Sure Properties are great! We have been doing business with them for a number of years now and they take care of everything renting our house out. We appreciate Mario’s ability of speaking English and the specified paperwork of transactions from guests and repair bills that can occur. Once a furniture broke (it was old and didn’t come as a surprise). We were not there so they actually drove to IKEA, Malaga, picked up and assembled the furniture, keeping the guests happy. They really go above and beyond.

Myself and my wife were viewing properties in Algarrobo and we had found a beautiful townhouse in the oldtown of Algarrobo which SURE properties was selling! We made an appointment with the Auctioneer whose name was Cristian and he showed us the property and we fell in love with it from the first viewing. We asked Cristian could he show us a couple of other properties in the same village just to compare which he very kindly arranged for us! But we had our hearts firmly set on the first one.. So we made our offer and after a tiny bit of Negotiations we settled close to the asking price! We were thrilled to say the least! But then came the most challenging part in our minds at that time which was how do we close this property? Which solicitor should we pick and could we trust the whole process ? We'll we have to say this is where SURE Auctioneers really upped their game and put us in contact with a very Professional Competent Solicitors Practice in Nerja called Sanchez Solicitors who we have to say took care of every single detail from Setting up our Spanish NIE numbers our Spanish bank accounts and because we chose them to have power of attorney they could sign in the notary on our behalf with us not even having to fly in to Spain! The whole process took only about 4 weeks with Cristian and all his colleagues at SURE properties in continuous contact with ourselves and the solicitors to ensure the process goes through smoothly and Iron out any tiny questions or concerns that we might have had! I really could not say anything other than what a lovely experience we had in buying the property and would Highly recommend anyone who is considering buying a property to contact SURE Properties or if they are near the Coast to call to their office which is only 5 minutes from the coast and speak with them because they are amazing people to deal with! When we first stumbled upon this vacation rental online, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Alberto is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He was available at all times whenever I had any questions and had excellent restaurant recommendations that was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location is incredible! Would absolutely recommend to stay here!

We rented Casa Herrera, a perfectly tranquil place on the hillside with a stunning view towards the sea and the small cities below on the coast. The house and the garden is beautiful, clean and functional with everything we needed. The pool area is a prefect place for rest, swimming and sun bathing. The outdoor dining area was our favourite place in the evening when the sun went down - perfect for talk and a glass of wine. We will be back I’m sure.

Casa de campo con vistas increíbles , hemos estado una semana disfrutando de la sierra en una casa maravillosa , simplemente la subida a la villa tenéis que hacerlo despacio porque la carretera es complicada , son 10 minutos pero merece la pena llegar y poder quedarte en este lugar tan increíble . Estuvieron muy atentos y no dudaría en volver .
