Frank from Vincent’s Real Estate in Playa Flamenca restored my faith in real estate agents after a previous terrible experience in Orihuela Costa. . I rang him on a Friday, ( the day after my previous agent let me down soooo badly) Frank went to the house on the following Monday & had it sold at my agreed price by Thursday. We recently purchased a property through Frank at the Playa Flamenca branch. Firstly, we love the property! Having recently conducted our holiday home purchase in Punta Prima, through Vincent Real Estate, Playa Flamenca, I am writing to express my gratitude for the sterling service and professionalism of Frank and the team. My special thanks go to Michaela for giving me a knowledgeable and helpful tour of the property we chose to buy. Having seen many over the week, I had been to many viewings where the service of the agents was rather disappointing. Thankfully, following the guide with Michaela, I felt happy enough to go ahead and offer to 'Reserve' the house and we have now concluded the sale without a hitch. On many occasions (when my lawyer was unavailable) I was able to contact Michaela or Frank and they would chase up or clarify on my behalf. I would have no hesitation in recommending Vincent Real Estate !

We were selling a fully furnished property in Playa Flamenca remotely from the UK via Vincent Real Estate. We lost our first buyer because it took a good while to sort some of the estate issues via our solicitor and our second buyer pulled out in favour of some other property losing their deposit. At this point interest in the property was being lost due to the property standing empty. Damp and stagnant air was spoiling all the materials and wood surfaces and storm damage wrecked some of the guttering. I was advised by Vincent that some DIY was necessary if we were ever going to sell and all faults were explicitly explained to me. It was Frank who suggested we empty the house completely, and scrub, polish and repaint as much as possible and remarked it. Having carried out the necessary work we were very soon picking up new enquiries and within a short period of time we locked on to a buyer. Having secured a buyer it was left with Vincent to complete the sale and that part did not take long at all. I want to thank Frank and his team for not giving up on us, being completely honest with us and keeping us fully informed on any viewings that took place and the comments made by them. It becomes very obvious very quickly that they are a totally professional organisation, fully dedicated with a whole host of contacts to take care of any issues that may arise when you are acting remotely. Outstanding service from start to finish. Vincent Estates go way beyond the norm in their helpful and brilliant support. They found me my ideal property in the perfect location within half an hour. Unlike other agents who only showed me what they wanted me to buy and had no regard for my needs or requirements. The buying process was made so much easier as all my queries were answered immediately and they helped with everything I needed. Moreover , this support did not end when my deposit was paid. The assistance has been superb even after my purchase was completed and is continuing ! Having a reliable support in Spain is vital when you are having to organise your purchase from the UK. Buying a property abroad is stressful but having VIncents to keep an eye out for me in the locality has been invaluable.
