1. FinancingBefore you actively start looking for your new home inSpain, you should review how the purchase should be financed. That way youcan act quickly when the right property appears. In general, it ispossible to mortgage the Spanish property with between 50–70% of the marketvalue, the mortgage will then be in euros. Another alternative is to takean extra mortgage at your current home and then the mortgage will be in yourcountry’s currency. It is of course possible to do both options incombination. 2. Legal representationThere is a difference between buying a property in e.g.Scandinavia compared to Spain. In Spain, the buyer is represented by alegal representative. The legal representative will help you throughoutthe transaction and safeguard only your interests. We at Spaindinavia workwith several legal representatives and of course we help you with contact to a suitablelegal representative.
We can, through our partners, offer you housing from the private sector, from builders with new constructions and off plan developments - you can choose from the best offers throughout the region.This gives you the opportunity to see all available objects that meet your needs and requirements, without having to travel to Spain several times - or book an appointment with several different agents.

3. NIE-number - taxidentification numberTo be able to own a home in Spain, you need a Spanishtax identification number, a so-called NIE number. Once you have receivedthis, you can register as an owner in the council’s record. Your legalrepresentative helps to produce and register NIE numbers for everyone who owns apart of the property.
4. Bidding / negotiatingOnce you have found a home, we will help you handlethe bidding. In most cases, the bid is lower than the startingprice. In exceptional cases, upward bidding may take place. It iscommon, however, that you are the sole bidder and can immediately start a negotiationwith the vendor.
5. Buyer's duty ofinvestigationAs a buyer, you are responsible for examining the homebefore you sign a purchase contract. You buy the home in its existingcondition and therefore it is often, with a few exceptions, very difficult tocomplain about something after...

Hello Etienne, Leaving anonymous and one-star reviews is your signature, I have understood after looking at your other reviews you have done. The strange thing is that we do not have a single customer or contact with your name (Etienne) either in rental or sales. When you leave a one-star review without writing a single comment, it shows that you have not been in contact with us and that you are probably a bitter person who only wants to ruin small business owners. Lo curioso es que no tenemos ni un solo cliente ni contacto con su nombre (Etienne) ni en alquiler ni en venta. Respeto por el entorno, cero pelotero. Hoy, 1 de enero de 2024, han montado un macrobotellón en la Playa del Corral, con su cartelito de Spaindinavia y sus banderitas. No sé en qué condiciones van a coger el coche los participantes en el mismo. There was a huge banner with Spaindinavia on it and the spanish, french and german banner, a long table with people drinking, shouting and singing around. Unfortunately I don't use to take pictures of so disgusting performances. But you can do an enquiry in the neighborhood. I am just an Isla Plana neighbor who wanted to have a little walk in that beach and coudn't do it.

Spaindinavia is a serious company who sells properties and the company cars are only used during working hours.
