He debido de tener muy mala suerte o no les habré caído bien. Porque leo las otras reseñas y me sorprenden. La palabra no es su fuerte, y la honestidad tampoco. Mejor por escrito todo, todo, porque luego de lo que se habla..... Queda en agua de borrajas. Muy decepcionada , pero mucho ,poca o ninguna palabra, poco asesoramiento y poco mirar por el comprador. Normal que ya no aparezca como clienta vuestra, el trato recibido no ha sido el que recibe un cliente , y tan buen cliente como yo he sido. Vosotros vendéis muchas propiedades, pero comprar se hace escasas veces y no es fácil olvidar y confundirse de inmobiliaria. Y Filbee's estará en la base de datos para mi aprendizaje.

Wir haben über filbees ein Haus in Puerto de Mazarrón gekauft. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Schlüsselübergabe sind wir perfekt betreut worden. Reyes war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Sie hat uns den Notar und Anwalt nicht nur empfohlen sondern uns auch zu jedem Termin begleitet. Zu jeder Zeit hat sie Fragen beantwortet und war immer Mega freundlich. So einen Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Haus ist für uns perfekt. Auch jetzt nach dem Kauf ist sie für uns da. Hay veces que las cinco estrellas se quedan pocas, este es mi caso, por casualidad Reyes pasó a ser parte de un momento muy importante en nuestras vidas, desde el principio y hasta el fin supo llevar la gestión de matrícula de honor, y eso que el vendedor y las situaciones no eran las más apropiadas. Reyes supo revertir la situación para no perder la venta y no salir perjudicados, cómo podría haber sido. Totalmente RECOMENDABLE, de hecho si volvemos a tener que hacer una compra o venta volveremos a confiar en ella como nuestra asesora, no menos decir que su Jefa Sara es encantadora y salimos muy contentos con ellas dos. I cannot recommend Filbees highly enough. They were excellent. Very helpful could not do enough for us. They arranged everything even took us to furniture store! Any queries they were eager to help. Reyes was so kind to us and made us so welcome as did Sarahjane who also was so helpful nothing too much trouble. They are so knowledgeable and it's so handy having Natalia there with Insurance services too. Filbees made the whole process of buying our property a pleasure and took all the stress away! Perfect service - never had any concerns at all. Buying a property can be a very anxious time, but Sarah made it very pleasurable and I had no sleepless nights. Un trato malisimo y ninguna palabra.teniamos apalabrado un inmueble que nos dijeron de firmar lunes y el sabado se lo vendieron a otros. Han jugado con nuestra ilusión por tener ya por fin el inmueble. Les dejaron las llaves a mi agente para ver el inmueble. Y lo confirmemos. Pero pasaron de nosotros.

Muy buenas Cesar , nosotros con Usted no teníamos nada apalabrado ya que Usted vio la propiedad con la Inmobiliaria Leiva y nosotros a Usted ni le vimos al no saber nada de su Agente, nosotros podemos vender el piso a quién queríamos ya que lo teníamos en exclusiva y le vuelvo a recordar que Usted no a sido cliente de Filbees. Reclamé y le entendemos su malestar, pero póngase en contacto con su Agente de la otra Inmobiliaria.
