I have been using Purview Letting & Management for the last 3+ years and have always been impressed. I knew the owners Matt and Laura for quite some time before this so when they set up the business just as our previous management company were closing, it made perfect sense to work together. Being based in the UK and our rental property in Spain, it is essential to have people we know and who we can trust with our property and our guests. Nothing is too much trouble and their knowledge is invaluable, whether it is assisting us with the Tourist License or finding an electrician between guest swap overs to change a socket. The cleaning has been an upgrade from the previous company too, where we were starting to get a couple of complaints, so that is an added weight off our minds too. If you are looking for a management company to look after your property I would absolutely recommend speaking with Purview - you won't be disappointed.
