Jag och min fru sökte efter ett boende i Spanien! Vi kom i kontakt med en mäklare hos husman hagberg som gick igenom vad vi sökte för typ av boende! Läge, pris närhet till olika saker mm.! Vi är jättenöjda med hennes matchning med vad vi sökte och hon uppfyllde alla dessa kriterier! Då vi har haft oturen att få en byggherren som har strulat en hel del med olika saker både under byggprojektet och efteråt så är vi otroligt tacksamma för hjälpen och stöttningen som vi har haft och har från husmanhagberg! Keep well away, after e mailing for two weeks and speaking on the phone twice to get more information on a property, they refuse to help me with no explanation, not sure if they are lazy, incompetent, ignorant, or all three, Forced to give one star in order to post but really 0 stars, complete joke.

I have been assisted by Europahus since September 2017 in viewing properties/buying and also in rental enquiries in the last six months. I have found the staff to be polite, helpful and accommodating in all areas they have been involved with.

After having dealt with quite a few real estate agents in Spain Ms. Karin Mattson and her team stands out as exceptional. They are highly dedicated to their job and very pleasant to deal with. They are well connected and has a very good understanding of both the legal and administrative systems which is essential to operate in Spain. Ms. Mattson and her team are always prepared to go that extra mile for you, if needed. And more importantly, they are there to assist you also after you have taken over your new home of sold you previous home. This is an extra service which you will probably not find with other agents. We were looking for a property in Los Alcazares and went to Europahus in the local town. Karen and her team help us find our beautiful property. Karen helped us get the deal we wanted from the developers and recommended a great Lawyer. Everything went very smoothly as I was back in England.and did not need any problems and there was non. After purchasing the property if I had any problems with insurance advise or any other services or just need help or a chat Karen and her team will always help and most of all the always call you back! We bought our first Spanish property through Europahus and can honestly say that their assistance and professional approach on associated matters, made it a trouble free experience for us. It was something that we were dreading as first time buyers in Spain, but in the end we actually enjoyed it. Karin and her team helped us with our Spanish solicitors in the conveyancing and obtaining the necessary documentation through the Notaria. There was no language barrier and clear regular, communication which made it much easier and we are now owners of our first property. I would recommend Karin and her team as a first point of contact for any British people seeking to purchase property in Spain, as their service could not be matched in our personnel opinion.
