I would not use this organisation again. We shared our late arrival time days in advance and were told key collection info would follow—it didn’t. We messaged when leaving the airport, no response. On arrival, we still had no idea where to park or how to get in. We were told to drive elsewhere in town to a keybox—none of this was communicated beforehand. Once back, we got in the front door, but there was no info on which apartment. A door marked D didn’t work. After waiting, a rep came—it was actually an unmarked door. She apologized and said she'd raise compensation. By then it was too late to get food. Next morning: no hot water. Boiler (outside) was unplugged. We had to ask if we could plug it in! No guest info book. They later blamed us for the hot water issue and refused compensation. Final straw: fuses kept tripping and wouldn’t reset. Good location, but poor communication and attitude—strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Poor

Mucho Cuidado con esta empresa, no te pagan ni la mitad por noche de lo que ponen en el contrato, nos han cobrado 200 euros por cada limpieza y la casa entregada sucia a los huéspedes,nos han pedido 800 euro para cerrar el contrato sin que cumplan absolutamente nada de lo que ponen en el contrato mismo, no es gente seria, Mucho Ojo

Ich habe kürzlich mit Grupo Berlin zusammengearbeitet und kann das Unternehmen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Schlüsselübergabe war der Service außergewöhnlich. Das Team war stets professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben mir bei der Suche nach der perfekten Mietimmobilie geholfen und dabei meine Wünsche und Bedürfnisse immer in den Vordergrund gestellt. Die Immobilien sind gut gepflegt und in einwandfreiem Zustand, was für mich als Mieter sehr wichtig ist. Auch die Preisgestaltung war transparent und fair. Besonders überzeugend finde ich die schnelle Reaktionszeit auf Anfragen – ich fühlte mich jederzeit gut betreut. Insgesamt bin ich mit meiner Erfahrung rundum zufrieden und kann Grupo Berlin jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einer Mietimmobilie ist!

Das Haus fanden wir von der Lage sehr zu empfehlen jedoch sind einige Punkte zu beanstanden 1. Erst auf eigene Nachfrage (ca 5 std vor ankunft) erhielten wir die Info wo sich das Haus und der Hausschlüssel befindet 2. Bei Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass die Hausnr. nicht richtig war. 3. Auch das Haus war nicht in einem sauberen Zustand. Bettüberzüge wurden von uns zuerst gewaschen.

Dieses Objekt wurde als Konsequenz aus unserem Portfolio entfernt. Wir möchten uns aufrichtig dafür entschuldigen, dass es Unklarheiten hinsichtlich der Adresse und der Hausnummer gab. Die Adresse sowie die PIN der Schlüsselbox wird aus Sicherheitsgründen erst am Anreisetag mitgeteilt. Die Kommunikation werden wir künftig optimieren. Hinsichtlich des Reinigungszustands des Hauses sind wir ebenfalls sehr enttäuscht, dass dies nicht unseren üblichen hohen Standards entsprochen hat. Wir werden dies sofort mit unserem Reinigungsteam klären, damit solche Vorfälle in Zukunft vermieden werden. Sie können sich bei jedwerden Problem direkt bei unserer Urlaubsberatung wenden - dann wird Ihr Problem innerhalb von 24 Stunden gelöst. Wir danken Ihnen nochmals für Ihre ehrliche Rückmeldung, da uns dies hilft, unseren Service weiter zu verbessern. Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante con Grupo Berlín al intentar alquilar mi vivienda como alquiler vacacional. Desde el principio, buscaba una empresa profesional que se encargara de todo y asegurara que mis huéspedes tuvieran la mejor estancia posible. En julio, hablé con Christopher, quien se presentó como un experto en marketing. Me aseguró repetidamente que la limpieza sería gratuita para los huéspedes, ya que se incluía en un costo adicional de 200€. Sin embargo, al final del mes recibí una factura que me cobró 200€ por cada limpieza, lo cual contradice totalmente lo que me había comunicado. Además, después de contratar el pack premium de 500€ al año, que supuestamente incluía publicidad en más de 30 plataformas, me sorprendió ver que mi vivienda solo se publicitó en Booking y Airbnb, y no vi ninguna de las promesas que me hicieron cumplir. Durante la última semana de agosto, mi propiedad no aparecía disponible en Booking, lo que resultó en una falta de reservas en un momento crucial. Aunque me comuniqué con Christopher en varias ocasiones, no obtuve respuestas ni soluciones. Al seguir sin noticias, descubrí que la casa ya estaba alquilada sin que nadie me lo informara, y a partir de ahí, me prohibió comunicarme con él por WhatsApp. Además, mis futuros huéspedes encontraron el alojamiento sucio, ya que, al parecer, los familiares de Christopher se quedaron sin notificación previa y esto afectó la experiencia de mi siguiente grupo de visitantes. También he notado que la descripción de la vivienda incluye información engañosa, como la existencia de playa privada y bicicletas gratis, lo cual nunca se me había mencionado antes. En resumen, mi experiencia con Grupo Berlín ha sido muy negativa. No solo no cumplieron con las promesas realizadas, sino que también se negaron a aclarar y resolver problemas que surgieron. Recomiendo a otros posibles clientes que investiguen y consideren seriamente antes de comprometerse con esta empresa.

Estimada/o Ionela Blaga, Lamentamos mucho leer su comentario, pero consideramos necesario aclarar ciertos puntos mencionados, ya que su versión no refleja la realidad de nuestra relación comercial. 1. **Limpieza**: En todo momento, y como está estipulado claramente en el contrato, las tarifas de limpieza se aplican a cada servicio de limpieza efectuado. Usted fue debidamente informado de este procedimiento desde el inicio, y en ningún caso se le prometió una limpieza gratuita para los huéspedes. 2. **Publicidad en plataformas**: En cuanto al paquete premium, este incluye la promoción de la propiedad en varias plataformas según su conveniencia y demanda del mercado. Como es habitual en este tipo de servicios, las propiedades suelen tener mayor visibilidad en plataformas principales como Booking y Airbnb, donde también se generó la mayoría de las reservas. El resto de las plataformas se utilizan como soporte adicional. 3. **Disponibilidad en Booking**: La indisponibilidad de su propiedad en Booking fue consecuencia de problemas técnicos relacionados con la configuración de su anuncio, de los cuales fue informado oportunamente. En ningún momento se alquiló su propiedad sin su conocimiento. 4. **Uso de la propiedad**: La afirmación de que familiares de nuestro equipo se alojaron en su vivienda es completamente falsa. Jamás permitimos o facilitamos que ningún miembro del equipo, ni sus familiares, utilizara la propiedad. Todas las reservas realizadas a través de nuestra agencia fueron legítimas y gestionadas de forma transparente. 5. **Descripción engañosa**: La información en la descripción de su propiedad fue elaborada en base a los datos proporcionados por usted. Nunca se incluyó información sin su consentimiento previo, y cualquier ajuste o actualización fue notificado. Debido a la serie de incumplimientos contractuales por su parte, tomamos la decisión de rescindir el contrato. Lamentamos que la experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria, pero las acusaciones infundadas no ayudan a resolver la situación. I was very happy with Christopher ,he was very helpful ,from start to finish was great.He did everything for me ,to make my stay enjoyable.Than his lovely wife met me at the apartment and showed me ,how to use everything .The apartment is spotless and very homely .Also a lovely bottle of wine and water was left there for me ,also a lovely basket with coffee and tea .Thank you so much . ☘️🙏The apartment is right beside the shops and Restaurants and about 8 minutes to the beach.🏖️ Everything at my doorstep.🙏

I would highly recommend Alexa's apartment having stayed there recently,it's in a good central location very clean & had everything you'd need provided.
