Mevilla Real Estate

I waited at the property for the scheduled viewing, but nobody showed up. Even before that, I already had the impression that there was very little ambition or effort from the agent. In the end, they just left me standing there without any notice or explanation. I find that unprofessional and overall it was a disappointing experience. Not recommended.

Mevilla Real Estate is a company of excellent professionals who know and handle all aspects of real estate purchasing perfectly. We are very grateful to Olaf, Dmitri and Antonio. We bought our first property in Spain and had no problems, everything was smooth and reliable. It was a pleasure to communicate with them. We highly recommend Mevilla.

Het is niet ons eerste woning die we aankochten in Spanje. We zijn ons er dus van bewust dat het hier iets anders gaat dan bij ons in België. Met deze makelaar werd het een heel slechte ervaring. Ze weigerden in het contract te plaatsen dat de woning netjes zou worden achtergelaten en dat de meubels zouden worden verwijderd. Er werd ons mondeling beloofd dat er iemand van de “charity” zou worden aangesteld om het meubilair weg te halen. Alles verliep vlot tot het voorschot werd betaald. Daarna was alle communicatie zoek. Voor de akte wilden we graag de woning een extra keer inspecteren. Het werd ons zowat onmogelijk gemaakt. Omdat we dreigden niet te betalen, mochten we de woning uiteindelijk daags voor de akte toch bezichtigen. We hadden toen al 10 verhalen gekregen waarom dit onmogelijk was. Heel verdacht. Tussen het ondertekenen van het contract en de akte werd de woning zwaar verwaarloosd. De makelaar lachte ons gewoon uit toen we wilden dat woning netjes werd achtergelaten. Onze advocaat probeerde bij de notaris nog iets te bereiken, maar daar werden we enkel bedreigd dat akte dan niet doorgaat. Ondertussen hadden we wel al 400k geparkeerd staan bij de notaris. Je staat als koper letterlijk tegen de muur en daar heeft de makelaar gretig gebruik van gemaakt. Hopelijk genieten ze van hun commissie. Voor de woning die we nu zullen te koop aanbieden, zal het alvast niet met hen zijn. Kom je iets dergelijks tegen in België en je spreekt hier het BIV over aan, mag de makelaar zich gaan verantwoorden op de hoofdzetel van het BIV.

Nachdem wir unser erstes Haus in Playa Flamenca durch Mevilla ( zur Information: Mevilla ist spanisch und heißt übersetzt auf deutsch „meine Villa“) verkauft haben und eine fantastische Betreuung erfahren haben, wollten wir 2020 wieder zurück zu unserer alten Liebe Spanien. Da wir auch nach 15 Jahren noch genug Ortskenntnis hatten, fanden wir an gleicher Stelle dieses Büro mit den gleichen Mitarbeitern vor. Ergänzend die kleine Vorgeschichte: zwei Tage lang fuhren wir kreuz und quer durch die CostaBlanca mit einem anderen Immobilien Anbieter. Wir hatten nicht das richtige gefunden und erst dann erinnerten wir uns an unseren „alten“ Makler und fanden ihn tatsächlich am gleichen Ort. Schon am ersten Tag fanden wir mit Hilfe des fantastischen Mitarbeiters Antonio die ebenso fantastische Traumimmobilie. Vom ersten Augenblick der Entscheidung bis zum Einzug war Olaf hilfreich an unserer Seite und auch für spätere Problemchen immer für uns da.
