Me and my wife showed up there,to make an apiotment so ,they can take care of gardening and pool,bit they met us cold,they never show up,it looks like we are bot that type of coustomer that they looking for,that was rediclous actually,we didnt go out ,waiting for them,i asked,someone spanish,i knew why,and what i heared it is not nice,i hope that the administration take care of thier earnings more than amatures runing it

Since my wife and I were on vacation in Spain last summer, and we passed by a house that was for sale, we wanted to see the property, so we contacted Barceló Real Estate, as their advertising sign was on the house. We have previously tried to contact other estate agents via email for other properties in Spain and never received a reply, but Duncan at Barceló responded promptly, came straight away and showed us the property as we only had a few days left in Spain. Long story short, the purchase went through this week and we couldn't be happier with the service that Duncan at Barceló Real Estate provided us throughout the process. We strongly recommend Barceló Real Estate and we thank them very much for their involvement from the start to the end. Greetings from Iceland.

THANK YOU BARCELÓ REAL ESTATE I don’t always write recommendations, but on this occasion I feel I should or at least say a huge thank you to Nicola Kemp from Barcelo Real Estate, Rojales, Spain. From the time Nicola took over the sale of my house in Spain, she offered advice on how to get the best potential for the sale and even got a contractor in to sort out some painting, how helpful is that. Nicola was always in touch, keeping me posted on any offers or even a message via whatsapp asking how I was, as there was no travel to Spain at the time due to COVID. Nicola is really on the ball for selling houses, even though I never expected to sell for at least another 6 months, but Nicola did a fantastic job, before, during and after, nothing was too much trouble, I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much Nicola for all your time and help, you truly made everything a quick and easy process from the start to after sale help and assistance, you are a credit to Barcelo.
