Rachel helped us find a winter rental for 2026 in the very competitive Nerja market. Of the several agents we contacted in our search, she was by far the most responsive and understanding. She responded promptly to our calls and emails and helped us arrange the rent deposit when our Canadian banking system proved difficult. We rented the place based only on fotos as it was occupied but she made sure to set up a tour for us as soon as it was free. We highly recommend her.

Wij hebben voor 5 weken Villa Ana Bella gehuurd in Nerja/Torrox Het betreft een villa in ruralgebied met een slechte rommelige donkere toegangsweg aan het eind steil omhoog Dit was niet gemeld in de tekst Bij navraag vooraf is wel aangegeven dat de weg verhard was en prima te doen. In de bevestiging stond ook dat het zwembad verwarmd zou zijn ( een reden voor deze keuze) en dat was niet het geval. De 3e badkamer is buiten bij het zwembad en daar heb je dus binnen niets aan. Het makelaarskantoor reageerde overigens wel snel op mailtjes maar zou zichzelf vooraf moeten overtuigen van wat ze aanbieden in hun beschrijving.

Racheal and Tracey looked after us superbly in our search for the perfect holiday home. They did not tire of us as during the process our requirements continually evolved. They found us the perfect property and after the sale have been very helpful in sorting out the spanish administration. We were very disappointed with Nerja Properties. We were lead to believe that we had rented a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit only to arrive and discover that it had only one bathroom. When we complained, we were told that we should have known from the photos that were sent. No one thought to mention to us that, although we requested two bathrooms, the unit had only one—it was up to is to figure it out by looking at photos, which were inconclusive to say the least. We also discovered that we were charged a double fee since the unit was actually managed by another company so both companies added on their full fee, instead of splitting the fee which would have made more sense and been fairer. There are many property rental companies in town, so I’d advise looking elsewhere.

Ni a mi peor enemigo le recomendaria esta agencia,. En mi experiencia me alquilaron una casa con problemas.. y tuvimos que salir lo antes posible.. Despues de haber hecho una mudanza grandisima..tuvimos miles de problemas con la propietaria.. corte de internet... Vaciado de piscina!! Sin avisar... luego intentamos informar a la chica para que haga algo.. y solvente nuestro grab problema... y hace oidos sordos.. Para cobrar si fue rapida y efectiva. hemos pasado una pesadilla... y aun lo estamos pasando pues nuevamente estamos haciendo la otra mudanzaa nuestro nuevo hogar con un profesional de verdad.
