Thanks to all the management and their team at Home Espana for an excellent service both before and after the sale was confirmed. Our villa was sold within 10 days of it being advertised and after viewing by 6 potential buyers!! I would have no hesitation in recommending them when buying or selling a property in Spain. Having bought and sold our previous Orihuela Costa house via HomeEspana there was no question that we would end up purchasing a new property through them. Jamie was positive and proactive - nothing was ever too much trouble. We visited a number of properties and just like ‘Escape to the Country’ Jamie quickly distilled our collective thoughts to really pinpoint what we were after. When it came to negotiating, Jamie was the ideal broker - seeking common ground with both sides and working hard to close the deal. Gloria is a true superstar! It gives us great pleasure to be able to write this review following the exceptional service and customer care we have received from Home Espana (La Zenia) following the recent (and very quick!) sale of our house. Bex in the office was our first point of contact and she has been extremely helpful and efficient when explaining the whole process and sorting out the habitation/energy certificates, legal appointments etc. plus being available for any queries. Rob has been brilliant to deal with right through from the initial valuation appointment when everything regarding fees, etc was explained so thoroughly, and during his subsequent visit, we noted his professionalism and all the care he took with the excellent photography which is so important. Feedback from viewings from Geert and the sales team has been excellent. Communication is so important, especially if you are out of the country (as we are) and Home Espana have excelled in keeping us posted right through from advising us when appointments were made, and the outcome at every stage - including the excellent service we have received from Lisa and Gloria in the after-sales department. All in all a terrific service from a great team of professionals who have done a fabulous job and we would have no hesitation in recommending Home Espana.

From the outset Home Espana was professional. The photos and video showed all the best aspects of the house. Unfortunately, after a buyer bought online, we were close to signing with a Spanish agent based on our buyer. Spanish agents take È10.000 and if you pull out, you pay double. 12 hours before our signing, our buyer pulled out. He hadn't signed the reserve, so no come back on him. But it could have been seriously bad news for us. So if you are buying after you sell, wait for the deposit to be confirmed, by Home Espana, not just word of mouth. Of particular note is Rebecca (Bex). What I would call the front line lady in the office. She is a bubbly, happy go lucky woman, who loves to help, always with a smile. Would I recommend Home Espana. We were considering buying a property on the Costa Blanca and were on a fact finding trip to decide which areas we wanted to focus our search on. Whilst in La Zenia, we popped into HomeEspaña as they had a great range of properties that potentially fitted our remit. Our main intention was to find out what we had to do in advance before organising another trip for viewings (and hopefully purchase). We spoke to Bex and she sat down with us and explained the process clearly to us to the point that we realised we could move forward and start viewing properties straight away. This included advice on the local area, getting a lawyer, money transfer and even the boring things like arranging utilities at the property. Even better, they could help organise all of these if we wanted them to! I can't thank Bex enough for the help she gave. She gave us plenty of her time and happily answered all of our stupid novice questions and concerns. If you're in a similar situation to us, I can fully recommend you pop in and see them. I recently completed the sale of my Spanish property with the expert help of the HomeEspana team at La Zenia office. Right from the start of the process when I sent them a message online, the team were very proactive in finding a buyer for me and keeping me informed at every stage. My Valuation Manager, Jaimy Gubbels was especially helpful in meeting with me and the tenant of my property to explain to him the need for him to move out, which he did after a little persuasion. Jaimy also arranged for new locks to be fitted and prepared a comprehensive inventory and photos of the property for the website. Having made the decision to put our flat on the market we needed to find an estate agent. With the vast array available in the area (with lots of newcomers) it was difficult to choose. Homes España we recollected have been around a long time (over 20 yrs) so logic tells us “they must be doing something right”. Our initial contact with Homes España was via Jaimy who met us promptly, on time at our apartment and gave us a realistic sound appraisal. Also she gave us a full breakdown of the costs involved, such as the Habitation and Energy certificates that were needed to complete a sale. At no time did we feel under any pressure to go with Homes España. But having decided Homes España were the best choice for us we met again with Jaimy to finalise details. By the next day a ‘For Sale’ sign was put up and our apartment was listed on their web site shown to its best advantage with very professional photographs. Jaimy also kindly arranged for a painter to do some minor remedial work which was completed promptly with the property left in a pristine condition. We were very impressed that we had continuing weekly viewings. After each of the 10 or 11 viewings we were given constructive feedback by Rebecca or Nicky. Just a little over three months we were delighted to hear that an offer had been made and Jaime contacted us to confirm the details. The whole process was carried out in a professional manner and we were kept informed at every stage. In 5 properties I've ever bought (2 in The Netherlands, 2 in Southern France and 1 in Spain) I never got such an unexpected excellent service as from Home España La Zenia! I could communicate in my own language, contracts were made up in Dutch and Spanish, the Dutch agent Geert picked me up at my hotel for a visit at the apartment and gave me a guide tour trough Torrevieja. Following a lot of research, we chose Home España, the Los Dolses branch in Villamartín, when relocating to Spain. We have found them to be professional, polite, friendly, helpful and they've also gone above and beyond to ensure we had a relatively smooth transition. We spoke with Chris by phone to liaise everything. He put us at ease from the beginning and set up our viewing appointments to suit our schedule. Neil who showed us around, not just properties, but all nearby amenities, scenic areas, and he has such a great local knowledge which was useful for answering our many questions. He listened to our brief and showed us some great houses, one of which we purchased. Sarah in after sales is an added bonus. We didn’t realise how lucky we were when we bought our property from HomeEspana. Their aftersales service is second to none. The ladies in the office are the best, especially Helen & Sarah who have gone above and beyond to help us out when we had an electricity crises and managed to get us reconnected. They are a mind of information when it comes to recommending tradesmen and letting them in to do repairs and install internet whilst we are back in England. Riesenauswahl im begrenzten Gebiet. Die Vorbereitung unseres, lange geplanten, Termins war aber eher schlecht und die dann schnell rausgesuchten, angebotenen Objekte waren allesamt an und über der Budgetgrenze. Ich war doch enttäuscht, und hab aus dem Grund nicht gekauft.

Home Espana ist genial, wir haben mit Home Espana Orihuela Costa unser Traumhaus gefunden und gekauft. Die Beratung war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Erst hat uns Geert Scholten das Haus gezeigt (im Video Chat und jede Kleinigkeit erklärt) später dann nochmals persönlich besichtigt. Er spricht sehr gut Deutsch so war das für uns viel einfacher mit unserem ersten Auslands Abenteuer. Nach dem Kauf betreute uns Gloria auch perfekt in Deutsch, Sie organisierte den Anwalt und gab viele Tipps zu Internet, Strom Wasser, Sat Anschluss und hatte sogar Handwerker die das Haus vor dem Einzug noch gestrichen haben und es wurde alles noch geputzt. Vielen Dank an das Team, dass trotz das der Voreigentümer mehr Möbel rausgeräumt hatte wie vereinbart auch hier sofort eine Kulanz Gutschrift zahlten. Übrigens der komplette Kauf vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat 3 Monate gedauert. Ich kann Home Espana in Orihuela Costa nur sehr weiterempfehlen, freundlich, kompetent, schnell einfach Klasse.

Bei der ersten Anfrage eine sehr schnelle Reaktion. Wenn es dann darum ging was wir genau suchen war plötzlich Funkstille. Auch nach mehrfachem Nachhaken keine Antwort. Auch nicht als ich eine Nachricht via dem Homepage hinterlassen habe. Somit werde ich die Verkäufer, der Liegenschaft die uns interessiert, via einem anderen Büro kontaktieren.

Home espana well what can I say buying a house was a great experience put selling one is a different story as I feel totally ripped off. I was charged a high fee for selling through a company they use and was ripped off for my deposit.I rang so many times I thought I worked there with no chance of getting my remittance deposit i have been waiting now for 3 years so sellers beware

Friendly, extremely experienced staff that consistently keep you up to date with great communication that helps navigate the process of buying in Spain and all the quirks it can throw up. From the very start of the process with Nick & Emma Johnston within sales, through to the after sales with Emma Freeman (an absolute straight talking diamond), that kept everything moving along, managing the builder, specified variations and completion with the property finished to a great standard to the agreed cost and dates. Homespana also put us in touch with homefinance and Raj, to complete the legal and financial side of the property purchase. HomeFinance got all the financial and legal technicalities involved ironed out and arranged during a Covid lock down which was is an achievement in its self. we booked to come out for 4 days to view 10 properties we took an interest in. we was picked at our hotel by a member of homes espana who was very polite shown us all our properties in the area we had a interest in and explained each area and amenities etc in each area to us . when our offer was accepted we was taken to homes espana office were we met some lovely staff explained every step in how to proceed in our purchase and was also escorted to the notary and solicitors by an homes espana member . we also kept in touch via emails and phone during covid19 and finally completing our purchase all the staff were very professional and helpful from finding us home insurance and getting a locksmith to change our locks we would highly recommend homes espana to anyone considering purchasing your dream property in spain

Myself and my husband decided to look for our future holiday home using a company that did a 3 day viewing for £99 each......what a mistake. So afterhis negative experience we decided to used HomeEspana to help with our viewings and they restored our faith. Michelle looked after us and was so professional, polite and not at all pushy. She listened to us and as a result we found our new home that weekend. It didn't stop there, the aftersales team were also fantastic. Big shout out for Katherine in Le Zenia, she was so helpful and friendly, so much so I bombarded her with questions and I always got a quick reply either by telephone or email. When viewing all those months ago Mark was very helpful but the property I was interested in was under offer but as luck would have it that fell through and I have at long last managed to buy my lovely apartment. Post offer service has been great and reassuring and now I have completed after sales are there for me too. Medio 2017 heeft Monique Bergmann ons meerdere appartementen laten zien uit hun aanbod. Ze heeft haar uiterste best gedaan om onze wensen te vervullen. Het contact was erg plezierig. Helaas hebben we geen geschikt appartement kunnen vinden, anders hadden we zeker bij haar gekocht.
