We recently bought our home through Singularity and I wanted to highlight just how incredible our experience was — especially thanks to Blair. From the moment I messaged about viewing a house, Blair went above and beyond. Not only did he arrange a viewing for the property we were interested in, but he also sent a few more that perfectly matched our criteria. He was so kind and accommodating — even waiting for my mum to arrive before starting the viewing. We fell in love with the property and made an offer just an hour later. Blair moved quickly, got our offer accepted, and handled all the next steps with clarity and efficiency. There was a gap of almost three months between our offer and the final signing due to our own sale, but Blair stayed in touch the entire time. He was always checking in, offering support, and making himself available — even on weekends. He even reached out the day before, the day of, and the day after the signing just to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, professional, and genuinely helpful. Blair made a stressful process feel easy, and that’s why we’ve now chosen to sell my mum’s place with Singularity too. Thank you again, Blair — you’ve been absolutely amazing.

2 jaar zijn we actief op zoek geweest naar ons droomhuisje, en wilden het stilaan eindelijk opgeven. In onze laatste zoektocht zagen we een pand dat via Singularity Homes te koop stond. Voor de eerste keer tijdens onze zoektocht werd er door de makelaar (en de Nederlandstalige Katrien) eens echt naar ons geluisterd en bezochten we panden welke wijzelf mooi vonden en niet welke er ons werd aangesmeerd als "buitenkansjes". Hierdoor vonden we op één enkele bezichtigingsdag wat we precies zochten. De rest van de afhandelingen gebeurde zonder ook maar enige stress en alles vloeide vlotjes in elkaar. Wir haben unser Haus in Spanien 🇪🇸 aus Altersgründen über das Maklerbüro Singularity Homes aus Torrevieja verkauft. Das Haus befand sich in der Nähe von Orihuela - Costa Los-Dolses. Wir hatten einen sehr netten jungen Makler Hector Rodriguez. Er hat sich sehr bemüht unser Haus zu verkaufen. Nach etlichen Versuchen hat er für uns das richtige Käuferpaar aus Schweden 🇸🇪 gefunden. Disappointing experience. We found the property ourselves, yet the agent offered little real support and pushed us toward an overpriced lawyer. Promises were not kept, and once the deal was done, there was zero follow-up. As someone with real estate Background with Century 21 Canada , I found the service extremely poor and not worth the high commission. Not recommended.

La experiencia con Singularity Homes y en concreto con Hector, ha sido especialmente buena. En mi búsqueda de vivienda, topé con varias inmobiliarias de la zona, como es lógico, y el trato con el fué diferente. Además de ser un gran profesional, es muy transparente, humano y te ofrece una cercanía y confianza, que no me he encontrado en los otros casos. Evidentemente, lo que más nos convenció fue la casa que nos hemos comprado, pero la forma de trabajar de Hector, ayudó a que nos decidieramos a dar el paso, sin duda. Gracias!
