I recently put my apartment on the market after 24 years of ownership. The reason was, as I get older my family didn't want to take the responsibility of ownership should anything happen to me. I've known Sue Cox over many years and was introduced to Dan her son - the General Manager. Theirs is a family run business "with strong family values". Here is why I would fully recommend them. 1. Back to Lanzarote and had to use Sue & Dan for our new property purchase. Dan went on the hunt and found our new house even before it went to market. Dan kept us informed and with our Lawyer (recommended by Sue & Dan) everything went so smoothly even despite the distance and time difference. When we arrived Dan and Sue acted as meditories with the bank so that all went smoothly. Overall I cannot fault the service, willing to go the extra mile and professionalism of Sue and Dan. Although we knew our expectations would be exceeded, they were blown out of the water. I cannot recommend the team at Sue Coc Inmobiliaria highly enough. Many thanks to Dan and Sue ... again.
