In november 2023 in contact gekomen met Henry en Pablo Lacayo van het fantastische bouwbedrijf LYC Properties in Pinoso. In samenspraak met ons een ontwerp gemaakt, waarin naar al onze wensen is geluisterd en ons ook eerlijk advies is gegeven. In maart 2024 de bouw aangevangen en in oktober 2024 de sleutel ontvangen. Maar liefst twee maanden eerder dan oorspronkelijk toegezegd !! Gedurende de bouwperiode alles in goed overleg en met duidelijke communicatie verlopen. Al onze vragen werden meteen beantwoord en elke week hebben we foto’s ontvangen waarop wij de voortgang konden volgen vanuit Nederland. Ook tijdens onze bezoekjes aan Pinoso werden we altijd hartelijk te woord gestaan en werd altijd tijd voor ons vrijgemaakt. Voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een droomhuis in Pinoso en omstreken raden wij LYC Properties van harte aan !!

We left Belgium to build a house in Pinoso. Through our real estate agent Mrs.Muriel Donkerwolke we came in contact with Henri Lacayo. Through positive and constructive conversations we came to a beautiful design of a modern house. From the first brick to the final finishing, we received pictures of the progress on a weekly basus. If anything was unclear, there was great communication and solutions were found. After 6 months we could move into the house and I am very positive about the construction of the house: - very good isolation and solid materials - clear detailed invoices - correct communications and treatment - 100% consideration of our wishes/expectations We cannot thank and recommend Lycoproperties and their staff enough for their excellent service Gisèle

We moved to Spain almost 5 years ago and searched all over Spain for a property. Not finding what we wanted we decided to build in Pinoso and we were lucky to find LYC Properties and Henry. We are very happy with the property and have recommended and will continue to recommend LYC for people moving into the area. Very professional team and willing to implement the upgrades and changes we requested.

I had been renting for sometime in Spain and decided it was time to search for my own property. I saw a picture of one of Henry´s designs and went along to see the property with a local agent. Henry met me at the property, which was finished and empty. I told Henry where I wanted the house built and a few weeks later he took me to view various plots of land to find one that I liked. I bought the land and Henry´s team drew up the first set of plans. What I really liked was that I was involved in the planning at each stage with the team from the room designs and sizes to the size and shape of the pool. Henry even took me to the kitchen showrooms and tiling shops to help me make up my mind for the decoration. Nothing was too much trouble for them in meeting my requirements for my house. The house was completed 5 years ago, within budget and within the agreed time frame. I had a few minor things that needed attention and they were dealt with very swiftly. The aftercare was superb. Henry and Pablo lead an excellent team of dedicated professionals. Outstanding!

We cannot recommend LYC Properties enough. Henry, Pablo and his team have been brilliant from the very beginning. After meeting Henry in Summer 2022 he went above and beyond to show us multiple properties and locations in the area and now 12 months later we have just moved into our dream home. Henry and his team were very professional throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent and we received updates/photos weekly showing the progress of the build. Henry and the team have been fantastic during our build which we have just moved into. He spent a lot of time in the beginning with us as we had many questions and he showed us many plots suited to our requirements which he took time to listen to. It took 10 months to complete the build and during this time the highlight of our week was receiving an email with 15-20 photos so we could follow the progress. The design team worked with us to create our forever home and were able to adjust to any new ideas during the build to meet our vision. The quality of build is to a high standard and we couldn’t be more happier with the result. Henry has worked with many local companies to provide additional assistance such as solar which gave us the confidence we were dealing with reputable companies especially as we are new to the Pinoso area. If anyone is considering contracting with Henry we would be happy to show you our home and answer any questions you may have.

In 2021 we were looking to buy a ready built house in the Alicante region. Our focus was near the coast, but we could not find the house, plot and privacy we desired. By coincidence we arrived in the Pinoso area, still looking for ready built property. Also here not exactly what we wanted and we were not considering building ourselves, looking at all the stories you hear about what can go wrong during such a process. Late one evening we visited a house under construction with our agent, one of the projects of Henry Lacayo and his team. We were surprised by how everything was organized , we were introduced to Henry and Saskia and I had an immediate click with him. That same evening Henry took us to some houses that were ready and already delivered and were owners were settled We thought that this was a great way of trusting by the owners, giving their keys to Henry. It also gave us some ideas on how we would like our house to be. That feeling of mutual trust and the connection we had with Henry and his son Pablo has grown since that moment. Helping us to find a wonderful plot, advising us with regards to all legal aspects, introducing us to a local lawyer and getting the process started. After reserving the plot and looking at what type of house we would like to have, we received detailed proposals from Henry and his team, after some iterations we had decided on how we wanted our house with pool and annexes to be built All permits and legal documents were taken care of and the actual construction started February 2022. The project was to be ready in 12 months and it was, March 2023 our dream home was delivered and everything was perfect. During the building process we received updates and pictures every week. When there were things that were different from the plan , we also asked for changes like solar panels, walk in closets, underfloor heating and cooling, an open floor plan, changes in the lay out of the pool area and garden, different tiles etc etc. , it was taken care of smoothly. When there was room for improvement or extra’s that could be good for us, like a water reservoir, Henry advised us. We only visited the building site 3 times during the entire process, never had any doubt that it would not go as we agreed. Onze droom startte in november 2021. Zoeken naar een mooi stukje grond in de omgeving van Pinoso. Samen met onze makelaar en een jonge zeer vriendelijke man, toen nog onbekend; een zekere mijnheer Pablo, bezochten we verschillende stukken grond tot er een heel bijzonder voor onze pad kwam. Al heel snel werd het duidelijk dat dit ons stukje grond moest worden. De volgende dag ontmoetten wij Mijnheer Henry van de firma LyCproperties SLU. Al onze vragen in verband met het bouwen van een huis werden op een professionele manier verduidelijkt ongeacht de taal barrière. We voelden al snel dat dit de aannemer van ons huis zou worden. Wekelijks, bijna dagelijks was er mail verkeer tussen Mijnheer Henry en ons in België. De antwoorden kwamen in het Nederlands, het leek wel dat Mijnheer Henry een snel cursus Nederlands gevolgd had. 😊/top Het vertrouwen groeide met de dag en we besloten al snel met de firma van Henry, Lycproperties SLU, te gaan bouwen en dit op ruim 2000 km afstand. Hij schreef zelfs het bouwen moet een gezonde spanning worden … Gelukkig bleven wij er in geloven. De keuze van ons huis, garage, zwembad en poolhuis werden allen online gemaakt tot de afmetingen toe. Het verliep gewoon top. Geen mail was te veel. Op een vrijdagavond januari 2022 een mail met foto’s, ze waren gestart met het bouwen van ons huis, vanaf toen keken wij er wekelijks naar uit. Toch niets fijner dan op deze manier de werkweek af te sluiten! De bouw vorderde enorm, we volgden heel het bouwproces aan de hand van de foto’s. Hadden wij een vraag, deze werd gesteld en vrijwel onmiddellijk beantwoord. Het vertrouwen groeide week op week. Soms hadden wij zelf het gevoel dat wij elkaar al jaren kende en echt goede vrienden waren. In november 2022 kregen we bericht dat ons huis kon opgeleverd worden. Te mooi om waar te zijn. Maar inderdaad, alles was tot in de puntjes afgewerkt. Alle papieren waren netjes in orde, we hadden water, elektriciteit, wifi enz. Zelfs nu nog, maart 2023 blijft Henry voor ons in de weer, wanneer er een probleempje zich voortdoet zoals het alarm en wij zijn kort in België, hij lost het met de glimlach op. Onze droom is werkelijk uitgekomen, met een pracht van een huis dat tot in de puntjes met kwaliteitsmaterialen is afgewerkt. Niets was te veel. Dus Henry, Pablo en het ganse team super dankjewel voor alles, we geloofden vertrouwden in jullie en hier zijn wij erg blij mee. “Toekomstige bouwers” kies gerust voor deze firma LyCproperties SLU onder leiding van Henry en Pablo, want ook jullie zullen erg tevreden zijn. As others have mentioned, our build progressed throughout Covid and not being able to travel, we did have worries and concerns, but any were completely dispelled by Henry, Pablo and the team. Regular photos, updates and discussions took place and we are so pleased with our wonderful new home. True professionals in every way :)

We have now been in our property for 5 months, so far only about 3 minor issues that I contacted Henry to rectify, in all 3 cases the problems were fixed within 24hours.The quality of finish in the house is excellent.

We are living in our perfect dream home, thanks to LYC Properties - Henry and his staff - for their willingness to help us to meet our needs & wants and their professionalism. In addition to the stress of building our dream home and not being able to be hands-on (visiting the site) due to lockdown, we were quite stressed out. However, while we were unable to visit the building site, Henry sent us numbers of photos to check the progress of our building site each week, and would answer our questions via email. Henry always delivered what he promised. When we were finally able to visit Pinoso, Henry made time to meet with us and answer our long list of questions which made it mentally and emotionally easier having our house built during difficult and unusual time. Building a house, especially a dream house in Spain has been a wonderful and a learning experience for me personally. Having worked internationally, I knew how communicating respectfully was vital. We, in general, tend to make mistakes by bring in our own culture to a foreign culture, and when things don't happen, we get frustrated. Of course, building a house is personal but it is also a "business" and yet we tend to make mistakes by becoming overly emotional and fail to communicate effectively. It is highly unlikely that a relationship can be built without respect and succesful communication. From that perspective, Henry and his staff, regardless of the language barrier, we were all willing to take the time to communicate and were able to build a most desirable relationship possible between a builder and client, and as friends - The outcome, our dream home came true. Based on our experience with LYC Properties, we are very glad that we had our house built by Henry and his crew. The staff are also very friendly and professional and after service is spot on - We highly recommend LYC Properties.

Every week without fail pictures and an update on the build was provided, very helpful with the covid lockdown when it prevented us from travelling. We had done lots of research around Spain and found lots of builders didn't give you the options to design your own home and change the layout so apart from choosing tiles, kitchen, bathroom fitting the builds where all the same , henery listened to what you wanted and design your dream home the way you asked for it he never said this wasn't possible and gave you choices , I have been in other new builds in the uk and Spain and the quality of his finish is by far the best I have lived in my property for 2 years and have no issues only miner and henry always sorts these for us , I have lived in a new build in the uk and the finishing was cheap doors hollow , fixtures and fitting basic ,windows badly fitted and so on , we still use our home as a show home after 2 years and are very happy to let people see the quality I have no regrets and would recommend this company to anyone and happy to show you our home , do your research Henry is the number one builder in pinoso 🏘️💯
