were two people simultaneously interested in buying the property and you were duly informed of this by your real estate consultant Leonor. She explained to you that the other interested person could make a higher offer than yours and that it would be up to the owner of the property to decide which one to accept. My relationship with Cardenas started back in 2017 with Nathalie who helped me find a long-term rental . I was doing this from another country ,and while this can be difficult , Nathalie made the process easy. She was always available by phone or email to answer any questions. The attention to customer service continued when I moved here. If there were any issues with the property , I would contact Nathalie who would promptly look into the matter. So when I was planning to relocate to another part of the island , I once again enlisted Nathalie's help in finding another rental. Thank you Nathalie for all your help over the past 5 years When I popped into the office one day & told Nathalie I was hoping to purchase a property she introduced me to Leonor & my property hunt began. With the help of the Cardenas team, Lucy, Leonor and Mehdi I found my dream property. Thank you Lucy for always looking after me when I stopped by your office with questions. Muy buena agencia donde cuidan todos los detalles tanto con el cliente como con el vendedor. En mi caso, Leonor que es la persona que gestiono mi compra, es una muy buena profesional. Ich habe einen Bungalow in Playa del Ingles (Sun Club) gekauft. Cardena - insb. Leonor Martin - war unfassbar hilfreich. Sie hat mich im gesamten Prozess toll begleitet! Der Kauf war nicht einfach, es mussten noch Belastungen der Vorbesitzerin aus dem Grundbuch ausgetragen werden und meine spanische Bank hatte auch Fragen. Leonor hat mich an jeder Stelle toll unterstützt, war gefühlt rund um die Uhr erreichbar und immer auf und an meiner Seite. Am Ende sind wir nach über 5 Monaten zu einem guten Ergebnis gekommen, das hätte ich ohne die Unterstützung von Leonor nicht geschafft, hier hat der Einsatz eines Maklers mal richtig Sinn gemacht.
