Es wurde sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Von der NIE NR. angefangen, bis zum Notartermin. Mit einer Vollmacht wurde ein Bankkonto eröffnet, Strom und Wasser umgemeldet, Haftpflichtversicherung und Internetvertrag abgeschlossen. Wir haben die Immobilie besichtigt, uns darin verliebt und sind nach Hause geflogen. 6 Wochen später war von Marcel und Filiz alles erledigt worden, wir haben einen Flug gebucht und haben den Schlüssel im Safe an der Tür vorgefunden. Dann nur noch aufgeschlossen und wir sind nun tatsächlich Besitzer einer tollen Immobilie in Spanien. Also besser, unkomplizierter und ohne zusätzliche Kosten, kann man nicht kaufen. Es gibt hier vor Ort ganz andere Makler, da hätte ich nicht diesen Service bekommen und da hätte ich ehrlich gesagt auch keine Vollmachten erstellt. Wer sorglos kaufen möchte in Spanien, dem kann ich Inmo Investments nur bestens weiterempfehlen!!! 👌 Es wurden alle Dokumente auch vom spanischen in deutsch übersetzt, also wirklich toller Service. Vi har nyligen köpt ett fint townhouse i Playa Flamenca genom Inmo Investments. Det började med ett snabbt och professionellt svar på ett Email från Shelley Starkey. Hon presenterade oss till den fantastiska Alexander Pichlmayr. Vi hade tidigare en lägenhet i Torrevieja som vi sålde nyligen. Båda köpet och försäljningen av lägenheten var genom spanska mäklare. Vi kände oss lurade båda gångerna med mycket höga kostnader och stor förlust. Detta gjorde att vi var misstänksamma mot alla mäklare tills vi fick kontakt till Inmo Investments. Alexander P visade oss att det finns goda människor. Han hjälpte oss med visning av huset och även en videovisning på en helg och på sin lediga dag. Wir machen seit vielen Jahren Urlaub in Orihuela Costa und sind von der Gegend und dem tollen Klima begeistert. Ein Rundum-Sorglospaket sozusagen ! Wir konnten jederzeit alle offenen Fragen stellen und diese wurden immer prompt, professionell, freundschaftlich und herzlich beantwortet.
