Informatie en een bezichtiging aangevraagd voor 2 panden via meerdere kanalen en na 9 dagen heb ik nog steeds geen reactie van hun ontvangen.

Wij waren opzoek naar een leuke appartement aan de costa blanca, via een tip contact gekregen met Marvin de weert. Nadat wij onze wensen hebben uitgesproken zijn we samen op zoek gegaan. Na een paar appartementen te hebben bezichtigd hebben wij onze appartement gevonden. Ik raad iedereen Marvin de Weert aan, een zeer goede betrouwbare vriendelijke makelaar, die echt naar joun wensen luistert en meedenkt en goede adviezen geeft!

Eind december zijn we in contact gekomen met Marvin. Van begin tot het eind heeft hij continu voor ons klaar gestaan en geholpen. Hij luisterde goed naar onze wensen en is daarmee gaan zoeken. Begin januari hebben we enkele woningen bekeken en bij woning 3 werden we gelijk verliefd. Het is ons geluk om de woning in Punta prima te bemachtigen. We zijn super blij met hoe de hele aankoop is verlopen. Van A tot Z zijn we goed geholpen en begeleid.

Mala gestión de las incidencias con los alquileres de las casas. La limpieza es escasa, te dan una solución tardía y no acorde a las necesidades del huésped, no te contestan a los emails. Costes elevados para la calidad de las casas. Nunca más
