I had a very disappointing experience with Kosta95 Real Estate Property Management. Upon moving out, they charged me for a pool umbrella that I did not break. Despite my requests, they never provided any proof that I was responsible for the damage. The way the situation was handled felt mean-spirited, low, and dishonest. This experience has shown me that they do not treat their customers fairly. I will not be dealing with them again and cannot recommend their services.

We booked several times a 3-month winter rental through Kosta95. Both the properties and the service were excellent throughout our stays. Thanks!

I rented an apartment from Karina at Kosta95 Real estate for three months January February and March I found the apartment in excellent condition and as described on advertising the process was very simple as I had only done it once before but after speaking to Karina she explained the whole process and was excellent with communication and messaging had a small problem that was sorted very quickly with Karina and I would totally recommend Karina and the company and we are hoping to return for next winter I would be using Karina and the company Kosta95and in my opinion I found Karina and the Company very trustworthy and a pleasure to do business with

Nous avons loué un appartement à Torrox avec cette agence et avons passé un super séjour. Aucune mauvaise surprise, l’appartement était exactement comme sur les photos, très propre et bien entretenu. Pasamos unas semanas en el apartamento de vacaciones "Apartamento Duque" y quedamos muy satisfechos. El piso está recién amueblado y el espacio se aprovechó al máximo. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y el apoyo de Karina y su colega fue estupendo. No podemos más que recomendar el equipo a todo el mundo.

Alquilamos el ático duplex de Torrox Laguna Beach y las fotos no le hacen justicia a la casa. La barbacoa está rota y cocina necesita una reforma urgente por el estado en que se encuentran los muebles y electrodomésticos, así como el colchón. Lo mejor, el baño. La urbanización está muy bien pero el precio por la casa elevado.

La experiencia con Karina y Eduardo ha sido excelente. Desde el principio nos transmitieron confianza y nos lo han facilitado todo hasta la compraventa. Muy recomendables.
