Wij hebben ons droomhuis gevonden, dankzij Victoria! Al onze wensen heeft zij vertaald in een (be)zoekronde van 6 huizen (het werden er zelfs 7 toen er zich een extra kans voor deed). Zij let scherp (en wijst) op bouwkundige gebreken, terwijl je net heerlijk wegzwijmelt bij een 'droomplek'. Kortom: Een deskundige en bovendien vriendelijke steun bij de zoektocht naar een droomhuis!

Het is nu 2.5 jaar geleden dat wij onze zoektocht naar een appartement in Zuid-Spanje begonnen. Via internet kwamen we op de site van Victoria van Andalucia4you. We zouden in augustus 3 weken op vakantie gaan naar Costa del Sol en hebben een afspraak met Victoria in gepland. Onze wensenlijstje hadden we doorgegeven en zijn samen op pad gegaan. Eerst 2 andere locaties bekeken en toen kwamen we uit bij een nog te bouwen appartementencomplex in Torre del Mar. We zagen de maquette en waren direct erg enthousiast. Dit was wat wij zochten: dichtbij het strand, nieuwbouw en in een leuke plaats. De bouw heeft 2 jaar geduurd en eind november was de sleuteloverdracht. Wij hebben de samenwerking als zeer prettig ervaren met Victoria. We konden met al onze vragen bij haar terecht en ze is zeer adequaat en erg betrouwbaar. Ze heeft ons heel veel zorgen uithanden genomen. Dus ben je op zoek naar een betrouwbare en goede makelaarskantoor ga dan naar Andalucia4you.

Mein Mann stieß auf Andalucia4you, als er die Hauptstraße durch Caleta de Velez in der Nähe des Yachthafens entlang spazierte. Beim Lesen der Objekte fiel ihm sofort eine Wohnung auf, doch aufgrund seiner mangelnden Sprachkenntnisse in Spanisch und Englisch organisierte er sich zunächst einen Übersetzer. Anschließend wurde ein Besichtigungstermin für die Wohnung vereinbart, die nur wenige Meter in der zweiten Reihe vom Andalucia4you-Büro entfernt lag. Die perfekte Lage, nah am Meer, dem Yachthafen und allen Geschäften in der Umgebung, machte die Kaufentscheidung sehr einfach. Praktisch war auch, dass sich die Unicaja in der Nähe des Büros befindet, sodass man gleich eine Anzahlung leisten kann. Anschließend besichtigten wir die Wohnung noch einmal mit der ganzen Familie. Der gesamte Prozess, von der Kontaktaufnahme über die Besichtigung bis zum Kauf, verlief absolut reibungslos. Victoria ist super organisiert, einfühlsam, professionell, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie hatte stets ein offenes Ohr und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Victoria was a calming influence at a very stressful time. She sold our house just as she said she would. She then guided us through the whole aftermath of problems, none of which were our doing. We would definitely recommend using this agency if you want s smooth ride. Thank you Victoria for everything.

Zéro. Personne ne repond au telephone. J ai laissé 5 messages en 15 jours ni aux emails. Antipathique la femme m a dit d écrire un mail j attend toujours une réponse. Et en plus c est pour acheter une maison et j ai l argent. Ils sont vraiment nuls
