I can highly recommend Vistacasas if you want to sell your property quickly. From my first meeting with Lennart, followed by Liam - who produced some really excellent photo & video marketing content - it was clear that they were experts in knowing the best way to market properties in my local area. I accepted a full asking price offer after only one week of the property hitting the market! When, subsequently that buyer was not able to proceed with the purchase, Vistacasas acted swiftly, and Erika in particular worked hard to engage with previously interested prospective buyers. As a result, I accepted another full asking price offer 2 days later! You will definitely see other estate agents in the area offering cheaper services, but in my opinion Vistacasas were worth every euro! Thank you again to all the team at Vistacasas Villamartin!

Liam was always very professional, and his enthusiasm and passion for his role with Vista Casas was FIRST CLASS. The presentation that Liam did on our house was EXCELLENT and very PROFESSIONAL, so much so, that our house sold the same day the portfolio of photos were taken, they hadn’t even been uploaded yet, when Lennart brought a couple to see the house and they immediately put an offer in and we accepted. They did a great job. My house was sold in 2,5 months, where other agencies had my house in their offer for several months and they didn't bring any clients. Service also very nice and professional , it was really good to work together. I will definitely use Vistacasas services if I buy or sell again. However, it is a good thing that Erica has been taken out of contact with us, because her behaviour is unprofessional, arrogant and I already experienced this when buying a house from Vistacasas

My wife and I had been looking online for months at properties in and around Villamartin, Alicante and recently were there for 10 days with the intent to buy. After five days of viewing with various agents our last appointment was with Vistacasas office in Villamartin plaza. From the first minute of entering their office we were greeted smiling faces from everyone in the office at that time.
