Mit diesem Makler hat man einfach nur alles richtig gemacht. Besonders als deutscher sehr zu empfehlen. Verantwortlich, zuverlässig, kompetent. Wir waren immer sehr unsicher und misstrauisch,was sich hier aber völlig in Luft auflöste. Und nach 3 Jahren immer noch Kontakt und unterstützend. Bester Mann 😉

Es ist sehr schwierig, telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen und Sie werden nicht zeitnah und klar darüber informiert, ob Sie als potenzieller Käufer dem Preis nahe kommen oder nicht. Ehrlich gesagt lässt es bei mir sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Mein Vater (84 Jahre) hat HF einen Verkaufsauftrag über 190.000€ (200.000€ wären angeblich zu hoch gewesen!!) für eine Immobilie erteilt. Diese wurde dann relativ schnell für 199.000€ (9.000€ Provision) verkauft. Der Käufer leistete direkt an Hahn-Fürstenberg eine Anzahlung i. H. v. 10.000€. Beim Notar (3 Wochen später) wurden dann die noch offenen 189.000€ dokumentiert - VORAB gab es die verbindliche Zusage von HF die fehlenden 1.000€ (aus der Anzahlung) DIREKT nach der „Unterschrift“ an meinen Vater zu überweisen. Dies ist nun 3 Wochen her… Sämtliche An- und Rückfragen bleiben unbeantwortet. Einem 84jährigen Rentner 1.000€ quasi zu unterschlagen ist unredlich und zeigt, was „Versprechen“ hier wert sind. My father (84 years) has issued a sale order of over 190,000€ (200,000€ would have been too high!!) for a property. This was then sold relatively quickly for 199,000€ (9,000€ commission). The buyer paid a deposit of 10,000€ directly to Hahn-Fürstenberg. At the notary (3 weeks later) the still open 189,000€ were documented - VORAB gave HF the binding commitment to transfer the missing 1,000€ (from the deposit) DIREKT to my father after the “signature”. This is now 3 weeks ago… All inquiries and inquiries remain unanswered. To banish an 84-year-old pensioner 1,000€ quasi is unfair and shows what “promises” are worth here.
