Juli was very helpful. She had a few villas lined up for us to visit. She picked us up at our accommodation and drove us around to each villa, one of which we were very interested in which fitted our brief. She knew her stuff, giving us insight as to what we would need to do step by step. We would use Juli in the future. Highly recommend her.

After searching during more than 2 years in a few sunny countries we found a flat ticking all the boxes of our wishes list through Space Real Estate. Maria was our contact and she organized two successive visits , the second one was conclusive. The global acquisition process took one month (minus 1 day !) , during the process and even after Maria was very professional , her availability was total, to answer our questions, even during week-ends. We highly appreciated the support.

Marea at Space, Los Alcazares sold our property. She was always available and responded quickly to our queries. She worked on Sundays if needed and kept a steady stream of potential buyers coming through our home. She included a stunning, professional video of our home, which highlighted the original views, and no doubt contributed to the sale. I contacted Space Real Estate, I spoke with Sarah, she was so nice and professional, I told her my budget, what type of property we were looking for and location, she said she would look into it for me and get back to me, within a few days, she sent me 3 properties to view, the properties were actually nicer than what we had been searching for ourselves, so we booked a flight and arranged a day for viewing, Sarah made a WhatsApp group for us and introduced us to Maria, we could not of asked for a nicer person , she was lovely and so knowledgeable and professional, she came to where we where staying and picked us up, she spent the whole day with us and was so patient, we viewed 4 properties in total, we fell in love with one, and are now buying this property, Maria went above and beyond to get us an amazing deal on this property, thank you so much Sarah and Maria From Carl and Sharon

We had a fabulous viewing experience with Lorna from the Los Alcazares office who showed us numerous properties throughout the afternoon and also went out of her way to show us the local areas into the early evening. Although we didn't purchase a property with her / Space Real Estate I would 100% recommend them if you are looking to buy. Thanks once again Kev & Emma from the UK.

We used Nick Brown at Space to find us a property in Spain. Nick did all the research and had properties ready for us to view, when we got out there. He really understood our brief and showed us properties that were exactly what we asked for. He took us to each property and delivered us a very professional but personal service. Ultimately we bought a property. Nick provided details of a solicitor and was there every step of the way, providing advice and expertise where and when needed, right up to completion. I can't recommend Nick and the team at Space, highly enough.

Their attitudes are low at all levels of communication.

We contacted Space to make a viewing appointment at a local villa, it was set for the following week. The same day we sent a few more property reference numbers of similar properties we would also like to view. We heard nothing. We chased up and was told they would contact us the day before the appointment in case any of our choices had sold over the weekend………..nothing….so we rang them and nothing had been arranged and could we delay our viewings. They then rang about an hour later to say they couldn’t get hold of any owners so no viewings would take place. How is this a good service for not only buyers, but the sellers who are putting their properties in the hands of Space. We refuse to have anything to do with them now, even though one of the villas we feel would have been perfect for us.

Contacted Julie about a villa in Sucina. Was asked to wait a week to view it as they were busy. Was also asked to send them refs from their website of other villas in the same area we would like to view. Waited till the Friday then chased to see which villas we would view on the next Tuesday morning. Was told Julie would come back to us on Monday to confirm. Waited till 5pm Monday chased again to be told we have been busy but will set it up now. At 6pm Maria called to say they couldn't get hold of the other villas and could we delay. We told them to forget it. Terrible, unprofessional service. I pity the owners who are trusting this lot.

Hej, jag har tyvärr bara dåliga erfarenheter av Space real estate, dom tar inte bort gamla annonser (fastigheter som redan är sålda), för att locka folk att ringa. Dom annonserar fastigheter på Costa blanca men deras kontor ligger i Marbella så dom hyr in mäklare från andra kontor. OSERIÖS MÄKLARFIRMA!!!!!!
