We cannot praise Home Espana enough. The whole process from start to finish has only taken three months and it has just been the most flawless, efficient service I have ever encountered. Considering we were purchasing from abroad and only visited once, we are completely indebted to Jamie and Gloria for their constant support and sensible advice. What can I say. Amazing people doing an amazing job. Super friendly bunch. From the initial viewing with Neil who was great, taking his time to explain everything and going into every detail about the house. Then our second viewing when Helen joined us as well. Nothing was a problem for them. They went above and beyond to help us complete our dream home purchase. Neil took us to see several villas. He was professional, informative and never pushy. He had a very relaxed attitude to allow us to view without following us around. This suited us perfectly. He was helpful when it came to making an offer on our property and it was all very straightforward. Neil told us that the Home Espana team would always be on hand to assist with any queries we may have, which was very reassuring. Once the offer was accepted, we were handed on to the lovely Helen, who was excellent too. She talked us through the next steps and answered all our rookie questions with great patience! She even ensured that completion day went smoothly, as our own lawyer had given us the incorrect time for the notary. Helen was there to ensure everything went smoothly , which was really appreciated. Home Espana even had a card and a celebratory bottle on the kitchen table, when we arrived at our new villa. Home Espana has proven to be the most fantastic choice of agent for buying our dream home in Spain - we had a delightful experience with both sales and after sales - Clare and Emma you have both been amazing. All the staff at Home Espana made the complicated process of buying a property in Spain straight forward. The young lady who showed us other properties even before we found the one we bought was very helpful and spent a lot of time in the area we were looking to show us around. I just hope the senior management team monitor the reviews so they can appreciate how good their staff are in a very competitive business.
