La verdad es que sólo puedo decir cosas positivas del trabajo de Marcelo, desde el primer contacto, hasta la fecha. Llamé por teléfono a varias inmobiliarias de la zona que tenían buenas reseñas y desde el primer momento, fue la que me trasmitió mejores sensaciones, la que mejor aclaró mis dudas, y, la verdad, la más sincera y realista. Ha tenido siempre total predisposición para atender cualquier asunto por teléfono y/o whatsapp, me ha parecido un trabajo muy profesional, meticuloso y siempre con información previa, acompañamiento y explicación de cada etapa del proceso de venta. Por mi experiencia, y soy de los que miran las reseñas, por eso me he puesto a escribir esta, totalmente recomendable.

Over a year ago I started on a journey to buy a property in Spain for my retirement and for friends and family to use. Without Intasun and Marcelo by my side I would not be writing this review on my balcony overlooking the Med. Marcelo provided a fantastic, caring and professional service from start to finish. He replied promptly and patiently to my many queries and handled my anxieties calmly and kindly. The process of buying a property in Spain is far from straightforward but with Marcelo I knew I was in very safe hands . I cannot recommend Intasun highly enough.

My parents originally used Intasun when they purchased a property in Spain. They were very pleased with how they were treated by all the team. Sadly my father passed away and the property needed to be sold. Naturally we turned to Intasun to help. Maria and Ebti have treated us with compassion and have done all they can to help us. Even going above and beyond by sorting out minor issues in the house without us having to visit Spain. Both Maria and Ebti will always answer any queries straight away and do their very best to help. I am eternally grateful for their treatment of my elderly mum,they’ve been so very kind in a difficult and challenging period for her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Intasun homes.

What a genuine helpful professional company to do business with . From our initial contact with Ebti our estate agent advisor through to completion with Maria our legal representative all been absolutely excellent. Nothing has been to much trouble for them. Everything was explained to us in great detail from starting the buying process to the end . We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again thanks to them all

Intasun Homes have been amazing especially Darren he helped us find our dream home and they were there every step of the way. Our solicitor Maria from intasun was also amazing. If you want to buy your dream home in Spain talk to intasun.

rrival we communicated via email and once in Spain, Arthur delivered on his promises showing us around and with a no pressure to buy approach along with introducing us to some fantastic restaurants. Day two Arthur handed us over to another excellent member of the Intasun team, Jake who took us out to look at several potential properties. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient and ultimately helped us find our dream villa. Since reaching agreement with the vendor, Intasun have been on hand for every step in the purchase process and Jake in particular has gone above and beyond what we would have expected or indeed have ever experienced from agents in the UK. Jake has helped us with quotes for pool repair, aircon installation etc etc. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and we cant recommend Jake and the rest of the Intasun team highly enough. From first meeting Arthur in Spain to collecting our keys took just 8 weeks. If you are looking for a professional, fast, reliable and honest company then I cannot recommend Intasun enough, post completion the support is still ongoing as we aren't in Spain to deal with installations etc we really are blown away with the service, if it was possible it would be more than a 5 star review. from us

What an absolute pleasure of meeting Arthur and his team!! We met them first at ‘a place in the sun’ conference and then again at our trip to Spain to view properties. We were picked up from and dropped at Alicante airport. Arthur spent a whole day just showing us different areas. That proved crucial later on in our decision making. There was no pressure at all and we met other estate agents there too. They are a very pleasant and professional team and fully deserve our five stars. Special thanks to Jake for his constant assistance during our stay in Spain.

I contacted them through the website to visit an apartment. Unfortunately, they only contacted me after more than a week. I bought from another real estate agent. I hope they will be more alert with other customers.
