Being a foreigner living across the globe, we were lucky to have found someone to guide us through every step of the way on selling a property in Torre Pacheco, Spain. Gara went above and beyond what real estate agents normally do, truly looking out for our best interest, being available at any time during the day (important for us since we are in different time zones), communicating with us regularly, helping us hire cleaners, painters, plumbers and handyman to do work in the property and working together with our attorney/closing agent. Having someone with a legal background (Gara is a former lawyer in Spain) was an asset to us as well as she was able to explain legal aspects of the process which we did not know of). We hebben begin dit jaar besloten om een huis te gaan kopen in de Costa Calida. Gezien onze ervaringen met makelaars hebben we eerst besloten om het zelf te gaan doen met wat tips van mensen die hier al hebben gekocht. Totdat we bij een huis tegen Gara aan liepen als verkopende makelaar. Dit was de eerste makelaar die wel eerlijk en open op ons over kwam. Bij een volgende bezoek hebben we daarom besloten om haar te benaderen om ons toch te helpen en daar zijn we erg blij mee. Ze heeft echt goede adviezen gegeven over bepaalde locaties om het wel of niet te doen. Ze maakt zich echt hard voor je. Omdat we het eerst zelf deden weten we hoe lastig het kan zijn om afspraken te krijgen voor bezichtigingen. Wij als Hollanders zouden zeggen dat als je je huis wil verkopen je wel reageert op aanvragen, maar dat is hier in Spanje wel anders. Gara werkt hard, is altijd bereikbaar en reageert zelfs in de avonden als ze eigenlijk vrij is. De onderhandelingen is ze goed aangegaan. Bij 1 huis wilden de verkopers niet onderhandelen in prijs. Ze heeft daarom een ultimatum vanuit onze kant gezet met een uiterste prijs en een datum dat we uiterste reactie willen hebben omdat we anders voor een andere woning gaan. Goed de druk er op gezet zonder teveel te pushen. Gara gaat niet voor het snelle geld, maar denkt echt met je mee wat bij jou past en waar jij gelukkig gaat worden. Wij zijn erg blij dat ze ons geholpen heeft. Ze spreekt geen Nederlands, maar haar Engels is prima. Dank je wel voor je inzet Gara!

No podemos estar más contentos! El año pasado compramos una vivienda en Las Terrazas de la Torre, ABS nos hizo la obra del baño, (quitar la bañera y poner plato de ducha, y poner los muebles del baño) las rozas para poner todos los enchufes y luces donde los necesitábamos, pintar la casa entera, etc. Quedamos tan encantados con la rapidez, limpieza y trato, que este año, decidimos que queríamos que nos pusieran ellos las cortinas de cristal, y como no, han quedado estupendas, las han instalado exactamente como queríamos, para no perder vistas. Nuevamente rápidos, limpios y trato exquisito, y con licencia y permisos incluidos, cosa que se agradece muchísimo. Calidad-precio inmejorable. Gracias Ashley!

Phoebe and team have been wonderfully supportive throughout our selling journey. Great advice at all stages and so proactive, we sold within 5 weeks of first discussing it with Phoebe. She took a brilliant set of promo pictures and a video which showed prospective buyers why they should choose our apartment over all the others on the market at that time.

Dealing with Phoebe at ABS was an excellent experience. Phoebe was very helpful, professional and efficient in her work. She was very prompt in replying to my calls, texts and emails. Phoebe was always on time for our appointments. None of my queries, (and I tend to have a lot) were left unanswered - if Phoebe did not immediately have an answer she would research and reply promptly. Phoebe was a pleasure to work with and to purchase through. Our completion date was exactly that first asked for eight weeks earlier. Any future auctioneering work of ours will be with ABS.
