Although this wasn't our first house purchase in Spain we were very grateful for all the help and assistance Ben gave us from the day of our offer on the house right up to the signing at the Notary. Nothing was too much trouble and his prompt responses to any issues we had were very much appreciated. On top of this since moving in if we have wanted advice on local issues Ben is still available and goes out of his way to help. Thoroughly recommended.

Very pleasant experience and very professional

Hanna and Ben provide an excellent service from initial queries to arranging viewings, recommending services to aid with the purchase, collection of the keys etc. and even practical help with settling in to living in Spain on arrival. Ask for Ben Heath! He's the best estate agent you can imagine. He wants both buyer and seller to be happy in the process in which he definately succeeds. Ben is honest, communicative and he will go above and beyond to provide all the help you need, during the whole process of buying. He'a always available for questions. He also has a great network, so if he's not able to provide a specific service, he knows where to find the best person for the job (also pricewise!). He speaks both English and Spanish. For Dutch and French speaking buyers he knows the right people.
