Die Betreuung des sehr Jungen deutschen Herrn war ok. Er war wenn auch noch sehr unerfahren stets bemüht alles richtig zu machen. Das war auch soweit ok. Nur hat uns niemand vor dem Abschluss erklärt das diese so angepriesen 999 Euro an Kosten. Beide Seiten bezahlen müssen. Normal bezahlt in Spanien immer der Verkäufer die maklerprofision. Bei 5 real estate kommt kurz vor dem Verkauf plötzlich auch zum Käufer eine Rechnung mit ebenfalls 999 Euro plus Steuer Es geht dann erst weiter mit Notar ect wenn die 999 Euro plus Steuer bezahlt sind. Das war eine Frechheit. Wir haben hier in spanien bereits 2 Häuser gekauft und verkauft aber das ist uns noch nicht passiert. Bei Nachfrage warum wir ebenfalls diese 999 Euro bezahlen müssen und warum uns das nicht gesagt wurde kam als Antwort man hätte dies uns gesagt. Was nicht stimmt. Wir haben das Haus trotzdem gekauft weil wir es gerne wollten Für den Verkäufer ist das eine tolle Sache bezahlt er nur egal wie teuer das Haus ist diese 999 Euro plus Steuer für die Vermittlung. Aner der Käufer der sonst diese Kosten nicht hat der muss diese koste zzgl alle weiteren Kosten auch bezahlen. Das ist für uns nicht ok gewesen.

5 star service from these guys and I would have no hesitation in recommending them! From initial contact with Claire Herrera at La Zenia office everything ran smoothly, Dan F the photographer made the house look so good that we nearly bought it back again. We used My Lawyer is Spain for the conveyancing using Laura Albors who was great right through to Currencies Direct for the monetary transfer. Bought a property in Torrevieja using 5 RealEstate. They helped me from start to finish. It was very close to a one on one service I experienced with them. I was looking for a property gave them a list of what I wanted and they called as soon as they thought they had a property with all my wishes. It was a guy called Graham who looked after me and he was there whenever I had a question. Super nice guy very professional but it was almost like dealing with a friend. He was a great help and together with his team at 5 Real Estate made everything easy. This month I listed my property with 5 Real Estate to Sell because of the great service I had buying and once again it could not have gone better, faster or smoother. They sold it for me in 3 days Audrey Pritchard was a lovely Irish lady that sold it for me and was super helpful, she made everything so easy for me. . Clair Herrera, and Lara Jimenez were 5 real estate’s legal team I used their service for complication, in 4 weeks everything was completed and I could not be happier. 10 out of 10 from me I would recommend them to anyone. We did find communication not so good as being with a local estate agent on the Urbanisation as do prefer being able to talk to people face to face & so many people were involved in the sale of our property. Where do I start, this was the first time we had purchased a property in spain and like many not sure what to expect , rest assured using 5 real estates makes this straight forward , from the beginning until the end including fees you know where you stand .as soon as the process started they set up a whatsapp group ,which make things so easy to communicate and very prompt replys .JOHN sales agent is so knowledgeable regarding properties areas and what's about such a lovely bloke,although he has a job to do he's become a friend and nothing is too much trouble . We were wary of using a fixed price agent to sell our house near Guardamar, how could they compete with the bigger agents at such a price? But we really shouldn't have worried. Excellent communication with extremely quick responses. (Loved the WhatsApp group) I would definitely use them again and hope to in the future. I would happily recommend them to anyone. I used 5 Real Estate to sell my property in Torrevieja ,Costa Blanca. From day 1 I received fantastic, prompt, professional service from all the staff I spoke with. There was never any pressure at all and advice was always at the end of the phone even out of office hours. 5 Real Estate also provided me with a solicitor who was second to none and provided a great service whilst acting with Power of Attorney for me during the sale. The whole process was so easy + stress free, a fabulous company with approachable ,knowledgeable friendly staff. I would highly recommend using 5 Real Estate for buying and selling and they were by far thousands of Euros cheaper than any other agent in the area .

Very pleased how quickly everything came to a conclusion when purchasing a property. If I had any queries or things I wasn't too sure about, my questions were answered very quickly and the service went beyond the norm, like for instance, when I was met at the property personally and the keys were handed to me. A very flexible and communicative team. My designated agent left prior to completion and another was quickly assigned (to hand over the keys!). Should I purchase again - or sell, I'll definitely use 5RE as their fixed rate policy is very clear and economical . We bought a smaller property, but if you were buying a higher value property you would save mega bucks! All in all a good experience.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency of 5 Real Estate. It was our first time using a fixed fee sales agent and we wondered if the service would be less personal then the traditional estate agents. From the first contact to the final completion of the sale we had instant access to real staff who were knowledgeable and responsive. The initial photos and details were excellent and the International marketing on several web sites resulted in the house being sold at full asking price in 4 days. The contacts with local solicitors and surveyors smoothed the process of the sale and everyone involved was kept in contact using a closed Whats App group which I found very helpful. Traditional estate agents will face strong competition from this new system. The sale was completed in 8 weeks. The Sales Agent fee was a fraction of what the Traditional agents were quoting and the service in my opinion was actually better.

It sold within 4 weeks of listing and completed 4 weeks later, the team was very professional and the law firm appointed to me Dead-Legal was excellent . We used 5 real estate in Quesada to sell our house and we couldn’t be more happy with the service. Because we live in the UK we had to rely on the estate agents to communicate with us. We can honestly say that Jamie and Kirsty were exceptional. We had feed back from viewings sent on email and when we sold they handed over to their admin team Who were also thorough and proactive ensuring that the whole process was expedient, easy and smooth. We used their suggested solicitor who was also excellent. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure that we were fully informed of each stage. We would thoroughly recommend 5 real estate and would certainly use them again should we be in the position of selling.

I would reiterate everything Karen Bevan has said. Excellent professional service without the hard sell. All staff were friendly and prompt in everything they did for us. I would use them again should I decide to buy again. As an aside I would suggest a list of architects be given to clients to source the relevant certificates (habitación & EEC) because the fees vary quite a lot.

Jamie & Kirsty were extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing our Spanish Villa. Both Jamie & Kirsty's excellent knowledge of the housing market, our requirements and local area ensured we were quickly notified of suitable properties. The experience was hassle free and both Jamie & Kirsty, along with Andrew in their head office went above and beyond to ensure all of our queries were dealt with promptly. Communication was excellent and we were informed of updates each step of the way. Buying a property in Spain can be extremely daunting but we couldn't have been in safer hands. Kirsty and Jamie are totally professional. The photos Jamie took of our property were first class and Kirsty's attention to detail in the office made everything run smoothly. Listed for two weeks offer accepted completed in 6 weeks. Brilliant service from a lovely hard working couple with a great price why would anyone go elsewhere.

Very professional and caring and very friendly company . Easy to contact. We had viewings of our property as soon as it listed. The photographs of our apartment where very professional. Jamie is very affable and engaging a pleasure to deal with.

We decided to sell our house after almost 18 years as a holiday home in Benimar. We were in the UK and contacted Jamie who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. The fees are very reasonable saving us a lot of money and the whole process was dealt with very efficiently with regular contact throughout. We used their recommended firm of solicitors who are not in house and are independent. Their service and fees were also excellent. We sold our property very quickly and would highly recommend 5 real Estate and very glad we chose them. Our thanks to everyone involved for taking the stress out of the sale.

Well just 3 1/2 months ago (23 Nov 2020) i decided to put my apartment up for sale with Five in Quesada, Alicante. I am very happy to say that today i sold at a very good price and feel very lucky at this time. A huge thankyou to both Jamie n Kirsty for looking out for me and doing their utmost to promote my apt and explaining everything clear and simple. I highly recommend Five for their one to one service, honesty and excellent realistic fees. I felt completely relaxed and stress free during the whole time, thankyou again guys, much appreciated.
