Adaleta offer a five star plus service in selling property. They are professional, personable and knowledgeable. Communication throughout the sales process is excellent. We accepted an offer on our apartment within three weeks of first meeting Keeley. The brochure for the apartment was online within 5 days and an offer accepted two weeks later. Al 10 jaar voelen we ons thuis hier in Spanje door meerdere malen over en weer te reizen naar ons thuisland , dankzij Keely Vandooren en haar echtgenoot Gilles Debruyne van het gerenommeerde vastgoed kantoor Adaleta Costa Blanca.Keely slaagde erin om het gepaste stekje voor ons te vinden en ontzorgde ons bovendien ook van allerlei andere administratieve zaken en vragen. Het integreren in Spanje verliep dank zij haar vlot .Het geeft rust om te weten dat er iemand in de buurt is waar je terecht kan. T is te zeggen dat het zeker niet haar taak is maar toch heeft Keely dat altijd gedaan 👍. En zo hebben we ook de taal barrière kunnen uit de weg gaan door hen. Some friends sold their property through Adaleta in 2023 and recommended them to us. We met with Gilles at the end of February. He understood immediately how to position the property to appeal to suitable purchasers. Keely and the photographer visited at the start of March. Within a week we accepted an offer to buy the property and the sale completed towards the end of April. Gilles and Keely were professional in their approach, kept us informed, coordinated with our lawyers and ensured the sale completed with minimum fuss.
