So ziemlich die letzte Agentur, die ich mit irgend etwas beauftragen würde. 3 Anfragen (3 verschiedene Apartments) gestellt, sowohl über Plattformen wo diese "Agentur" inseriert, als auch direkt an die angegeben E-Mail-Adresse des Unternehmens. Keine einzige Antwort erhalten. Letztklassig.

Ich habe leider keine wirklich gute Erfahrung hinter mir, aber inzwischen alles persönlich geklärt und hoffe, dass es in Zukunft anders laufen wird, sollte ich mich für eine Begleitung mit Susanne Zinn entscheiden. Ich kann diese Rezension derzeit scheinbar nicht löschen, wünsche aber allen Kunden von Herzen, dass sie zu voller Zufriedenheit betreut werden. Vinieron a hacer fotos, no supe de ellos más hasta que un mes después decidieron publicar el anuncio, sin ni siquiera informarme ni firmar ningún documento Les avisé que mi casa ya estaba reservada y firmado un contrato de arras con otra agencia A día de hoy, el anuncio sigue publicado y esa casa ya está vendida Lo contrario a ser profesional e inspirar confianza En respuesta a lo que dicen adjunto foto a día de hoy 16 diciembre 2021 donde puede ver qué sigue publicada Si tiene alguna duda más puede contactar conmigo telefónicamente, tanto María cómo Enrique tienen mi contacto

The whole team says thank you !!! We really try hard to present good photography (all of our team do the photos of the property they found themselves - as our boss has taught as throughout the last three years to get better and better) and we try to describe our finds as close to reality as we can. But most of all we are only promoting what has the right paperwork to be sold - if we see problems on the way that cannot be solved securely will just not take the property on our site. It is very motivating to read your review as it is great feedback for all of us for our daily effort :-)

Unos sinvergüenzas... te mandan fotos de otros apartamentos y cuando alquilas desde la distancia , llegas y te llevas el chasco . Que nadie alquile aquí sin ver en persona!. No solo no quito la reseña sino que lo reafirmo . Son unos sinvergüenzas y tengo pruebas de que si alquilan . Si fueras más listo sabrías que de todos los lugares que visitas los puntuas o evaluas cuando quieres .

Su comentario dice poco o mucho de Ud. Nosotros NO trabajamos alquileres......... puede cualquier usuario revisar nuestra web ...... y elegir entre la numerosa oferta de ..... "cero" alquileres la que mas le guste .... www.casalanz.es . o es que se refiere a alquileres vacacionales que tampoco trabajamos ??? Por los comentarios que hace en su perfil veo que hace dos horas ha estado en Tenerife ( los Cristianos )en Bahía Verde, donde dice " Hace 2 horas : Tardan en atenderte demasiado , las mesas sin recoger . Falta de atención absoluta ; en Madrid en una pista de atletismo, en Ponte Cela .... En Playa de Famara y en La Coruña donde dice " hace 2 horas Las dependientas en circull en la tienda d echarla y una sola cajera cobrando .." en fín... ..... Claro que hemos ido, y solo nos ofrecian unas cosas que no nos gustaron nada, no podiamos salirnos de las pautas indicadas y solo podiamos elegir lo que nos ofrecia el comercial... que vaya cosas que ofrecia...como si fueramos unos pordioseros; es más nos dijeron en tal zona hay un inmueble pasen ustedes mismos a verlo, ya le digo, no nos tenian ni en cuenta..pero nada, sin problema, afortunadamente encontramos lo que buscabamos en otro lugar. Pero bueno, si le ofenden mis 3 estrellas no se preocupe, le pongo una mas por haber contestado tan rápido para que no se le rompan las estadisticas. Quiero que le quede claro que yo puntúo donde he estado y valoro todo y por supuesto diciendo la verdad tal y como puede comprobar en todas mis reseñas. Sin mas que añadir, un saludo.

Estimado B.Rodríguez Chaparro, hemos comprobado nuestra base de datos y no podemos encontrar su ficha. Parece que no le hemos atendido nunca. Por eso nos duele que nos valoran con 3 estrellas sin habernos utilizado ni para la búsqueda de un inmueble ó la venta del mismo. Nos gustaría saber por que la experiencia suya con nosotros ha sido mediocre para dejarnos esta valoración. Gracias por contactarnos y aclaramos que ha ido mal. Not used them yet, would be helpful if all the agent's included community fee's and more pictures of the rooms rather then the resort

Dear Jon Thompson, thank you for taking your time to leave us a review - but for what ? You are stating that you have not used our services yet - but you are giving us a three star rating :-( which brings down our average even though you do not know us. Why not using us for your real estate search and then give us a real recommendation ? Which photos we can show publically depends on each property and is, very often, not our choice. But, also very often, we do have more pictures that we may send an interested person, also more detailed information about community fees and other details is provided at that point. Looking forward to working for you. Or if you decide not to deal with us, we should appreciate if you delete it. Leaving a review on Google about a business is not a place to leave a general idea about all the businesses but about the service received dealing WITH the agency. Thank you for your consideraton.

Wir können CasaLanz nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt und hatten das Gefühl, die Verhandlungen laufen für alle Beteiligten fair ab. Im Vergleich zu anderen Marklern, hilft Susanne Zinn auch über den normalen Service hinaus. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, aber unglaublich hilfreich. Vielen Dank für alles!!!

Wir sind super zufrieden mit der wirklich hervorragenden Arbeit , welche Susanne und ihr Team geleistet haben . Wir fühlten uns durchgängig gut betreut und schätzten es sehr , dass durch die engagierte Arbeit von Susanne, der Aufwand für uns minimal war. Susanne found us our dream home. She was always so professional, organized, punctual and friendly. Herself and her team took care of absolutely everything for us.. all the translations and the paperwork. She even minded our kids when we had to go to the notary & sign paperwork. A very genuine and king person. The advice and professionalism from all the team at Casa lanz was very assuring. I would totally recommend this estate agent.🙌🙌🙌

Llevo poco menos de un año en la isla y encontrar casa, que en un primero fue el quebradero de cabeza, con ellos se ha convertido en un mérito trámite. Somos pro alquiler pero el día que nos animemos a comprar, ellos serán los elegidos. Susanne es una asesora excelente, todo el equipo de Casalanz lo es. Recomendable al 100%.
