bonjour Très mauvaise expérience avec cette agence que je considère comme malhonnête. J ai signé une réservation pour l achat d une maison a Camposol près de Mazarrón et j ai mandaté une avocate pour finaliser cela. la surprise a été d'avoir appris, une fois signé le contrat de réservation envoyé par l'agence, que les documents concernant la maison (et qui étaient censés de m'être fournis) n'existaient pas, étant donné que la maison a été construite en origine sans licence et elle ne dispose pas d'un certificat d'habitabilité ou d'un permis de première occupation (ceci vérifié avec la mairie). Par contre, l'agence avait indiqué à mon avocate qu'ils nous les fourniraient. Dans un premier moment l'agence m'a confirmé le remboursement des 3000 euros, même si finalement ils refusent de le faire, contrairement aux instructions qu'ils ont reçues des vendeurs. je vais maintenant saisir les tribunaux compétents afin de faire valoir mes droits. futurs acquéreurs soyez méfiant

Sorry to see the bad review, but the house that you chose as advised by all the local solicitors was fully able to be bought no problem. And hence the reason for the contract because we as a company have incurred a lot of costs to get this to this stage and cannot work for free hence why we have a contract for when clients pull out when the purchase can proceed.

I would recommend Kelly whole heartedly. She is the most professional estate agent I have used. She has been so positive about my property when she has brought clients. As she lives in the same area she has also given clients so much information about my property but also about the area. Kelly has been so active in finding clients for my property and also looking for a property for me to buy. Kelly is a great asset to the company.

Fantastic from the very first conversation with Cathy until collecting the keys… 5 star service. Cathy took the time to listen to our requirements, explained the process & once we found a place she had a 3hr round trip to get to the property immediately to do a virtual viewing… before any other prospective buyers had a chance to look. Secured the deal that day & put us in contact with a fantastic lawyer too…. All in all the whole process was 6 weeks (inc getting NIE numbers). Weekly updates received & it was stress free. Delighted with entire service & would recommend/use again.

I recently had a great experience with The Property Group while looking for a holiday apartment in the Murcia region.
