Tenia que poner en venta un apartamento, y buscando una agencia, me encontre con 5 Real Estate, y francamente, la mejor opción disponible. Rápidos, ágiles, y sobre todo una atención al cliente EXCEPCIONAL, que pocas veces he visto, y no es la primera vivienda que he vendido. No solo han sido muy muy rápidos en la venta, han tardado solo 3 meses desde el encargo, si no que las visitas han sido muy frencuentes, señal de que disponen de una variada e importante cartera de clientes. Una vez cerrada la venta, se han encargado absolutamente de todo y me han acompañado en todo momento hasta la firma de la escritura, es mas, tenia el certificado energético caducado, y consiguieron un Técnico para obtener otro en un tiempo record para poder firmar. Y si a todo esto se le suma que los honorarios son realmente competitivos, pues que decir. En definitiva, si quieres vender una vivienda, estos son los Agentes mas acertados.

Si pudiera quitarle la estrella, se la quitaría. Es una pena que este bonito proceso de comprar una vivienda se haya convertido en una pesadilla debido a la incompetencia y falta de profesionalidad de la inmobiliaria. Podría extenderme y estar 24h escribiendo una reseña negativa de la inmobiliaria y sus trabajadores. Voy a intentar no extenderme, aunque es inevitable. Esta inmobiliaria aparentan ser profesionales y cercanos hasta el día que cobran los honorarios. Una vez realizado el pago se desentienden de absolutamente todo, siendo uno mismo el que tiene que intentar contactar con ellos en infinidad de ocasiones. No quiero dar nombres propios, pero tienen trabajadores/as que se limitan a decir “eso el abogado”; “te llamaré cuando sepa algo” (cosa que nunca hacen) ; “nosotros no podemos hacer más”. Se dedicaron a crear un triste grupo de WhatsApp y responder a ciertos mensajes, porque ellos no quieren recibir llamadas (vaya a ser que haya que trabajar un poco). Digo triste grupo de WhatsApp porque hay multitud de personas que no sabes nada de ellos y te sientes ignorados por todos. Ha sido un proceso de 6 meses de espera, ya que vendieron una propiedad la cual tenía un problema de herencia por solventar. Este obstáculo se solventaría de manera rápida (según nos comentó una trabajadora de la inmobiliaria durante una llamada telefónica). Durante el proceso hemos sufrido un estrés insoportable, ya que la inmobiliaria no mostraba interés alguno, ni tenían iniciativa propia para solventar impedimentos que iban apareciendo. En nuestro caso, y al contrario del relato de otra clienta de nombre Irina que podéis leer también su reseña, a nosotros si nos ha supuesto una modificación en nuestra condición hipotecaria (a peor) debido al retraso de la operación. A día de hoy, sigo esperando todas esas llamadas telefónicas que me iban posponiendo y nunca llegaron. Es probable, que esa llamada llegue cuando lean esta reseña, pero ya decidiré si cojo el teléfono o les hago sentir ese vacío como hemos sentido nosotros como clientes. Para concluir, porque ya lo estoy haciendo largo y no creo que esto sea leído, quiero transmitir que una inmobiliaria es un intermediario entre comprador y vendedor, y el trabajo empieza desde que se pone el anuncio de la venta de la casa hasta el día que se formaliza ante notario la compraventa de la misma. Día, por cierto, que no acudieron a la notaría y nos vimos sin representación inmobiliaria. Allí, habían otras personas que iban a lo mismo que nosotros y todas ellas representadas por un agente inmobiliario. Esta gente directamente no se ha molestado ni en preguntar “qué tal ha ido todo” una vez finalizado este largo calvario. Si alguien quiere saber más sobre mi opinión acerca de esta inmobiliaria, les invito a escribirme por privado para compartiros esta horripilante experiencia. Ojalá y toda persona que tenga una mala experiencia con ellos, tenga la valentía de contarlo a pesar de las llamadas que puedan recibir de los trabajadores de esta empresa. A nosotros nos habría servido de ayuda leer más críticas realistas y que sean color de rosa.

Quiero dejar constancia de mi profundo descontento con el servicio recibido. Después de realizar el pago de los honorarios a vuestra inmobiliaria, el seguimiento y la comunicación por vuestra parte han sido casi inexistentes. Desde el primer día, se nos aseguró que la propietaria tenía prisa por vender, y bajo esa premisa nos apresuramos a comprar. Sin embargo, resultó ser completamente falso. Además, el proceso se prolongó durante 6 meses debido a que la propiedad no tenía los papeles en regla, algo que no nos fue comunicado de manera clara desde el inicio. Se nos aseguró que en abril todo estaría solucionado, pero la realidad fue muy diferente. Tuvimos que estar constantemente encima vuestro para recibir alguna novedad, ya que la falta de comunicación por vuestra parte fue notoria. Por lo tanto, hicimos la reserva en Febrero con fecha para firmar en Abril y hemos acabado firmado a mediados de Agosto. En resumen, considero que vuestro trabajo se limitó a enseñarnos la casa y poco más. En cada ocasión que solicitamos ayuda o información, simplemente nos remitisteis al abogado de la vendedora, lo cual dejó mucho que desear en cuanto al servicio que esperábamos recibir tras haber pagado vuestros honorarios. Es una lástima que la experiencia haya sido tan negativa, ya que esperábamos mucho más de profesionales del sector inmobiliario.

Prompt communication, a very professional drone video and all viewings carried out punctually, with feedback on the potential purchaser’s reaction within 24 hours. We were selling and buying simultaneously, as a “ downsizing” project. ( Two flights of stairs, plus the maintenance and costs of a townhouse can get a bit of an effort with age!!) We had the pleasure of using 5 Real Estate in our recent house purchase in Spain. Our face to face contacts were Hugh and Bruce in the San Pedro del Pinatar office. Both were very easy to deal with and very helpful even with printing out documents and any other issues we had. There were office based colleagues, who we never saw, that were quick to answer any communications or issues that we had. A WhatsApp group had been set up by 5 RE that was particularly useful for making contact with the company. It helped to make timely enquiries which were always answered quickly by 5RE. With regard to our Legal Team, Pastor Law, they were recommended by 5RE as someone they work with on a regular basis. Unfortunately our experience with Pastor Law was not so professional. We were constantly chasing them up and our correspondence was slow to be dealt with. We were even told at one point that they had been trying to contact us but allegedly we hadn’t replied to their emails. Blatant lie which led to delays in the sale going through - So find a different legal team I was not impressed with them. I can’t recommend 5 Real Estate enough! I would certainly employ them again.

Very impressive company. Sold our apartment in 48 hours! Efficient follow through and effective friendly staff. If I have one criticism it is that their partner companies simply cannot match the very high standard set by 5. With hind sight, I would have opted to pay the higher fee and used my own Gestor for the actual legal process.

A very pleasant experience for what is often a stressful process. First of all the properties online are easy to search, sort and read, much easier than other Spanish property websites. Second, contact with the agent was straightforward. Third, on the day of viewing, there was no hard sell, the agent was upfront about any possible issues with each property. Finally, the actual purchase, paperwork, deposit etc was all explained clearly and, again, went smoothly without any stress. Thank you, especially Hugh, who was our main contact and guide at the San Pedro del Pinatar office.

Si buscáis LA PEOR AGENCIA INMOBILIARIA - ES LA VUESTRA! Muy mala experiencia al comprar un inmueble con ellos. Falta de profesionalidad desde el primer momento, el agente olvidó las llaves en primer día de enseñarnos la casa. Empezaron vender la casa sin tener toda la documentación suya, ni sabían la dirección exacta del inmueble. Nos dieron la referencia Catastral incorrecta, y por eso teníamos qué hacer la Nota Simple dos veces. La documentación del inmueble no estaba en regla y nos retrasaron la fecha de la firma con mi banco. El certificado de eficiencia energética no estaba preparado. Y en todo momento y constantemente lo primero que hicieron era solicitar el deposito de la casa y los gastos de inmobiliaria. Y los gastos son excesivamente altos por el servicio que realizan. Por su culpa casi perdemos las condiciones pactadas de la hipoteca por incumplimiento de fechas. Encima de todo no respondían a nuestras llamadas ni estaban informando del proceso. TRABAJO MEDIOCRE. El resumen : Muy mala experiencia, no la recomiendo para nada.

We is instructed this company following a meeting with Hugh and we were immediately impressed by the professional manner in which he handled our meeting.Our house was then put on the market and after several viewings attended by Hugh we agreed to accept an offer which we felt reasonable and thereafter the sale was handled by a small team who kept us advised of each and every development as matters moved along .The lawyers recommended by them were excellent as were Currencies direct who are handling the financial transfer.The entire sales process went without a hitch and the fact that we were in the U.K. made no difference to our lines of communication.The fee charged was a testament to the slickness of the teamwork of this company.We certainly would not hesitate to recommend them for the sale of property in Spain.
