Cuidado porque este señor, Joaquín, intentó hacerme pagar la comisión suya (la de la inmobiliaria) al alquilar un apartamento con contrato permanente, cuando por ley esta comisión la tiene que abonar el propietario! Obvio, no llegamos a cerrar el alquiler con esta inmobiliaria, vergonzoso! La intención de esta reseña es contar lo que sucedió tal cual señor Joaquín. Usted puede haber tenido una actitud impecable con sus clientes pero en este caso sus valores dejaron bastante que desear. Desde un principio si usted tiene conocimiento que ese acto es ilegal y que es el propietario quien tiene la obligación de abonarlo no habría tenido usted las santas narices de decirnos de primeras que eran las condiciones. Fue cuando le puse la ley sobre la mesa cuando usted se vio entre la espada y la pared y fue entonces cuando no le quedó otra que asumir que las condiciones que usted nos estaba proponiendo no son legales y que hablaría con el propietario a ver qué decía… no intente maquillar lo que pasó. El simple hecho de que usted intente colarnos esa comisión dice muchísimo de usted y creo que ya pueden respaldarle mil actos buenos con sus clientes, PERO AQUÍ SEÑOR JOAQUÍN, SU HONRADEZ BRILLÓ POR SU AUSENCIA.

From the beginning of our search in Spain to the completion date last Monday 5th September all of the staff at Bellavista couldn't have been any more helpful and accommodating. Communication by e-mail from Aimee was always prompt, informative, polite and very efficient. They recommended solicitors, a foreign currency transfer agency and anything else that we asked for. Santiago was equally efficient in arranging not one but two separate viewings of the property for us whilst we were over there even taking time out on his day off on a Sunday to take us back! And then a further viewing a few weeks later! Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We also had viewings of other properties with another agent (that we won't name) who were most rude and unhelpful. Bellavista Properties in Puerto de Mazarron are a truly wonderful estate agency that we would highly recommend to help anybody with their property purchase. Thank you so much :-)

Bellavista have sold 2 houses in Spain for me. With the latest sale and the difficulty in travelling to Spain, due to Covid, they really have gone above and beyond. Sorting out utility companies, removing personal items - I cant recommend them highly enough. AND, the whole team are just really nice people.

Having decided to move back to the UK we chose Bellavista to sell our house as they were the 'Local Agent' This proved to be an excellant choice since they had a wide knowledge of the local market and being local, were always available to discuss how the sale was progressing. Our aim was to return to the UK before Brexit i.e. end of 2020. Despite the many difficulties which existed at that time with COVID, a volatile pound and an unpredictable market, our aim was achieved with 2 weeks to spare thanks to Rebecca's determination and hard work. So thank you Rebecca for a job well done.

We bought a house which we had seen advertised with Bellavista properties. The team have been very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Now we have moved in to the property we feel able to call on them any time for assistance we may need regarding settling in to the new area where we live. They certainly go beyond what you would expect from an estate agent.

We have had excellent service from Rebecca and Santi in difficult circumstances due to the pandemic! They sold our house in the end after a number of problems! We would definitely recommend them!

I hate most estate agents. I’m sorry, but I find many of them unhelpful and time wasting; frequently they try to sell me what they’ve got instead of listening to what I want. God forbid they would really listen and then go and find what I asked for. This is precisely what Rebecca and Santi at Bella Vista properties did. Rebecca actually found me three houses that met all my criteria. I bought one without any hassle. Unfortunately I needed to sell 4 years later. They suggested a fixed price sale, as there would now be 3 very similar houses for sale in a row. In the middle of Coronavirus, Santi insisted a buyer look at my house, even though the buyer didn’t want to. The sale was made, and at the asking price! Rebecca then really went above and beyond, helping me to sort out various issues like removals, storage, handling keys etc, even finding a towing mirror for my car at a few hours notice!!! I cannot recommend this team enough, not forgetting Aimee in the office too! I have never spoken to any other estate agents who are nearly so skilled or helpful. I can’t thank them enough and hope they will come and visit one day.

Ze steken kop en schouder uit boven hun andere concullega's in Puerto de Mazarron. Ze luisteren aandachtig naar wat je zoekt en stellen je voor wat voor jou past. Ze worden nooit pushy. Kortom je krijgt al wat je zoekt in een makelaar en een adviseur. Warm aanbevolen.
