Petra Hönig

The valuation of my apartment was most surprising, and I am very pleased to say that Alex at Petra Honig achieved a very result.

Exceptional Service and Support from Petra Honig—Highly Recommend Lillana! We recently completed our property purchase in Ciudad Quesada with Petra Honig, and we were absolutely delighted with the level of service provided. While the whole team was professional, we must give a special, heartfelt mention to our agent, Lillana. She was truly outstanding throughout the entire process. Lillana was not only incredibly helpful and very polite, but she also consistently went out of her way to assist us with queries and logistics that made the often-stressful buying journey feel smooth and enjoyable. Her dedication exceeded all our expectations. If you are thinking of buying property in the Ciudad Quesada area, we highly recommend asking for Lillana. Her commitment and professionalism make her a phenomenal estate agent. Thank you, Lillana, for making our purchase a success!

We have had such a positive experience with the team and especially Liliana Every step explained along the way and even when we hit a couple of hurdles they were overcome without too much stress Would highly recommend thank you for making our journey a good one! Tracey and Tom xx

20 years ago we purchased our house from Petra Honig in Quesada. Because of the incredible professional service we received the decision was made to sell the property with them. Sadly I lost my husband and felt I needed to use someone I could trust 100%. I cannot begin to reiterate how kind, helpful and professional they were, they sorted out and helped me through every step of the way, the procedure was so straightforward and completely stress free thanks to Jason, Sam and Isabelle. I really do recommend this team. Thank you so much lovely people x

Verry bad agency, verry bad service ,they take verry long time to sell your property to compare with other agencies and the market ,keep more fee than usual and it take long time to get your monney (nearly 10 month between give at the agencie and get money)

We were first introduced to Petra Honig as we were considering selling our current property and looking around at what was available. They do have one of the prime spots in Cuidad Quesada so well placed for both buying and selling. Liliana Ekbali took details of what we were looking for and quickly shortlisted 5 properties for us to see, arranged viewings and accompanied us on the viewings. Lili explained everything througout the process and answered all our questions. She is a great communicator and very knowledgable. On the third viewing we quckly realised this was the property for us and Lili submitted our offer which was accepted. The team from Petra Honig quickly sorted contracts and our deposit was paid. We went back to England as we are not resident in Spain and Liliana kept us up to date by Whattsapp. The purchase was completed with the professionalim we expected and we were very happy with the whole process. We then had to sell our current Villa which was up for sale with another agency but we were not getting many viewings or feedback from those viewings. We moved our property for sale across to Petra Honig and the viewings commeced almost immediatley, the property was sold within 6o days and completed within 90 days. Again Liliana kept us up to date by Whattsapp as we were not in Spain during the sale. It has been a great experience dealing with the team at Petra Honig and we would like to thank everyone in the team and in particular Liliana Ekbali for the great service we have received throughout the process.

we can not thank you enough for all your help very professional and you dealt with any problems we had absolutely fantastic service many thanks

Great service Alex was very helpful with my sale no problems well recommended to use again , quick & trouble free .

Just purchased our new home with Lillianna, fantastic service from start to finish and she was absolutely going to find us the right house! Also Lourdes our solicitor has been fabulous too. Would recommend Petra Hönig.

We dealt with Lilliana when looking for our new home. She more than pulled out all the stops to find us the right house. She took us to view several properties and was always pleasant, professional & upbeat. Lilliana was a delight to deal with & definitely an asset to Petra Honig. We couldn't thank her or recommend her highly enough. Patricia & Les

We spent the past 12 months looking for our villa in Quesada and with the Help of Sam in Petra Honig we managed to find it and completed the purchase recently. We had a very specific search criteria and finding the property wasn't easy but we always found Sam to determined , very polite and helpful at all times. Thank you Sam.

Lilliana was amazing .So helpful & sold my property within 6 weeks. Nothing was too much trouble for her .She exceeded in her professionalism & dedication & is a credit to Petra honig. She was extremely helpful with everything from start to finish & I would highly recommend her , her colleagues & the company . Thank you .

Some people recommended cheaper real estate agents with lower commissions, but I chose Petra Honig—and it was the best decision I could have made. While others underestimated the value of my home, Liliana from Petra Honig saw its true potential. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, she sold it for much more than I expected. If you’re choosing an agent, don’t just go for the cheapest option—go for someone who’s truly committed to getting you the best result. Petra Honig took the time, never pressured me to drop the price, and delivered outstanding results. They’re not just in it for a quick sale—they’re in it to get you the right price. Highly recommended!

Hola, buenas tardes.

I would like to thank Alexander Chao for the great help. Very profesional. Great company since many years, great service, can highly recommend Petra Hönig. Alex thank you again for always answering all of my question and always been a great help. everything went smoothly from the start. Absolutly love my new apartment Can highly recommend the whole team.

Through the whole process I found the team at Petra Honig to be very helpful and professional. Nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend using this company. Many thanks to everyone, especially Jason, Isabel and Petra

Alex is amazing. Couldn’t help enough. No sales pressure and a genuinely nice guy. After seeing properties with other estate agents in the area, this was the best for us. Any questions (and we had a few) was never an issue and answered very quick. Alex made this process super easy for us and a fun experience.

I'd like to ask you to thank Mr Alexandre Chao, he is a great credit to your company Petra, and I totally appreciated the time he spent with me explaining and helping the process of selling a home in Spain so much less stressful. He went above and beyond to help me and I cannot thank him enough. His work needs recognizing, and above and beyond that, his worth to the company is invaluable.. Fantastic service, I honestly don't know how I would of managed to tie up loose ends in Spain without his / your help. I'd just like to say a massive thank you. Keep up the good work Alex. Your doing it right!

We are very happy about service provided by Lily and her colleagues from Petra Honig Quesada office. Great communication and personal approach. Lily found perfect house for my mom very quickly and help us to successfuly complete all steps of purchase, so my mom was able to move in as soon as possible.

We have just purchased a property from petra honig in cuidad quesada ,it was a very difficult purchase to be honest and one we would quite happy of walk away from but our agent sam made it so much easier he was always at the end of the phone and he even replied to us out of office hours as well .we would highly recommend sam to be your go to agent .

Thx Alex and team to make the buying and selling of my property so easy! You took care of everything. Professionals!

We very much recommend Petra Hönig and Patrick van Wijk as business partners in real estate.

Super Service, Immer ansprechbar…. Fühlten uns hervorragend betreut! Ganz besonderen Dank an Robert Hönig!

Nice people, good service

We recently had Alex Chao from Quesada office helping us to purchase a home they were selling. Alex was extremely helpful in all aspects of the sale and any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally. Would recommend this agency to anyone looking to sell or buy their home. Sam and Winnie

Nada recomendables.

Extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area.

difficult to assess as they often don't pick up the phone and when you finally get hold of some they don't call back

We were very fortunate it was Petra Honig dealing with the sale of the house we wanted. Everything went smoothly from the start. We dealt with the same person throughout, Alex, whose polite service was excellent. We genuinely can't find any fault, although everytime we met Alex it was raining and I'm sure he blamed us. Five stars without a doubt.

Very fast process sold and completed in less than 4 weeks. Great service. Thank you

Thanks to liliana,my property purchase went through brilliantly

cannot recommend this company highly enough was worried at first as you here horror story's about moving to Spain but this company made it so simple and smooth from Starr to finish especially the agent Russell who kept us informed every step of the way and was on hand all the time with information if we needed so if your thinking of moving to Spain these are the guys to do it with

Petra Honig have recently sold my apartment in Quesada The agent was Alex Chao. Very friendly and kept me informed on progress ref viewings and sale My only complaint is the amount of fees they charge but overall happy with the service they provided

Always great to deal with petra Honig. Bought several properties through Alex at Petra's. Always professional and courteous.

Our villa purchase has completed through Petra Honig .Quesada office . I would just like to give personally a huge praise for Lilliana .. she was amazing throughout the whole process and went out of her way to meet us for viewings .. was prompt with any questions that needed answering and very informative cannot Thankyou enough Lilliana 🥰 we love our new home 🏠

We bought a property through Petra Honig, and received great service from Liliana and her colleagues. Very professional and everything ran incredibly smoothly. Thank you Liliana and Isabel.

Great service from Liliana and her colleagues who made the purchase of our new home in Rojales easy, quick and straightforward. Helpful information and understanding of the need to change appointments around at short notice on occasion. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Villa in Spain using Petra Honig, Alex was my agent and throughout the whole process he was on hand to help me when needed. Fantastic service thank you

A very helpful and professional estate agency who delt with all matters in the sale of my property in Spain I would also like to give a special thanks to Lili and Loli for their support in the whole process. I would recommend Petra Honig to anyone for buying or selling a property.

Lily from Petra Honig helped us sell our villa in Quesada. We were unable to get to Spain to do this, so she guided us every step of the way. We cannot thank her enough for making it so easy for us. The whole process took exactly two months, so much quicker than in the UK!

We had Liliana from the Quesada office as out agent. She was professional and very honest, pleasant and kept us informed of everything. She facilated us to do a second viewing on a Saturday which was extremely helpful for us. We would highly recommend her and Petre Honig as a company .

Gut. Übersichtlich. Wenn ihr einen Filmer braucht für Immobilienvideos. Call me!

Dishonest

Be carefull, they are very strange in dealing and ask money who is in no case refundable when you reserve, even when the pappers from the property not ok they refuse to pay back your reservation. So better and more honnest brokers in Quesada, avoid them!!!

Amazing service from Alex and lilli, nothing to much trouble and very professional ,faultless Petra honig .

Alex was fab from start to finish helping us purchase our lovely holiday home! He helped the process run smoothly and quickly xx

Really pleased with the service kept us up to date and kept persevering to tie the sale up. Alex in particularly dealt with us efficiently and being in the business myself I was particularly keen to make sure it all went smoothly. Well done really pleased.

Alex was professional yet friendly and selling within the first few days of the property going on the market can't be faulted!

Klare Empfehlung.

a big thank you to Lili for her great work and especially her patience! top agency correct from start to finish

We had a great experience with Alex at Petra Honig - he took care of our sale whilst we were in the UK - we would highly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👏👏

The service Petra Honig offer is excellent 👌 from start to finish 💯 per cent they look after everything Alex was so good his attention to detail so good I was actually saying 😀 leave me alone Alex ,best rates in Quesada also cause I shopped around .Don't look any further than Petra Honig you won't be disappointed 100 per cent ...

Busquen otra inmobiliaria.

Très efficaces, vente rapide et bien gérée. Merci à Liliana et Loli

We used Petra Hönig and Lilliana as our real estate agent. Everything was done in good shape and order. Good communication and information troughout the whole process. Would use them again. 5 star

Alex just helped me purchase my very first house and he was great! It went through extremely quick and he was there to give me all the info I needed in a time that felt very overwhelming for me! Thanks Alex for helping me purchase my first home!

Liliana was very helpful. Always replied to my messages quickly.

Many thanks to Alex from Petra Honing.Very friendly and professional service, always ready to help and easy to get to him , really appreciate his advice and support. Big thank you to Alex.

Gracias

Bought a house through Petra Honig, Quesada office, and they were very helpful from start to finish. Liliana was our main contact, and guided us through the process brilliantly.

We had visited other estate agents before Petra Honig but as soon as we walked in and met Robert Schultz we knew this agent was right for us. From a good valuation, to viewing arrangements and good communications throughout, to final completion, we cannot find fault. We have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

If you’re looking for real estate in Spain look everywhere elsewhere than Petra Honig as a real estate agent.. They would love to get a hold on your money, but after a purchase you’ll experience no help whatsoever. And if they scammed you, as they usually do, they have absolutely no interest of helping you out or solve problems they have created. We Bought from Robert in Ciudad Quesada, the house we bought was Petra Honigs own real estate, they have worked hard to hide all the faults with the estate, the garden, the pool and everything else.. Biggest scam ever. Stay away from this company!! There are plenty of good real estate agents in this town - no reason to pick this company as your “professional” real estate agent.

We used Petra Honig to buy our house 12 years ago, and used them again to sell. Also each year they completed our tax too. Very friendly and professional service from a great team! Big thank you to Jason, Petra, Loli, Robert and especially Alex who helped throughout the sales process! 10/10

Moeilijke zoek functie Veel aanbod

Personnel compétant, à l'écoute. Bon conseil.

Highly recommend this agency. Our agent Liliana was quick, super nice, professional and always available during our purchase and viewing of the house. And we had so many questions as it was our first house in Spain. We live now in Quesada and we love it.

LAMEnTABLE

Very helpful staff..

Petra Hönig's team and Alex especially made buying our first property very easy. Everything run very smoothly and quickly from start to finish, they were an absolute godsend. I would highly recommend them, very knowledgeable and made the whole experience stress free.

Alex was a really great help from start to finish when buying our new property. If a property was not suitable, he looked for alternatives that fitted our brief. Then he found us our perfect home! Alex is a true professional . He would always answer my messages and I could rely on him 100% . A huge THANK YOU to him for helping us.

We just bought a house, sold from Alexandre Chao in Petra Honing. Great service and quick email og phone respond everytime. And you could feel that he cared about the costumer... I can surely recommend Petra Honing and Alexandre Chao if buying or selling a home in Spain.

Had a great few house viewings through Petra Honig, where Lili was a very good listener to our new home requirements. All in all very responsive via Emails and or WhatsApp. Would recommend Petra Honig.

Fabulous service, quick, efficient and very friendly and helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else to help with property and Notary needs and advice. Thank you

Maison

We put our villa with them over a year and a half ago never any communicating and not one person came to see today we removed it from them not found them helpful and always had to call them at one point I was told we weren't on there books but the they found us

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to Petra Honig estate agency in Ciudad Quesada for their professional support and efficiency in dealing with the purchase of my villa. In particular I would like to thank Liliane for all her kindness and understanding during difficult moments. She was of the utmost assistance from beginning to closure. Liliane is a great asset and representative of this agency. I wish her every success in her career. Many thanks also to Isabel for her legal services, expertise and kindness. I highly recommend Petra Honig estate agency to find your dream home or to sell your property in Spain.

Sold my property within 16 hours and all went along very quickly & efficiently, but has now come to a complete stop as we try to get the monies they held back, they refuse to answer any email sent to them,as a pensioner it has been a very stressful period

Alex sold our villa for us within a few weeks of it being advertised with them.Good communication throughout the whole experiance as we are based in UK. kept up to date with all the viewings and feedback.Last minute hitch at the end was sorted no problem. Many thanks

Property listed and sold within 1 week. Sold and completed in 2 months thanks to Alex who was really helpful in achieving this time line. Alex has always answered our questions by email or phone promptly.

We were served by Liliana at the Office of Petra Honig. She has gone the extra mile at the service she has given us. We are very happy with our New home here in Spain. We absolutely can recomend Lili in your search of a New house.

Lili helped me to find perfect house to me. She had answer to all my questions. If she did not answer she asked and told me. It was pleasure to buy from Petra Höning and specially from Lily. She is Young professional.

Immer wieder gerne.

Be careful not to trust. Cuidado no fiarse. Be careful, they keep the customers' money.

VOLEUR! ILS MENTENT! ILS VENDENT VOTRE BIEN ET VOUS DONNE UN CHÈQUE, ENSUITE ILS FONT OPPOSITION A CE CHÈQUE!!! ILS ME DOIVENT DE L ARGENT ET NE PRENNENT PAS LA PEINE DE RÉPONDRE À MES MAILS !!!! NE FAITES PAS CONFIANCE A CES MENTEURS!!!

Sale of our property went through 2 years ago. We have still not received the 3% retention back and Petra Honig are not being helpful with this matter. Has anyone else had this problem? How many months should it take to get this money returned? I believe 3% interest should be paid if the money is not returned within a year? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

My mum's property was on the market with another agency for over four months with no feedback. Then I met liliana. She gave me a different but fair valuation so I decided to go ahead. Within four hours and without even listing or photographing the property she rang me with a prospective buyer. Her advice and guidance was invaluable given that everything happened so quickly and that I was selling my parents home of twenty years. I would highly recommend petra honig Estate agency, moreover liliana who is an excellent honest and helpful agent

We have just completed the sale of our house in Quesada through Petra Honig. The initial valuation and subsequent follow-ups were handled by Alex Chao, who was professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. Our listing, complete with professional photographs and video, were up on the internet within a few days and we had our first viewing shortly afterwards. Thank you Alex for your great service.

Great selection of properties available in a wide variety of locations. I saw a property online and sent a message to Petra Honig which was answered within 5 minutes by Liliana. She was very helpful in answering my questions prior to the viewing. At the viewing Liliana was again very helpful and did everything she could to get the information that I needed during the viewing. I did purchase the property and although the process was quicker than I anticipated it was much better for me in the end. Throughout the process Liliana was friendly, helpful, efficient and professional and I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response to any query I had. If Liliana didn't know the information I needed she knew exactly where to get the answers and passed them straight on to me as quickly as possible. Overall, a very good service and a refreshing change from some of the other local estate agents I have dealt with.

After being let down by others, we just walked in and met Kelly. Not only did she showed us a number of properties, but she helped us get the one we wanted, not a straight forward purchase. She has overseen the entire process and made it easy for us as we were abroad. She is a professional and we were very lucky to work with her. Thank you 👍

Selling Your Villa, use Petra Honig and ask for Alex, very efficient, friendly and will do his best for you, good man to have on your side

Vielen Dank

Very happy with all Petra honig services with buying my property in Spain , especially with alex who is a excellent professional at his job , understanding and very helpful thanks alex for your brilliant work.

SELLERS BEWARE - I was interested in viewing two properties, with the view to purchasing one. I am a cash buyer. I emailed Petra Honig 2 or 3 times to arrange viewings and didn't get ANY response whatsoever (not even an acknowledgement). It was only when I sent a 'complaining' email, did I finally get a response. It seems this company does not want to sell properties - MY ADVICE IS - SELLERS GO ELSEWHERE.

Completamente recomendable!!

Will never deal direct. As staff do not tell the truth, and try an trick you in to deposits and contract, and the manager backed them up.

I cannot praise petra honig highly enough with our buying process. Alex could not do enough for us and went above and beyond to make things as smooth as possible. Helping in areas out of his remit.

Alex was very attentive at all times and really went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. We are very happy with him and would recommend PH to everyone

Dealt with Alex very professional and helpful 👍

We have just both sold and bought a new property with Alex at Petra Honig and it only took a few months to conclude. Everything went very smoothly and Alex took the stress out of it all. He was very easy to deal with and always answered my messages straight away. Thank you Alex and everyone at Petra Honig - we are so excited for our new house!

We collected the keys to our apartment today and would like to thank Alex and the team at Petra Honig for all their help. The purchase went smoothly and Alex kept us informed each step of the purchase. We would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of purchasing a property. Our purchase by power of attorney was daunting but made so much easier by Alex and the Petra Honig team. Thanks to you all Alistair and Alison Henderson

Great theatre

We have purchased our holiday home in Spain today…. We would like to thank Alex for all his help and support in taking all the pressure off us although today was a little stressful…the NIE and notary all went smoothly. We would personally like to thank Alex and the staff at Petra Honiq.. with love and best wishes Sandra and Keith Bowler xx

After nearly 2 years of not responding to my emails phone calls. I am still waiting for answers as to why MY money hasn't been refunded to me. They held back MY money for water, electric and Community fees which they held back from the sale of my property and I am i still waiting for a response. They will not even answer my emails AVOID AVOID I have had nothing but problems with this company

I cannot recommend this company enough we brought our apartment online so it was a very different experience for us but I have to say it was easy thanks to Alex who dealt with our sale He was fantastic nothing was to much trouble for him he kept us up to date every week with the progress of the sale and anything we asked him big or small he got straight back to us with an answer he helped us all the way through with all the paperwork bank accounts legal stuff etc. if your thinking of using this company don’t hesitate they are brilliant and also ask for Alex when you go in he is outstanding

Profesionální servis, skvělá nabídka domů a bytů.

I am currently taking legal action against them, I can't say more because of the ongoing procedure but if you are dealing with them get everything checked out by a lawyer

Our experience as sellers was great. Even though we are going through this pandemic, we managed to sell the apartment at a good price. We want to send a special thanks to our agent, Alex. He was always available and pleasant.

Profesionální přístup, ochota, celkově všechno bez problémů

Petra Honig were both professional and friendly in dealing with the sale of our apartment.

Best real estate

Very professional service from start to finish. Excellent communication and a special thanks to Alex Chao who did an amazing job at a very difficult time. Would recommend this estate agent and would have no hesitation in purchasing through them again.

Having just purchased my first holiday home in Ciudad quesada via Petra honig estate agents , I would highly recommend the service I received during the purchase ,which coincided with Covid 19. I dealt with Alex Chao throughout the purchase who was there from start to finish , and dealt with any issues that we had....Top Guy....Top service ...and would highly recommend using Petra Honig, if buying a property in Spain .

Having just purchased my property via Petra Honig Estate Agency, l can recommend the service l received from them. During the purchase which coincided with the Corona pandemic and that in itself created some difficulties not of their making, but they resolved all the problems and the purchase went through well. The person assigned to my sale was Alex Chao who first class and a credit to the company. Thank you one and all.

Alex Chao and Petra Honig in Quesada provide a 5 star service and are highly recommended if buying or selling. The best service that I have encountered in years.

We bought our house through Alex at Petra Honig. We were very impressed by his efficiency. From start to finish he guided us and was at the end of the phone if we needed assistance. The sale went through very quickly and smoothly. Thank you Alex and Isabel for a very professional and friendly service.

Have just sold my property with Petra honig. Alex ,who handled our sale from valuation to completion was an absolute star, nothing was too much trouble for him and he ALWAYS returned my calls a pleasure to do business with,I did also find the rest of staff that I came into contact with were equally helpful. Everything went along very smoothly from start to finish, highly recommend

We bought our house QuesadathroughPetra Honig and we would thoroughly recommend them.We dealt with a young man named Alex and you could not meet a nicer young chap.He took us through the whole procedure and gave us lots of advice and tips.Alex has been a great help even after the sale has gone through and we now consider Alex as a friend not just someone who helped us buy a house.

Good deals but empty office.

Wasn't terribly impressed. It seems like you need to know reference numbers to find some properties.

Very personal

Superb client service and property selection.

From walking in the door to browse property for sale to collecting the keys to our new house 3 months later Petra managed the whole process for us and it could not have been easier. Having their own in house legal team and giving them power of attorney allowed them to take care of all the paperwork without us having to jet to and from Spain and sit in legal offices for hours on end and they organised bank accounts and changed over all the utility bills for us as well. We were introduced to Currencies Direct by Petra which made the transfer of funds painless and secure, and fixing the rates probably saved us £16k. Particular thanks to Alex at Petra who could not have been more friendly and professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, phone calls and emails always replied to quickly no matter what the day or time.

We bought out first property in Spain in March 2017 through Petra Honig and we also let them do the "legal work" for us - which is something I would not normally do. Alex handled the purchase and always responded to our e-mails or texts and everything went smoothly - with no surprises! We decided to move inland and after 11 months we contacted Alex who negotiated a good rate for us and then sold our property in less than one week! As they handled everything for the purchase and the sale they are now reclaiming the 3% retention for us - which is so much easier when they have all the paperwork. We would not hesitate in using them in the future - a first class and efficient business. UPDATE: Just to let you know - we received our 3% retention refund in full. I have heard prices quoted by solicitors and accountants of between €250 up to €700 to process this claim but because we sold our property through Petra Honig they arranged for an accountant in Torrevieja to do it for us for €130. Lourdes in administration kept in touch and replied to any questions I had throughout the process until the refund was paid. It can take a long time but my understanding is that this is “normal” with The Ministry of Taxes but you need someone who will keep reminding them in order to get your refund. Thank you.

Very professional. Great service from Gary Collins in Quasada office.

We have just completed the purchase of our first house in Spain with Petra Honig Inmobiliaria and Alex. He looked after us and the service was faultless, With Alex and the team taking care of everything, something I was a little wary of at first but had no need to be, they were first class, even after the purchase completed. I would happily use their services again and would highly recommend them.

Alex has been amazing and so helpful since we first walked into the office door back in December. He has been very efficient in answering emails, phone calls etc. Nothing is too much trouble for him, no matter what time of the day or evening it might be. He has taken all the stress away from us in buying a property . We would highly recommend dealing with Alex and this company if you are considering buying a property in the Quesada region. Once again Alex thank you so much for your time and patience with us. Regards Sue and Chris .

We bought our first 'forever home' through Petra Honig. From the moment we walked in to their office, we were made to feel important and our instructions were met perfectly. We were dealt with by Alex and he couldn't have been more helpful, from finding our perfect home to the after service we received. Couldn't recommend Alex high enough and have referred him to many others. Thanks Alex

Always a good experience. Very helpful

Très bonne agence nôtre deuxième maison

Servicio inmobiliario de calidad

Excellent service from the begining, when we were searching for a suitable property, until we closed the deal and bought our “place in the sun”. Alex Chao, who was our main contact, was very nice and helpfull and always responded quickly when we needed answers to our questions or any other help. We got all the help we needed from the staff at Petra Hönig Inmobiliaria, who are really working as a team, so there was no need for any other legal advisors. Everything was taken care of in a professional way, including help with obtaining NIE-numbers at the police, opening a Spanish bank account, economic transactions, practical arrangements for water and electricity etc., and finally help with closing the deal at the “Notario”. We felt confident during the whole process and can highly recommend Petra Hönig Inmobiliaria, if you are looking for a hassle-free way of buying your “dream home”.

5 star having dealt with Petra and her team on more than one occasion..in fact over the 14 years I've been in Spain I would say it's more like 8 possibly 9 times. I have experienced wonderful service and professionalism every time. Petra and her team are running an outstanding business and I would 100% recommend them to anyone buying, selling or just in need of advice. 5*
