Negotiations on our properties have to be processed via our company. That is why the owners advertise through a agents.

Our company have been in business for 14 years now, and on occasions over the years if there have been issues with any villas, we do our utmost to rectify any situation which may occur. We have many many returning clients, which your mother said she had friends who use us all the time. Not everything you have stated is correct. We have been inside the villa prior to the owners interest in rentals commencing, with confirmation on what was required, and a contract with the owner confirming what was in the villa. The villa was cleaned again inside and out, as you requested, by the new team of cleaners. The outside bulb was changed which didn't work, so the faulty light was reported to the owner, confirming that it wasn't working and needed replacing. The spare bedding is in the bedroom cupboard, as with all villas. The pool this is a new issue from you, your comments not even reported to the office. If it hadn't been treated it would have been going cloudy by now or gone green, with these hot temperatures and the water level very very low by now. The pool was visited last Tuesday morning, filled up and cleaned and treated, it was between 6.40 and 7.00am, so you wouldn't see them. A visit is weekly, early morning, so not to disturb clients, and also for the workers to finish before the heat is too intense. He will be at the villa tomorrow, as his visit last week and will let you know when he is there, should be around 7am, may be just before. Any existing issues are currently being discussed with the owner, as you are well aware ie air conditioning. Why you have had to put this on Facebook when this situation is ongoing and not finalised is unbelievable. This will be our only comment on here. Please contact the office for any further issues, like all other people do. We always try to do our best for everyone, but on this occasion it's obviously not enough and can only apologise.

How can you rate without a comment! You have not rented a property from our company. So why the 1 star?

Camposol does have issues but there is more positive than negative to the urbanisation. Its all on personal preference. We personally live on Camposol and yes there a couple of areas suffering from subsidence. There are over 4000 properties on Camposol and the percentage on subsiding properties are a small percentage. We have not had power cuts for many years now and we have lived here 12 years. As with the majority of Spain dependant on the flow of rain, yes it can flood. There is not any drainage other than natural flow to the ramblas.
