Leider absolut enttäuschend. Wir wollten eine Immobilie von ihm kaufen und hatten einen Vertrag unterschrieben. Dann wurde dieser einfach geändert, all unsere Absprache durch eine Klausel ersetzt die all unsere Absprachen aufhebt. Es wurde behauptet der Preisnachlass von 25000 war auf Grund einer Änderung im Grundbuch. Das sagte er uns nie. Absolut enttäuschend und in meinen Augen absoluter Betrug und 1000 Euro Anwaltskosten für nichts. Tim, du hast uns sehr enttäuscht.

Very helpful on first visit a year ago as any thing when your after perfection it takes time and is worth the wait when you find it. Villa solutions were the perfect people (lewis). Great knowledge of the area and honest about the houses they are selling. They are still there helping 5 month after purchase with out any quibble. Creo que funcionan bien para los clientes ingleses porque ellos lo son. Tienen muchas propiedades en la zona. Nuestra experiencia como compradores no fue buena. Tuvimos que ocuparnos de todo. En España estamos acostumbrados a que los agentes inmobiliarioa se ocupen de papeleo, llaves, información de gastos, etc... Su interés era cobrar como fuera, incluso directamente del cliente.

Not good I'm afraid. Sad to say that a hoped for property purchase, agreed and placed in legal hands, two days later mysteriously 'disintegrated' before our very eyes! Disenchanted with Spanish property processes which appear badly in need of a legislative 'shake up'.
