Absolut und ohne Einschränkungen empfehlenswert…. Insbesondere Michael macht einen hervorragenden Job … stets ansprechbar, nie „aufdringlich“…. und professionell 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 sehr empfehlenswert.

Sundream gave me a fantastic customer experience, from the day I viewed the property until the day of signing, they took me under their wings and ensured that everything was properly arranged and without a worry. Thank you Michael, Kateryna & Carlos - An absolute recommendation to anyone looking for a property in Spain

We had a fantastic experience with the brokers of Sundream properties during the process of buying a property in Spain(Costa Blanca). They took the time to show us different options and their experiences convinced us proceed with them. Their expertise and attention to detail made the transaction smooth. They first made an inventory of what our needs are and pre-selected properties that matched our wishes. They were proactive, communicative, and negotiated effectively on our behalf. I highly recommend their services for anyone in the real estate market. Especially Carolina. Thank you again for everything you’ve done for us.

Great service from Carol and the team. She helped us with all sort of things. The property she helped us buy is wondersful. 10/10 would recomend their service

Great team, very friendly and attentive. Always ready to help with everything you might need. They found my perfect new home in Spain. Thank you!

Amazing customer service from Sundream Properties!!! Roger was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process of purchasing our property in Costa Blanca. He was very informative, detailed oriented and EXTREMELY patient, since the buying process took several months. Roger showed us properties remotely since we live abroad. When meeting in person, Roger and his coworker Carlos showed us an additional good number of properties until we finally chose the right one for us. 5 stars to Sundream Properties.

Trato exquisito...y muy profesional

Two years ago before my retirement from the USA I made contact with several Real estate companies in Spain ( country we selected for our retirement) and the only company of the 3 I contacted that took me seriously was SunDream properties. A very nice gentleman, Roger Koene kept in touch with me for more than two years. The COVID situation made it impossible for us to travel during 2020 to Spain and my retirement was coming up on April 2021 and we needed to buy a home. We had no other choice but to do it virtually and Roger provided us with a lot of information until we decided for a property. He never pushed us on a sale it was always what we wanted. Never been to the town he recommended and because the trust built between us we went with his recommendation based on things we wanted. Finally we arrived into Spain on April 12th 2021 and the next day we finally meet Roger in person. He took us under his wings and helped with everything we needed to start a new life in Spain. It’s not only to sale the home but also taking the time to help you out with so many variables you can encounter to resettle in Spain. He introduced us to his boss and the rest of the team and they are all wonderful and professional people. In our case SunDream properties was the perfect match for our needs and Roger Koene the professional agent that we hoped for and now a great friend. Hope you find your dream home through this wonderful Real Estate team.

See you soon!

Heel aangenaam ontvangst.
