Excellent Service from Start to Finish! We recently purchased an apartment through Quality Homes and the entire process was absolutely seamless. Very bad experience with the purchase. You can't call them by phone, when you call you wait 4 days for a response, after which they say they won't even communicate with the owners about the questions (your job is to mediate). It seems like you are to blame for wanting to buy the property. I don't know why the sellers trust them. If this is how they communicate with buyers.

We struggled for 12 months with another agent and we were at a loss at what to do ... I contacted Zuzanna and had a totally different experience from communication to transparency. Then a week after signing it was sold!! We could not believe a year wasted! Thank you Zuzanna and the rest of the team in Quality Homes you changed what had been a "high effort" experience to a pleasure. Just sold with these guys and from start to finish totally professional, friendly and we were always kept up to date whilst in the UK. Sell with confidence knowing these guys are doing everything to sell your property. Zuzanna in particular who I was dealing with was absolutely superb!

Do not rent out your home through this company. They put tenants there who leave your home demolished. Photos are taken upon delivery of the home by Quality Homes. When the tenant moves out they make again pictures, ... but no proper check to see if everything is correct or working... new delivered microwave gone and old appliance is there.The power supply of the newly delivered TV is gone, so it no longer works. The freezer drawers are all broken... It is a disgrace that according to Quality Homes the delivery was ok. In case of problems they believe in the innocence of the tenant, but they do nothing for the landlord and leave you with the damage. A new apartment left behind demolished in 2 years. New paint walls now all damage This company is not recommended.They do nothing..Total Damage of goods around 1000 euro....and they find all normal.....Update..This Rupert from QualityHomes now start false arguments about me on Facebook...He is not solving a problem,but thinks that making be black on Facebook is rhe way to go....They only care for there money,and the rest is BS..Think 2 before you take this agency.....second...Eva is not doing here work...bills she is not sending fo the tenant..Also when rent is up afyer a year she is not give this to the tenant....She is taking one month rent for a contract but for the rest she is doing not her work..

Honestly cannot recommend enough, definitely 5 star plus. We dealt with Marcello and just WOW! I have been dreaming of a property in Spain for decades, watching all the property programs convincing my husband of the same dream in the hope one day it would come true... Well that day came and we honestly cannot thank Marcello enough. Right from the very start he made us feel so at ease, like a friend we'd know for year's. Rented an apartment via this agency, very nice until the last visit when giving back the keys. We were told we would get our full deposit back. In the end they sided with the landlord, we got nothing. That tells you a lot about a company, siding where the money lays. You can find better options in Al Kazar.

Very proactive company and they will negotiate the price for you they also can look after holiday lets. And they will put you on to a well know solictors to aid you with buying a property.

What a great estate agent! Anna and Rupert did a fantastic job of selling our apartment on Condado, and at a sensible cost. Anna in particular worked tirelessly to find a buyer, even on one occasion cleaning the floor and roof terrace before a viewing! She knows the market extremely well and I could always trust what she said. She's always so cheerful too and a pleasure to deal with. Don't take my word, just give them a call and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Thank you Anna for all your help in finding the right property to buy in Condado. After having spoken to many agents in the area, it seems Quality Homes are one of the few that don't actually charge any hidden fees to the buyer. Everything Anna has told me has turned out right and every payment we are having to make during the purchase process is absolutely transparent and justified. For anyone looking to purchase in Condado without falling into the commission trap (there's agents charging 2% from the buyer!), look no further and go to Quality Homes.
