Buying through Rivera Real Estate was a positive experience throughout the whole process. It's now a month since we completed on the sale of our holiday home of 23 years in Torrox Pueblo using Rivera Real Estate. Not a writer of reviews normally, in this case we want to give Richie Worthington an honest 5 star rating. Having met Richie some time ago, it was whilst in Torrox in March this year Richie called on us as he told us he may have a prospective buyer for the house. We decided this was the time to sell. Richie moved very quickly and advised us on a realistic selling price. He came and took some great photos the next day and the house was on the market. With all the sales paperwork in place, Richie certainly knows the Spanish system, we didn't! With three viewings during our short stay, a sale was agreed very quickly, only very slightly less than the asking price. The whole process from start to finish was trouble free. Richie was there all the way and with the support from Alejandra, his wife certainly put us at ease. We cannot recommend Rivera Real Estate and Richie enough, he has a very professional manner but at the same time we got to know him quite well. Richie did his very best for us, at no time did we entertain using another agent, we met Richie and we knew he was the right person for us, no regrets, Many thanks.
