Wir waren an einem Haus in der Nähe von Malaga interessiert. Da wir aus Deutschland kommen, muss für einen Besichtigungstermin von unserer Seite einiges organisiert und investiert werden. Grundvoraussetzung hierfür sind aussagekräftige Unterlagen und eine professionelle Kommunikation. Dass sich diese über Wochen hinzog und wir jedes Mal an eine Beantwortung erinnern mussten, war schon nicht nachvollziehbar. Dass man viele unserer Fragen mangels Hintergrundwissen nicht beantworten konnte, Angaben teilweise falsch waren und man nicht in der Lage war, aktuelle Fotos beizubringen, hat uns schockiert. Ich selber bin aus der Immobilienbranche und so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! So schön das Haus auch erschien, so sehr ließ das inkompetente und unmotivierte Verhalten der Maklerin alle Alarmglocken schrillen. Wir habe die Kommunikation beendet und suchen uns lieber ein kompetenteres Maklerbüro Nachtrag1: Nehmen Sie SOFORT meinen Nachnamen und den kompletten Namens meines Partners aus der Antwort! Sie verstoßen gegen den Datenschutz. Nachtrag 2: Ihr Nachtrag und Ihr Verstoß gegen den Datenschutz bestätigt leider Ihre unseriöses und unqualifiziertes Verhalten. Die Offenlegung des Klarnamens oder auch nur ein großer Teil des Namens stellt eine potenzielle Datenschutzverletzung dar, die zu rechtlichen Konsequenzen für Ihr Unternehmen führen kann. Die Einhaltung der DSGVO sowie die Wahrung der Privatsphäre und der Persönlichkeitsrechte haben eine hohe Priorität. Ich empfehle Ihnen, sich diesbzgl. zu schulen, da die unrechtmäßige Offenlegung sehr teuer für Sie werden kann.. Dank Axarquia Properties konnten wir nun unseren Traum von einem kleinen Häuschen in der Nähe von Málaga endlich realisieren. Zunächst sah es schwierig aus, doch hatten wir - aufgrund der ausgesprochen guten Unterstützung durch Annette von Goetzen - schon beim 2. Ortstermin die richtige Immobilie gefunden. Ihr ist es offensichtlich gelungen, sich aus den wenigen Gesprächen und Kontakten mit uns einen detaillierten Eindruck davon zu verschaffen, was wir suchen und brauchen würden. Gab es Fragen, hat sie uns immer sehr schnell mit Rückmeldungen und Informationen versorgt. Die gute Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team rund um Dierk Pfeiffer, und zwar vom ersten Kontakt bis zum finalen Abschluss eines Kaufvertrages sowie darüber hinaus, können wir aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen nur wärmstens empfehlen.

This estate agent it’s an absolute rip off and very unprofessional. Dierk is a big lier. He lied about everything - the price, documents. Very arrogant. Bad service. We had to deal with all the horrible things left behind after sale i.e. no connection to water, no sewage connection, asbestos everywhere Old furniture with a horrible smell and pollios, humidity all over the house as you can see in the photos attached.

We were very lucky in finding Axarquia Properties early on during our search for a vacation home in Andalucia in 2018. We received all the support we ever needed, and that without any pressure to purchase. For us it was immensely important to have someone with local knowledge since we did not know the area much at all! They listened our wishes and showed objects that we had found and others they had listed. At the end, we are extremely happy with what we ended up buying. The process has not been easy, not least because of the Covid-19 pandemic, but since we could communicate in English, no details were ever lost. Foremost, i do not think we could have found another agency that have been, and continues to be, so extremely helpful! All the papers needed for various reasons, issues with international payments, and now things needed with renting our unit - Dierk with the staff have shown a complete and professional commitment to make everything work smoothly! We are indeed very lucky to have found Axarquia Properties to partner with us also as our rental unit manager!

We've recently bought a property that is lacking documents. We were not informed about the lack of water connection, lack of sewage, asbestos. The humidity was covered behind the furniture. After removing it, the wall was falling apart. After talking to the previous owner, the lady has had informed the agency about the issues that have not been simply past onto us and we were assured that everything is good. Being heavily pregnant and left with all those issues and extra expenses, led to a lot of stress, discomfort and uncertainty. @Marc4240 we would like to hear from you about your experience as it looks similar to ours. Arrogant and unprofessional. Overvalued my property by twice its true market value to hide the 20%+ minimum agency fee that would eventually be payable. They do not respond to emails, unless it suits them. When finally asked to remove the property from their website, they totally ignored the request and ceased all communication. Be warned!
