Their service was first class throughout the process. The photos and video were top-notch, and the communication from them was very good. All in all, we were extremely impressed.

We recently purchased a property in CQ with the help of Catriona and Stacy who did an excellent job of making the whole experience from viewing to offer to completion as stress free and enjoyable as possible. We were also very happy with their recommendations for legal (Pablo) and banking (Noelia at Caixa) who again were excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective purchaser.

Professional from start to finish, the whole process was simple and straight forward . Catriona met our brief on all 5 houses we viewed , which was a first as every other company we used barely met half of our wish list , so it was very easy to pick our current home . Catriona was very straight talking and knew the properties inside out and was able to point out which would best suit us .. then we had the wonderful Stacy organising everything from lawyers , bank and transfers.. we never lost one hour of sleep as Stacy ensured everything was in place . If that was where everything finished then it would have been a great experience, however we needed a lot of work done , new kitchen , new bathrooom , air con , painter , WiFi . Again up stepped Tracy with recommendations and every one of the the tradesmen turned up on time , quoted and carried out the work on time .. we now have a house all modernised and to our taste all within months of buying the house . There are no words to describe Stacey other than she is a very special young lady with a lot of skills who delivers customer service to a whole new level… what a credit she is to your company .

On the day my father was due to purchase his property, he was instructed by the companies solicitor to do a thorough walk through of the house not a quick look at like he had done with current owner, before signing at the notary. When we asked to do as was instructed, still with plenty of time before notary appointment, He was met with anger, hostility then rudely ignored upon asking some questions and quite frankly dealt with very unprofessionally.

Catriona and Stacy were extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They assisted us closely with our Spanish banking needs, arranging meetings with a local bank so as to set up our Spanish account. Similarly they arranged for us to meet with a local English speaking property Lawyer who assisted us with all necessary legal elements of the purchase.
