This lady, J.Harrison can not be trusted we had a verry bad experiance whit her, we rented longterm propperty. The appartement was not clean a lot of things were broken or did not work, she asked way to much money and did not want to pay the 800 euro deposit back I will never rent a property from her again. This lady Jane Harrison can not accept my review she did not pay the deposit from 800 euro back, we cleaned the appartment when we arrived and we did not ask money in return the appartment was in a better state when we left,than when we arrived, because she cannot handel my review she tells i was using drugs but this is not true,i do not. What is true is that this lady Jane Harisson drinks verry heavy, that is the biggest reason why she cannot be trusted, some times she came to the appartment afther drinking a lot ,and forgot that she already came in the afternoon for the rent, my advise ,do not buy or rent from this lady. She asked us 800 per month, and others who rented from a other compagnie payed for the same appartment 400 whit a deposit for 400 this is my experiance whit this lady. Bad experiance, verry bad .The one time i had the opurtunity to go on Hollyday with my daughter and grandson she, Jane Haris made it hell!

Brigitte, you rented a property from us in 2016 - why has it taken you 7 years to write a review? We asked you to leave after 3 months because of your very obvious drug use, and your deposit was returned in full. We are very relieved to hear you won´t be coming back to us.

Jane has shown herself to be friendly, fair, professional and helpful over the past four years. They say animals are good at judging characters seems like that’s true as our dog goes silly with pleasure when Jane calls.

Es una auténtica ladrona. La peor decision de mi vida. Dice que me he llevado cosas cuando lo único que hice fue arreglar todo lo estropeado de la casa. Jamás contratemos aquí porque enseguida se lavan las manos y te echan la culpa de todo. En ningún momento he enviado fotos de nada. Jamás he cogido algo que no me pertenece. Aprenda usted a no robar a la gente y pagar por lo que se merece. Espero que se haga justicia.Se decidirá de mi fianza dice jajaja. La cual no veo desde hace tres meses que me fui. No cecesito hablar ni contigo ni con el propietario, descuenten lo que quieran porque estoy cansado ya y devuelvanme mi dinero. Después de tres meses peleando he conseguido que me devuelvan la fianza porque al principio me decía que no me iba a dar nada.

Hola David. Lamento que te sientas así, pero olvidaste algunos detalles. Tomaste cosas del apartamento que no te pertenecen. Ha confirmado por escrito varias veces que tiene los artículos, e incluso me ha enviado fotos de los artículos que tomó sin permiso. Usted se niega a devolver los artículos. Por lo tanto, el costo de estos artículos se deducirá de su fianza. Esta es la parte que no te gusta. Por favor, aprenda una lección de esto. Cuando tomas cosas que no te pertenecen, hay consecuencias. Hi David. I¨m sorry you feel that way, but you forgot some of the details. You took things from the apartment that do not belong to you. You have confirmed in writing various times that you have the items, and have even sent me photos of the items, that you took without permission. You are refusing to return the items. So, the cost of these items will be deducted from your deposit. This is the part that you do not like. Please learn a lesson from this. When you take things that do not belong to you, there are consequences.

Unfortunately the worst property manager I have ever came accross. Sadly ALL of my outdoor furniture was either missing,destroyed or broken. Stove was badly burned. My new tv screen was cracked. All interior doors were damaged. It looked like the tenant just grabbed a knife and carved into all doors. All of my pods and pans needed to replaced as they were disgusting from all the grease. Tenant never used a sheet on bed. Matters had to be replaced . Chunk of wall pieces missing from the walls on different locations It's all after 1 year of rental. None of these were disclosed to me so I had no idea what the condition of the place was. I asked for pictures but that request was ignored. My beautifully furnished and cared for place was destroyed in just 1 year. Unfortunately I did not even get the deposit to cover my few thousand euros damage. According to the manager I was not entitled to that. Obviously inventory was not taken of the missing and broken items. I rent out other property in Spain in the last 7 years but never ever experienced anything like this. I understand ware and tare but this is far beyond that and a very upsetting experience.

I´m sorry that you feel this way after a successful year of working with us renting your apartment. We have kept the apartment fully tenanted for you throughout this time, and all monies due to you have been paid on time. The chunks missing from the wall that you refer to, will be the raging damp that has taken over the entire wall in the lounge. The paint and plaster is literally falling off the wall due to the damp – this runs the length of the wall and extends perhaps 1 meter high. We did in fact email you on several occasions, with photos, showing the extent of the problem, but you chose not to action that. We supplied photos, and contact details of various official bodies here who would help you with this escalating situation, but you simply refused to do anything about it. We offered to work with your insurance company to resolve it for you, but again, you refused. We offered to work with the complex management team, and the President of the complex, but you simply ignored our emails. This is one of the reasons why your tenant left after one year, as the apartment is now becoming a health hazard. Your patio furniture is not missing, nor destroyed. As the owner of a rental property, you have a responsibility to make sure the apartment is structurally sound, and perhaps a moral responsibility to heed the advice of your agent. You have done none of these things. It would seem that you were happy with our services so long as we kept sending you money. Now that the tenancy has ended, and the money has stopped rolling in, you are looking to blame someone else for the results of your apathy. In our opinion, until you fix the damp problem, your apartment will remain uninhabitable.

I am a firm believer in integrity and professionalism. I have dealt with Jane over many years and I can recommend Harris Property Services very highly. Such a nice person too. Nothing is too much trouble. The Best in the business. I tried to rent but the apartment I liked had gone. So be quick. The properties dont stay for long. Hope you keep me in mind for future long term rental. Andy L

My wife and I stayed for 7 months on one of Jane's managed apartments on the 1st floor of the Las Brisas complex in Puerto de Mazarron. The 2-bedroomed apartment was well equipped, and the views from the balcony were excellent. The complex also has one of the largest communal swimming pools in the area, which is maintained all-year round, has a lifeguard service in the summer months, and is accessed without fuss or bother via a simple wrist bracelet system. The apartment is on a hill, conveniently located near the port's commercial centre, and it's a shortish walk into the centre of the town, the marina, and the nearest beaches. Although the apartment was fine enough, what made our stay particularly memorable was the level of service that Jane provided. We arrived, after many Pandemic related delays, during a short window of opportunity in July, when restrictions were temporarily relaxed. Despite our delays, Jane had held the property for us without objections, and with considerable grace and unflappability. She later went on to provide us with much needed documentary assistance in acquiring our NIE and padron approvals (needed as part of the Spanish residency procedure). In sum, anyone requiring property to stay in for either long or short periods will be hard pressed to find anyone as good as Jane in providing the services and accommodation they require.

Having purchased my property back in 2016 in El Puerto de Mazzaron with the view of renting it out along with personal use, I was actually introduced to another management company that were no better than 'ok' and in the end left me high and dry in January 2019. After a recommendation from a good friend of mine, Jane and I spoke on the phone and it was a breath of fresh air! Everything is professionally done from the initial call, paperwork, inventory, cleaning, guest relations and more. To say it is a polar opposite to the last company we used is an understatement! Jane just "gets stuff done" and with me being based in the UK this is an absolute godsend and stress reducer. With a rental property there is always going to be wear and tear, accidental breakages and additional items required and being in another country isn't conducive to fixing these things. Jane has been amazing, whether it is going to get another couple of sunloungers, picking up additional bedding when we have a quick turnaround of guests, or picking up some more glasses so that incoming guests have a full compliment of them, nothing is too much trouble. We work as a team as we will often have enquiries that we can't accomodate so Jane looks after and vice versa. For guests thinking of booking with Harris Property Management, be assured that Jane will look after you and the property you book will be great for you - I know she wouldn't look after a sub-par property. For homeowners thinking of engaging in Harris Property Management services to look after your house whilst you are not there then all I can say is use Jane. Don't even bother getting proposals from elsewhere. Thank you for all you do for us Jane, and looking forward to many more years working together too. Steve

Jane has been managing my rental apartment in Bolnuevo for the past 2 years. Service has been impeccable - always responsive and professional. My tenants are also very appreciative of the attention and care provided. I heartily recommend HPM to anybody looking either for a management service or a rental.

We moved into our apartment last December and the whole process regarding contracts, utility supplies etc was handled most professionally by Jane. Since we moved in we’ve had a couple of problems and, once again, these issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. We can highly recommend this company to anyone looking for short term or long term rentals.

A wonderful compedant lady that really cares for her business but firstly her clients.Jane has been such a wonderful joy to have had acting on my behalf. She lets you know if she sees a problem & takes care of it. A wonderful trust that has always been considered & shared with property owners. ... Yet she goes the extra mile for tenants also. Considerate wonderful & caring human being. Seriously recommend a trusted person that is professional from start to finish. Nothing is ever a bother to her. She is a hard working doer!
