Monika helped us super fast and very sweet from day 1 that i contacted them. We ended up renting a house from the Netherlands without actually seeing the property first. The photos where exactly as the house is and she gave us all the information. She even responded on her days off. When we finally met at the house she gave us all the information about the contract. 10/10 great service, great people! Highly recommended!!!

Cuando se habla de vender o comprar una propiedad, no es nada fácil, debido al valor económico más el añadido del valor sentimental,y no todos los días vives la experiencia de poder comprar o vender propiedades. En mi opinión, es una Empresa que se merece las 5 Estrellas, incluso más, aunque no existan,ya que desde el minuto 1, han estado muy a la altura en tanto en cuanto al servicio, la atención, la dedicación y la experiencia aportada por un gran Equipo de profesionales que consiguen que tanto el comprador como el vendedor acaben en un bonito abrazo, y eso es síntoma de que se han hecho un trabajo de categoría. Por mi parte, muy recomendable para todas aquellas personas que decidan vender o comprar una propiedad en un entorno tan maravilloso como Frigiliana. Laura una directora gerente de 10. Un pueblo precioso

We are currently renting through Frigiliana real estate. They were so helpful in finding a property for winter rental for our family at very short notice. They were always on hand arranging last minute viewings and making suggestions of different areas and property options that would suit us. We are also in the process of buying a property through them as well. Communication has been very good throughout both the rental and buying processes. We have met most/ all the team and have found everyone to be very friendly, prompt and efficient. As we are also new to the area they have provided a lot of help and advise in relations to other aspects of living in the area, therefore have gone above and beyond for us. Highly recommended.

Make yourself a favor and don't do anything with them. Please review any contract before you sign with them as there are illegal parts in it ! You have to be very strict with it as they will try to gaslight you about it (like they are doing in their response below..).. They also wanted me to pay for the agency fees which by law need to be paid by the landlords, be careful I had to negociate ! I had many problems with the house I rented causing me health problems. I informed both of them but no action was taken, I had to leave fast.The real estate agent was very unprofessional and providing no assistance . Worst agency and agent ( her name is Laura) ever. Please contact me if you want to know more as I still have conversations from both the landlord and the real estate agent , and picture from the damaged house..

Beautiful villa with fantastic views! Literally minutes walk away from Frigilliania town with its gorgeous restaurants and friendly locals. The neighbouring household residents were so accommodating and pleasant. Laura & Stuart are a joy to deal with who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is a wonderful one. Laura with Nerja Property Services was critical to our successful transition to full time living In Spain. We were in communication prior to us arriving in the country and once we arrived I felt she became our personal assistant during our house hunt. She showed us property, arranged for transportation for a family of 5, was available anytime we needed, and responded quickly to all questions during our search. Once we found a property her advice was critical during the negotiation which led to us getting a long term rental of our dreams and for a price we could afford! It’s important to note that all this happened within 3 days of us arriving in Spain and were on schedule to sign a contract on day 4. My interactions with the staff other than Laura were all pleasant and helpful as well. I would highly recommend using this company if your transitioning into Spain.

My wife & I have used frigiliana real estate twice now to help find us a house and both times they have not dissapoiinted. Their customer service is second to none and nothing is to much trouble for them. And very friendly. Highly recommend them for professional friendly service.

We stayed for 3 weeks at Villa Perrinda off the main road to Frigliana. 2 bed villa, with private parking and pool. The main part of the villa was on one level, lounge, kitchen, bathroom (wc, sink, bidet and bath and shower over) and 2 double bedrooms. There was only 5 steps down to the pool. Which was perfect for me as I have walking difficulties. The washing was taken over by my hubby for our stay as the washer was up the stairs on the sun terrace. The kitchen had more than what we needed! There was plenty of extra bed linen for all the beds. 2 BBQs....several outdoor chairs and tables and 4 sunbeds. The beautiful, blue, clean pool has amazing views. We would definitely recommend this villa. Although we hired a vehicle you could possibly walk to the main road to catch the bus into Nerja. Thank you to Laura and Nick at NPS for a fabulous holiday.👍

Nerja Property Services were efficient and friendly. They kept us regularly informed of viewings and offers. Our property was sold and completed within 16 weeks at the full asking price. We would have no hesitation in using their services again.
