I found Solhuse through a property portal such as Right Move, A Place in The Sun etc who you were marketing through. The initial response was very quick – certainly within 24 hours. The thing that impressed me most was Allison’s honesty and understanding. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and immediately advised me against certain properties and explained why. There was no “hard sell” and I felt that I had found an Agent who I would be happy to deal with. Staff were Very helpful & knowledgeable about the properties and the area, Reyes has shown me so many houses - even though she told me beforehand that I would not like them !! She knows me better than I know myself !! Reyes or Lesley have always managed to find a suitable viewing that I have totally overlooked. Staff were helpful were our staff in explaining the Reservation Contract, deposit process and any other after-sale assistance I needed, I understood the process. I found Solhuse when I was let down by the initial agent I used and it was a totally different experience. The adjectives that you want like honest, reliable and focussed spring to mind but Solhuse are so much more than that. I have had dealings with all 4 members of the office and they are all incredibly knowledgeable and efficient BUT the big difference is that they care. They REALLY want you to find your perfect house and they will do as much as they possibly can in helping you achieve that. Solhuse, I feel, negotiated a very good deal for me, they arranged all of the legal aspects and everything happened exactly when they said it would. Five months post purchase – I still go and see them every time I visit. They offer advice, sensible suggestions, local knowledge but most importantly to me, warmth and friendship, an absolute gem of a company who I am delighted that I found and would highly recommend to anyone.

I found Solhuse on the Rightmove property site. Contact with yourselves was good and very easy both via email and telephone. If I had e-mailed out of hours a reply was prompt when the office opened again. The knowledge that was shared was excellent from the office and especially from Niels, no question that I fired at him wasn't given a good response to and an explanation as to why. He seemed to know the area very well, advised me on the pitfalls I could land in if I didn't purchase a property that had any registration or land issues and all an idea what the costs would likely be on top of the purchase price. It was a pleasant visit and even though I never bought a house, this time, the advice and knowledge will be invaluable in the future as I will carry on looking to buy. Our son telephoned Niels several times, I think it was fast every time, about few hours to one day. We went to Solhuse website several times, and that´s where there was specially one property which we liked very much. We thoroughly enjoyed our day's viewing properties with you and we came so close to finding the perfect property. The final property gave us the privacy we both love, but unfortunately, it had no lift which may be vital if our health deteriorated. To get this privacy, we may have to look outside the port but we will have plenty of time to make up our minds on our next visit which will be at the beginning of February for about 2 months. You run a very professional but very friendly organisation which meant we had a very informative yet relaxing day, at no time did we feel under any pressure to make hasty decisions.
