First class all the way with Sam Evans at Mercers. She organised several properties in our price range to view. Firstly she picked us up at our visiting property, then drove us to all the properties and answered all our questions with a refreshing honesty thats usually not associated with estate agents! Took us to the solicitors and arranged everything, in order to make us feel as though we had a personal advisor, which was fabulous. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Il faut savoir que la dette du propriétaire suit la maison.Ce qui veut dire que si l'agent immobilier n'a pas vérifié, c'est vous qui devez payer la dette. A prendre très au sérieux.

Recently, I bought a house in Camposol through Mercers Real Estate SL and thanks to Logan Roberston, the process from viewings to the point to make an offer on a property was pleasant and smooth. Logan was always by our side throughout the process from the beginning to the completion. Thank you Logan, once again for been there when needed. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable Estate Agent, you can't go wrong with Mercers.

Hmm, not sure where to start with these Cowboys . I put an offer on a property through a reputable website based in Spain and was promptly replied to by one of their male agents (let's call him Logan Doe, for arguments sake) and after a brief summary and conversation I thought I was on my way to a new life in the sun . But this was not the case . I had to contact him again after 9 or 10 days as I was a bit anxious whether or not my offer was accepted . I was informed he was out of the office and he would ring me when he returned that day . He didn't !! In fact I never heard from him again. So following up my interest on the same property I was again contacted by Mercers again for arguments sake we'll call her Sam Doe and again told her my plans ie the offer of the property with Reference number and my travel dates to view the area etc. Guess what ! Nothing again . Communication at this point ceased . A hugely disappointing experience .

Well we have not even met them yet and already Sam rang to admit lost my email & name ! Said would text me details of hotels to stay in may gave her dates . Not heard for over a week . Email office to be told she's been on holiday ! She then sends text saying lost my name and hoped I would chase her ! Not at all what I would expect before even going ! So no info at all and I'm not chasing! Surprised they survived the recession as thats why I moved back to UK from Spain & looking for a property to buy again !

A bunch of amateurs. I visited their office during their (supposed) opening hours, scruffy notice on the door saying they were out doing something else and requiring the potential customer to come back another time or ring them (presumably to see if they would condescend to answer!). I then sent them emails, they have bever bothered to respond. I suspect they do this as a hobby rather than a career. This is an update. After dreadful so called service from Logan at Nercers, signed up with another company. They quickly advertised our property, provided people to view and, 10 days later we have sold our property. Selling with professionals instead of Mercers certainly made a difference.

Logan was very informative and helpful, he showed us around and nothing was to much trouble. He ensured we were on the right track with the formal stuff and all other staff were helpful and friendly to. Would definitely recommend.

I recently bought a property in Camposol, I visited for three days having had numerous discussions with Logan via email from Mercers. I was met at the airport, the hotel was superb. Logan had arranged a full day viewing of a wide range of properties. There was no hard sell, he was able to answer all the questions I had, there was no pressure placed on me to buy and when I had decided which property I wanted to buy he placed my offer on behalf, which was accepted. The help and assistance I then received was first class, from the meeting the solicitor, right through the whole process. The purchase was completed very smoothly and quickly, but it is the assistance I have received from Logan and the team at Mercers after buying the property in relation to work I have been able to have done whilst I have not been able to be in Spain i,e. installation of air conditioning and extra electrical sockets on the roof terrace that makes MERCERS stand out from all the rest. MERCERS are a fantastic estate agents who you can fully trust, they take all the stress out of buying a property, I would recommend MERCERS to anyone who is thinking of buying a property. A fantastic company with fantastic people working for them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We came over in April 2019 and spent 4 days viewing areas near and on Camposol. Prior to our visit we’d done our homework, we knew what kind of property we were after and stuck to a budget. I spoke to Logan on the phone to arrange viewings who was very helpful and supportive with the many queries we had! Logan and Mercers were by far the best agents we had dealt with during that visit. He knew exactly what properties to show us in order to meet our needs/wants during our short visit. The after sale support has also been excellent. Logan has gone above and beyond, putting us in touch with many key services so that further cosmetic work could be done prior to our return trip. Having returned to the UK from our first trip to our new Spanish holiday home, we are reassured to know that we chose the right property in the right area from the right estate agents. Just purchashed an amazing home in Camposol. From the moment we contacted Mercers we knew they were the company for us. Having purchased over the years 23 homes and now moving to Spain we wanted our forever home. We told Logan what we like and don't like he kept in touch with us until we arrived in Mazarron from Croatia. The staff and owners of Mercers go above and beyond any other agents we have ever dealt with. Alfonso was renovating a home and once he heard how fussy we were he said I have a home for you. We came to look at the house and with Alfonso's description and enthusisum I just knew what he planned for the home was nothing short of being the best house I had seen or would see. They brought in a designer, asked what I would prefer regarding closets, furniture etc....but with the exception of a few details we left it to the pros. They did a reveal on the 7th of Jun. and we were totally blown away. Coming originally from Vancouver BC we were spoiled for choices and style but we must say they knocked it out of the park. Booked to view some properties with Mercers. Took us there n saw the area. They had a good list of properties. Do your homework before committing.....

Found them very unhelpful after months of e-mailing. They advertise buying trips. But when I was not able to get to the office due to a problem with my vehicle they were very unhelpful, even though they advertise buying trips from the UK. I am in Spain and about 60 minutes away what a joke

I recently purchased a property from Mercers, staff were helpful and professional. I would recommend Mercers to people who want to buy in Spain.

In June 2015 we saw a property on the Camposol development and decided to make an offer on the property. We initially paid a payment of 500 euros, to take the property off the market. We instructed our solicitor to carry out the necessary searches. Our solicitor informed us that there was no Habitation Certificate issued and we should not go ahead. On or return to the UK, I carried out further internet searches of the area and discovered other issues that I was not happy with. I informed "Mercers Spanish Property" that we wish not to go ahead with the purchase and to return our initial payment of 500 euros. THERE HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY AND DO NOT REPLY to any emails from me to this date (26th August 2015). To take them to court will cost 2000 euros, so they have got away with it.
