Acabamos de comprar un apartamento en La Palma de Cartagena, aparte del trato impecable durante todo el proceso, de lograr un sitio que cumplia todas nuestras expectativas, han tenido una gestión eficiente y rápido con todos los tramites de papeles, cambio de titularidad del agua, la electricidad etc Y el día que nos dieron las llaves, en el apartamento había una botella de champagne con copas para brindar por la adquisición, un mensaje precioso de bienvenida y un par de botellas de vino. TODO UN DETALLAZO. Sinceramente recomiendo el sitio, y ensalzar el trato de profesionalidad y sobre todo en nuestro caso, de ROMI que fue la persona con la que tuvimos más trato. When buying a new house in a country where you are unfamiliar with the buying process then trust and communication with your agent is so important. On the strong recommendation from 2 friends and previous customers of GLM i got in touch with Graeme and Romy when searching for a house. I could not be more impressed . We recently purchased a property in Los Alcazares through GLM. Having stayed in the area several times over the previous 2 years we knew where we wanted to buy and had viewed through GLM previously but never progressed for one reason or another. They marketed a property a couple of weeks before we were due to visit in early February ‘25, and we arranged to view shortly after we arrived. Less than 4 weeks later we owned the property thanks to the amazing service provided by Romy and Graeme having given them POA to deal with our purchase when we returned to the UK. The service they provided was exemplary and their knowledge of local property purchasing process is second to none. Every aspect of our purchase that they could deliver, support, or advise and guide us on was handled in a confident, relaxed and positive manner and this resulted in a stress-free purchase from initial viewing to handing over the keys. Further to this they organised our Spanish Wills too! In summary, 100% honest, 100% professional, 100% reliable and 100% recommended!

Eine Freundin und ich hatten schon vor, an der spanischen Mittelmeerküste auf Wohnungssuche zu gehen. Schon am ersten Urlaubstag hatte ich mich in Los Alcazares und auch in die Community, in welcher unsere Ferienwohnung war, verliebt. Als ich an einem Haus dort ein Schild von GLM Property entdeckte, nahm ich Kontakt auf. Und Glück, die Maklerin, Romy Linke ist Deutsche. Sie zeigte mir eine Wohnung in dieser Community, und die war es dann. Natürlich sah ich mir auch noch mit anderen Maklern weitere Objekte an, aber die konnten mit der Wohnung mit mithalten. Dank Romy konnte ich den Vorbesitzer auch noch ein wenig runter handeln. Ich wusste nicht, dass es so leicht ist, in Spanien eine Wohnung zu kaufen. Und GLM Property arbeitet absolut präzise und zuverlässig. Die berühmte Nie-Nummer wurde für mich bestellt und auch der Kaufvertrag wurde für mich abgeschlossen. Und GLM Property übernimmt für mich auch einen kleinen Umbau, meldet Strom, WLAN, etc. an, so dass ich eine komplett nach Wunsch fertige Wohnung übernehmen kann. A 'One Stop' Shop! We bought and sold with GLM and both couldn't have gone smoother. We were initially sceptical of the seemingly standard process of an Estate Agent doing the legal side, as well as dealing with all other documentary requirements. But a Power of Attorney allowed Graeme and Romy to deal with all on our behalf, making the whole process stress free. They were also helpful and informative after the sale, advising regarding wills, tax and anything else you may need help with. As well as being very efficient and knowledgeable, they are also very nice people to deal with!

WOW WOW WOW!!! What can I say GLM Graeme and Romy have been truly amazing in their support in buying our dream home in the sun 🌞 We started our house hunting journey in February this year, we viewed a few properties with various agents and on the day before we was flying back home to the UK we viewed 2 with GLM. We offered on one but offer was declined, Romy took us to sort out POA and open our bank account she set this up in minutes. We travelled back to the UK the next day and we continued to seek properties online.
