Thanks David for taking us around showing us some places for sale. It ended up us bought a very nice bungalow via you. We do recommend others to contact you when looking for a place in Los Alcazares.

We have today just completed the sale of our bungalow with David from Landmark International. David also handled our purchase of the bungalow. At the beginning it seemed a very daunting process, but not at all with David. Calm, polite, reassuring, professional are just a few words that spring to mind when I think of David. He has a genuine knack at making you feel important and you are drawn into his natural demeanour whole heartedly. David is very intelligent, has a great sense of humour and his knowledge of not only the property market but all other aspects of culture, laws etc etc are second to none. David made me feel like I was able to discuss anything with him, and at no time at all did he make me feel as if I was being a bit of a nuisance…..I daresay I did monopolise much of his time but it was never a problem to him. I urge you all….do not hesitate to contact David at Landmark if looking at property in Spain. I only hope that one day in the not too distant future, we will be asking David once again for his help in buying. David Rogers from Landmark International is one top guy! After viewing several properties David knew exactly what I required and found it. You could always get hold of David by email or phone, which is a massive plus. I was kept informed on how my new build property was coming along to which the time scale was met. Nothing was too much trouble for him and queries answered very swiftly. Landmark work along side the builders, solicitors and furniture suppliers so they had the knowledge to inform me of the progression. All has worked like clockwork and I couldn’t be happier. Being newly widowed using David from Landmark took all the stress away for buying this gorgeous property and he fully understood by going the extra mile. I would recommend using David 100% when buying or selling for sure for genuine, no hard sell , friendly and extremely polite. Excellent experience dealing with David from Landmark. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and spent 2 days showing us potentially options within our budget, as well as options he felt ticked all of our boxes but would require some flexibility on our part. He has excellent knowledge of the local towns and villages, as well as the services / ameneites you can expect to find in each. We eventually upped our budget to get everything we wanted in Los Alcazares itself, and then David was a pleasure to deal with beyond that throughout the process of purchasing the property and communicating with the sellers. Highly recommneded.

Working with Rich and Landmark was the easiest and most pleasurable experience in a very challenging market with many competitors who didn’t show the professionalism that Rich did with his extra ordinary efforts. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rich at Landmark if you are looking to buy a property in Spain. Thanks Rich we are now buying our dream holiday home. Update AVOID, AVOID, AVOID unless you want the hard sell that double glazing sales people used to adopt. Promises of incentives if you sign up there and then only to find out when you do that you have lost out and the only winner is the sales person. This is our experience, Rich the estate agent from Landmark said , ‘if you close the deal ( I.e commit to buying the house in Spain) I will gift you with either the multi functional tap ( I had said previously that I would really like) or some extra privacy glass for the solarium’ - both offers were made in front of witnesses! I clarified the multifunctional tap that does, filterer, sparkling and boiling water, that was confirmed. We stuck to our side of the bargain and confirmed the purchase and paid the necessary monies and duly completed the purchase. The companies customer support even contacted us while the sale was progressing enquiring which of the offers was our preference, we went for the multi functional tap. Imagine our dismay and disbelief when we completed the sale we found Landmark had purchased a tap that only did boiling water. If that wasn’t bad enough the tap was purchased from a British company that had closed down ( so no warranty) and to our horror and that of the Spanish plumber it had a British plug on it. When we contacted Rich, he denied that he had offered either and we received rude abrupt responses. We therefore contacted the head office, MD expecting a professional response to resolve the issue and the company to honour the offer their employee had made. What we received was a total silence, not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement and agreement to look into the matter. My advice is go with any other estate agent ( there are plenty) unless you want empty promises and be left feeling conned.

We first contacted David Rogers and Landmark in September 2023, at the point at which we were doing our market analysis and figuring out where in the region we wanted to purchase. This initial conversation was really important because it answered so many questions about the process of buying. We visited Los Alcazares in October 2024 and met David for the first time. In addition to his knowledge of the area, I would describe David as an authentic, honest, professional and highly likeable individual. My wife and I immediately warmed to him. He has a lovely, engaging way about him and it was a real pleasure to spend time with him. David took the time to understand what we were looking for in a holiday home, he listened attentively and asked all the right questions. We spent the first couple of hours with David showing us around Los Alcazares and giving us an insight into this wonderful town. We then spent the next 4-5 days viewing properties with David and eventually made the right decision on our purchase. Every property David took us to was lovely. David has supported us through the whole purchase process, helping us get the right solicitor and liaising with the developers when necessary. It has proved to be a simple and stress free process with David supporting us. We cannot thank him enough for his help. While I would not normally leave reviews the excellent service received from Landmark could not go unrecognised. From our first enquiry made in the evening which was answered quickly to viewing our selected property the next morning. David a very friendly and professional chap brought us to the property and after listening carefully to our wish list suggested other properties which were also a great match. Less than two months on writing this review beside our pool, all achieved due to David's excellent advice and guidance. Landmark definitely took all stress out of buying a property abroad. I would like to take a moment to review the service we experienced from David Rogers and the team at Landmark in Los Alcazares in October 2024. I had spoken with David and exchanged messages with him prior to flying out on the 11th October. It is clear that David knows the area and the local property market really well. During our first day in Los Alcazares, David took the time to drive us aro7nd and introduce us to the area. I was really impressed with David’s knowledge of Los Alcazares and he was able to recommend some great places to eat. David took time to listen to us and understand the type of property we were looking for and over the next 3 days we viewed some amazing villas and apartments. It is thanks to David that we found the perfect property for us. David quickly established a great understanding of what we were looking for and also helped us to think through the different options available. Following on from this David then orchestrated the engagement of the solicitors and the signing of contracts - all of which we would not have had a clue about. Throughout the whole week, David was so patient with us, so helpful and so knowledgeable. There is no way we could have achieved what we did without David and Landmark. Sure, David understands the area, the culture, the property market and the buying process - but his real skill and capability are his people skills. He was so easy to get on with, he listened to us and was able to quickly build a relationship. We hadn’t intended to purchase a house at all . The house next to where we were staying was for sale which we viewed through Landmark. They then suggested , to expand our options it was best to view 4 other properties one of which we were immediately at home in . David and Oscar were friendly, informative, knowledgeable without feeling pressured . They guided us in the financial and Legal matters required and indeed any other connected property issue that we had a query on . All in all they went way and beyond to assist us . We highly recommend them at their office on the strip just below the 525 Hotel !

Had an amazing journey from start to finish. Rich and the team in the Costa Blanca office went above and beyond. We didn't have a clue where to start in the process or location as we were new to it all. Rich suggested not to look at any properties until we found the area we liked, so we spent 2 days being shown around all areas within are parameters and gave us valuable info wherever we visited Once we found the location, on day 3 we viewed properties. David and the Team have been absolutely superb in assisting us in our recent purchase of a new apartment in Los Alcazares. We reserved the Property “off plan” in the Summer of 2023 and completed our purchase a year later. We were really anxious about reserving a new property a year ahead of it being built but David was so helpful and efficient in dealing with all of our queries that he made the process “ worry free” His guidance and expertise was so valuable. He was also great and making the process of dealing with the Lawyers so straightforward ! We have also received a fantastic service after we completed our purchase ! Oscar has been excellent dealing with all of our snagging and post completion queries and liaising with the Developers on our behalf. In short David and Oscar took the stress out of buying a new build property for us !

I used landmark to buy a property in Spain and can only say how much David and his team done for me in all what it took to get the property signed and sealed all the way through the process they were there on hand ASAP to help me finally get the deal done nothing was ever to much trouble for him and his team I can only thank them for there professional guidance from start to finish and have no hesitation in recommending landmark if your thinking of buying down in Los alcazarez area ***** approval me once again thank you David and his team at landmark from Mark hopson

If I could give zero stars I would . Our property purchase in la romana Spain has been plagued with problems, has ended up costing us thousands of euros more in unexpected costs . The builder quality and reliability is awful . And it’s taken almost 2 years now still not completed. The original agent from landmark has been no help or support and the boss has paid lip service to all feedback. Very poor . It may be only us that have had issues but I would never go near this business again and would say beware to anyone thinking about using them for their purchase in Spain .

I dealt with David Rogers who I found to be professional in his approach and pro active with the sale, he was easy to communicate with. David did what he said he would do....sell my property !

Having no real clue about the whole buying abroad process I found this firm Landmark International Spanish Properties, through a Google search, and initially went to see them in an actual brick and mortar sales office in Brum. Having satisfied myself that they were actual humans with real experience in the Spanish property market developed over decades, and with an actual office in Spain, I felt ready to make the next move with them. And boy was I pleased I did. From the initial trip collecting me at Alicante airport to really listening to what I was looking for, to making the whole experience a pleasure and re-assuring at the same time. Alex has been professional and supportive throughout. Introducing me to local building companies and agents (I wanted a new build), patiently taking me around the area and showing me retail outlets, markets, shopping, sights, and beaches. What a difference from other agents!! I settled on a builder and a development, and paid a deposit. Alex took me through the buying process what to expect and how it all worked. Taking time at every step of the process - even having a cold beer at a few places with David bringing his experience of the place into the mix. Throughout the post sales process I have been very surprised that the service didn’t stop there, sorting out niggles with the various parties, and reassuring me that he (Alex) would simply just sort it out. And he did! Crikey, what a difference to typical UK agents. I've moved 19 times in the UK (work) and not once did I get the kind of post sales support I have come to know and trust from Alex and the team. Were not all experienced overseas buyers, or maybe none of us are, so we need someone to patiently and knowledgably, and with kindness, help us in what is a big expense of buying a home overseas. Certainly if this sounds like you, then Alex and his team are most definitely the people to work with. I should add that if you’ve got this far in my review, that this is my own personal opinion. All I was asked to do was “could I leave a review?”.

Nothing was to much trouble for David in assisting me find the ideal property. I was taken to see a selection of properties over the course of a day and never felt the slightest bit pressurised to make a decision. Landmark certainly made the whole buying process comfortable and deserve the 5*

We have just bought our townhouse from David Rogers of Landmark properties. David could not have made the process any more clearer and helped us the whole way through. He gave insights into solicitors (Imon) and even how to send money to pay for the house in a safe way. He couldnt do enough to help that made the whole process easy. He is a genuine guy, my wife looked at a number of properties over several months, one jumped out at Landmark, with Davids Help in 12 weeks the property was completed. David even collected and held our keys as his office was close to the house. Good advice and explaining the processes makes all the difference.

Within minutes of sending my enquiry, I had a response from him, and he then arranged for us to view a selection of properties in the Los Alcazares area that he thought may suit our requirements. He was very professional, friendly, and not at all pushy, which made us very comfortable dealing with him. He spent an entire day with us, showing us properties, giving us a tour of the area and helping us to get a feel for an area which we were visiting for the first time. We purchased the property through him and he arranged everything with lawyers, etc. and made the whole process very straightforward and stress free. We have recently purchased a property in the Roda area. With living in the UK, we had no experience of the buying process in Spain, thankfully David was on-hand to help us with the process. From the minute we emailed the enquiry to day the day of the exchange we were very satisfied indeed with the prompt and professional service provided. We purchased a property from Landmark and I must say the service was 100% The same day our offer was accepted we had a flight to catch back to Dublin in the evening. David took us to the notary' office the same day and all was sorted. The next time we met was a few weeks later to collect the keys. An excellent experience and I would highly recommend him.
