Very nice and cosy appartment, private parking just in front of the entrance door, autonomous access through a keybox, appartment clean, quite and matching the pictures. Very nice little gifts for the arrival, I appreciated the nice gesture. The little balcony is amazing to take a nice breakfast the morning with a view onto the sea, part of the village and the swimming pool, I loved it and it was hard to leave. The location of the appartment is fantastic you can reach Nerja by walking, and there's a great italian restaurant 2 min from it. From booking till departure, I was kept informed and updated offered assistance and advice by Christian and the team. Due to an early morning flight arrival requested an early entry to the accommodation which was facilitated. Having stayed in the area before was delighted to return to San Juan de Capistrano, a beautiful urbanisation on the outskirts of town. The accommodation was clean and very well maintained, with all the amenities which enabled us to arrive, unpack and enjoy. The outside space of this property was exceptional, a garden with shading trees, a large terrace accessed via bifold doors, and a roof solarium. There was ample sun beds and table and chairs, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful views and weather from sunrise to sunset.. and into the evening enjoying the peace and tranquility over a chilled glass of wine. Gut gelegen, ruhig, kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe Von außen eher unscheinbar geht man aber durch die Tür, hat man alles was man für einen Urlaub zu viert braucht. Sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die komplette Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Alles neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Het is een mooi appartement in een prachtig aangelegde urbanisatie=een soort dorp, welke alleen toegankelijk is voor de bewoners/huurders. Iedereen heeft een mooi zeezicht. We konden heerlijk wandelen naar het strand, terug is even een aantal trappen beklimmen, maar heel erg goed te doen. De tuin naar beneden is prachtig aangelegd. Er is een mooi aangelegd gedeeld zwembad. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt met een heerlijk zonnescherm, welke heel erg welkom is. Daardoor kun je in de ochtend heerlijk op het terras ontbijten. In de middag en avond is er schaduw. Christiaan is een hele prettige verhuurder. De informatie van aankomst en andere zaken mbt het appartement staan heel duidelijk in zowel de whatsapp als de mail. Bij problemen staat Christiaan heel snel klaar. Wij kregen op aanvraag extra handdoeken, dit was snel geregeld door Christiaan. Christiaan reageert heel snel op whatsapp en mail. Wij komen zeker terug!

Lovely apartment, spacious, clean and well equipped in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking the running track. Good location with ample parking and 20 mins walk to Burriana Beach and Nerja and main sights. Would recommend and book again.

Todo genial, apartamento completamente equipado, agradable, muy limpio e igual que en las imágenes. Por añadir algo, en la puerta principal donde se entra al apartamento estaría bien una cortina ya que las puertas son de cristal y se ve prácticamente todo, y por otro lado las sábanas de la cama se quedan justas y no llegan del todo bien, unas más grandes serían mucho más cómodas. Pero lo dicho todo genial y repetiría 100%

It was a nice stay. Loved the set up of the apartment, we were sharing with some friends and they took the top floor which gave them privacy as it had its own separate lounge and bathroom.

Great communication, helpful, and super easy check in and check out process. The apartment was fab; clean and pretty with everything you need - and the most beautiful view out over Nerja and the sea. A great location for both the town and the beach, and in a quiet area. Near the communal pool which was clean and never too busy, and a supermarket nearby too. Nerja itself was really pretty with good beaches and places to drink and eat, views out from the balcon. We did some hikes into the hills behind from the apartment, and did a bus to Malaga and Frigliana. Bike hire in Nerja was great too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay there again.

El alojamiento espectacular, muy completo, buena ubicación rodeado de comercios y bares. Cerca de la playa y paseo. Lo único que eché en falta fue una batidora, aunque nos adaptamos a lo que había. Camas muy cómodas y habitaciones muy acogedoras y de buen tamaño. Lo que no me gustó fue, que la limpieza estaba escasa, mucho polvo en general, funda del sofá y cojines sucios y a las colchas tuvimos que darle un agua porque olían a guardadas y tenían alguna que otra mancha. Pero bastó con pasar una fregona y un par de lavadoras y listo! Las instalaciones exteriores muy bien cuidadas, limpias y todo con seguridad. Buena plaza de garaje y buena ubicación para la entrada al bloque. Las piscinas muy limpias. Entramos un poco antes de las 15h y aunque la salida era muy pronto, nuestras vacaciones han sido satisfactoria. Hemos disfrutado y descansado. Agradecer a Cristhian la atención prestada y la dedicación que nos prestó para que todo saliera bien. REVISAR:(La mampara de baño pequeño que no cerraba del todo y salía algo de agua, y el desagüe que no tragaba bien). Por lo demás 10/10. Volveremos!!!

We have had a fantastic week staying in the apartment in Nerja. The apartment was excellent well equipped, and in the perfect place for the beach 4 minute walk and town square 10-15 minute walk. We would highly recommend this apartment. Smile House Rentals were wonderful with all correspondents, answering any queries we had promptly, also with regular updates and information needed for our stay. We will definitely be back, thank you for a perfect family holiday.

Had an amazing 5 nights stay! Everything was perfect, apartment has everything you need so well equipped, comfortable beds, great air-con and WiFi, apartment was spotless, check-in was super easy, the pool was great also, especially on our last day as Christian was super helpful as we had a later flight and made it possible to still use the apartment and pool until the cleaners were due after check out, that was so helpful, location was great 15 min walk to the centre and beaches with lots of amazing restaurants, I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again and will most likely return again next year thank you for everything 😊

Tenía todo lo necesario. Terraza y unas vistas preciosas. Estaba limpio. Aire acondicionado en las tres habitaciones, se agradece. Aparcamiento sin problemas, muy tranquilo. Si volviese a la zona repetiría seguro.

Lovely, clean apartment and very well equipped - the pool is a real plus. This is a great location with proximity to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants around Burriana Beach.

Bonne expérience pour notre location de vacances à Nerja en Andalousie cet été, le logement correspondait tout à fait à la description, tout était propre, en bon état, confortable. Le plus : l'application qui vous guide pas à pas à chaque étape, de l'arrivée au départ, c'est très pratique.

En general la estancia ha sido muy agradable. Apartamento amplio para 4 personas y muy bien ubicado. Buen aire acondicionado y nos vino de lujo tener plaza de aparcamiento. Como nota negativa, algunos utensilios de cocina no estaban bien lavados. Volveríamos.

El verdadero punto fuerte: el inmenso jardín frutal, un pequeño paraíso donde se pueden recoger frutas frescas directamente del árbol — ¡todo un lujo! Fue magnífica la estadía allí, todo super limpio, en la cocina todo lo esencial para poder cocinar la casa totalmente igual que en las fotos, lo mejor es que pudimos hacer unas cuantas barbacoas allí genial! Me encantó lo recomendaría mil veces!

We had a wonderfull experience in Nerja, Spain! The house was big, clean, had a nice view... the swimmingpool was large and relaxed. The airco was great and the beds were really good. We loved that the location was in a quiet area. Top holiday!

Beautiful penthouse apartment which was very clean and well equipped. The apartment was very spacious. It had spectacular views of the mountains and the sea. We would definitely stay at 22 Royal Palm again and will recommend it to family and friends

Fantastic stay with stunning views – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay in this lovely Nerja apartment. Check-in was seamless and stress-free, setting the tone for a relaxing holiday. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, which was an absolute lifesaver during the heat! Having stayed in many apartments over the last 25 years with my family, I can honestly say this one stood out. The block is ideal, with two fantastic communal pools and a peaceful atmosphere. We specifically chose this place for the views and the spacious balcony and it didn’t disappoint. With a toddler in tow, evenings spent sitting outside while she slept were a real highlight. Also worth mentioning is the taxi company that we booked through Smile. They were friendly, responsive, they took us to collect the keys and even went in and collected them for us. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect! As we booked the stay we hoped for perfect weather to enjoy the terrace of the flat. And that's what we got, it was only a few steps to jump into the Mediterranean. Great! All about the flat, SHR014 Beachfront Apartment in Nerja, and all the surrounding beach area were top class, that includes the service from our host Chistian. Nice!

Smile Cavana apartments were in a perfect, safe location very close to the Balcón de Europa, with easy private parking (!!) and everything we needed in the very comfortable apartment. The windows which opened onto the bustling, clean plaza were awesome. The happy noises from the open windows made us smile as we fell asleep. We were especially grateful for the washing machine since we'd been traveling for 14 days with limited clothes. We also appreciated the very nearby Carrefour for milk, yogurt and fruits. The owners were VERY responsive and helpful. We couldn't have asked for better help. The parking was very easy and private. We knew we were safe in the garage, as was the rental car. In the area: 1. We loved the Caves of Nerja (not the expected tourist trap - the free downloadable audio tour was excellent). 2. We truly enjoyed our 3 hour hike through the Frigiliana campo (an easy bus ride or drive from Nerja) and family style lunch at Cafe 3 Culturas with Graham and the Shamrock Roamers Walking Club (Google it!) 3. We highly recommend the Carbonara pizza at the Naturale Nerja restaurant near the apartment. You'll be glad you visited Nerja and stayed at Smile apartments. It was a great few days!

This was a clean, secure and comfortable apartment in a safe and quiet area. The accommodation was very well equipped, beautifully clean and had the added advantage of secure parking. Sea views and a minute from the beach. We loved it. Will book again.

Vi är ett par som trivdes mycket bra i den här fina lägenheten i en månad. Den ligger i ett lugnt och vackert område några kilometer från stranden och Nerja centrum. Lägenheten har två balkonger och en takterrass med fantastisk utsikt över staden, medelhavet och bergen. Lägenheten är trevligt inredd med ett fint och välutrustat kök. Sängen på övre planet är ny och skön. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera det här boendet! Kommunikationen med värden fungerade mycket bra!

We stayed 3 weeks in the appartment to work from home and to relax. The appartment is very spacious, modern, has 3 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen, modern TV and great internet. The location is great, in the heart of Nerja amongst local people, we felt like adopted by them. Stores, Balcon Europa, countless restaurants are within a few minutes. All in all: we loved the place and look forward to come back next winter.

We stayed in a Smile House property in Nerja. It was a very nice house close to Burriana beach and conveniently near a big supermarket. Communication from Smile House was excellent, far better than other companies that we have used. (I wish all companies would adopt their excellent style of brochure/information pack for their properties.) The property itself was good value for money, clean and well furnishhed. I would certainly use Smile House again.

We rented a Casa on the Fuentesol complex off Calle Velez, Nerja which was very spacious, well equipped and in a good location. We had a few minor issues which were resolved quickly and we would like to thank Christian & Henning for their excellent service.

The apartment we rented was exactly as described in the listing and was great value. It was spacious, clean and was within walking distance of everything in the area. Nos encantó la ubicación, súper cerca de la playa. El apartamento totalmente equipado, tenía más cosas de las que indicaba el anuncio. También teníamos una entrada privada que nos daba mucha independencia. Como pega diría que la nevera enfriaba poco por abajo y congelaba por arriba. Volveremos encantados.

Wij verbleven in dit appartement van 14 tot 23 augustus. Het is een licht, ruim, schoon, compleet appartement. Het uitzicht vanaf beide terrassen op de stad en de zee is mooi.

We had a great week in the house. with 3 young children, the house was very clean and fresh and in a beautiful location, kitchen everything you need. Nice quiet area but very cozy, without mass tourism, we were very happy. i want to thank you very much for this beautiful time and we want to come back 100%. the pool was really fantastic with the hot days. with a private pool and a communal pool Really great. Nerja was beautiful only 10 minutes drive. For the kids and for us too😁 Aquavelis Parque 20 minutes👌 The beach 5 minutes drive.

We were in the Nerja area for our summer vacation, and our reservation was a disaster. We canceled it and decided to search the surrounding area, and then God sent us Christian. A trustworthy and very kind person. We fell in love with the house he showed us, with its marine décor, the pool (though small), and the tranquility. A very comfortable house with everything needed for a great vacation. The beach is just 2 minutes away by car, with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend the agency and Christian. I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank Peter and the person who brought us the towels. I will definitely return to Torrox because I trust Chris and his team."

Half juni hebben we hier een appartement gehuurd met zicht op zee. Het was een geweldig appartement, wat een grote bijdrage had aan onze vakantie beleving. Het appartement was van alle gemakken en comfort voorzien. Je zit in twee minuten op de boulevard met leuke restaurantjes en een supermarkt. Verder is het ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum waar van alles te beleven is. Kortom een super locatie. We gaan voor volgend jaar zeker weer boeken.

Nos encantó la casa y la zona! Christian fue muy servicial y nos ayudó desde el primer momento, muchas gracias! La casa es hermosa, muy amplia y súper bien equipada. Tiene mucho espacio afuera y unas vistas espectaculares, perfecto para ver el atardecer. Esta muy bien cuidada y es acogedora. Por último, en la urbanización hay una piscina para niños y otra enorme que tiene varios bares al lado para comer o tomar algo. Súper cómodo si no quieres bajar al pueblo. Sin duda volveremos en otro momento para pasarnos mas días!

One of the best air bnbs me and my partner have stayed at. The house had everything (the best coffee machine), beautiful views from the terrace and 2 big supermarkets down the road. The town is a 30 minute walk and steep coming back but we didn’t mind this. We had the best week here and perfect for cycling. Will definitely be back 😃

From the get go Christian could not have been more helpful. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Balcon and slightly less to the beach.

You have everything you need to cook, clean and relax. 3rd floor, spacious apartment with a sea view balcony and beautiful furniture. Easy check in, communal pool - clean and accessible even before May. Few meter to the beach with a lovely and flowery path. Apparent was super clean and we truly did not have a chance to find anything wrong there! Even demanding guests will be highly pleased and impressed. Many different local shops across the street. We stayed In Nerja for the month of March, 2024 with 2 multi-day overnight trips to Granada, Cordoba, etc. in between. It was a great home base. The unit's 2nd floor location over the retail on the street below provided incredible views of the Med, just like the photos. The couch setting (see on line) was great for afternoon hors d'oevres. After parking in the garage once, we decided that street parking was the way to go - little did we realize that it was a preview for everywhere else in Spain - trying to park our rental 2-Series BMW! Having a private entrance to our unit from the street was cool. The unit was fully-equipped with a very modern kitchen. Although it did not have a microwave (also no where to put it!), the convection oven worked great. My recommendations for improvement are that the walls of the unit need to be repainted and that the dish ware sets be replaced. The manager was very helpful and prompt with our requests. We would definitely go back!

This gem of a space in Nerha was enough for me and my old friend to enjoy a relaxing vacation. All the spaces are clean and conveniently managed, with a variety of restaurants and cafeterias around and a satisfying supermarket downstairs. The neighborhood looks very quiet and relaxed. If I come back to Nerha, I will definitely come back here again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just like the pictures, it was super clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The balcony was our favourite part as the view was absolutely beautiful and we loved having our dinner watching the sunset. The pool area was also really nice and we would highly recommend staying here! Smile house rentals were super efficient with contacting us and provided us with all the information we needed to make it such a lovely stay.

La ubicación del apartamento de la calle Antonio Millón es excelente. Cerca de la playa, cerca del centro pero sin el oír el bullicio de las calles principales y cerca de supermercado. La limpieza justita. Hay sitios donde se nota que lleva habiendo humedad meses. La goma de la lavadora, rota; se salía el agua. Si va una familia con hijos, echarán de menos una lavadora que funcione. Por favor, revisad el buen funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos con mayor frecuencia.

My Sister and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Burriana Beach, Nerja. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean and in a great location - with a superb terrace. Everything was on hand, we really wanted for nothing. And all contact with Smile House Rentals was friendly and efficient. We can't wait to go back!

Las vacaciones han sido maravillosamente guay, el apartamento está en un sitio alejado pero súper tranquilo, merece la pena coger el coche ya que el sitio donde se encuentra te da paz, está muy bien equipado no le falta ningún detalle, por poner alguna pega, la cama de matrimonio es incómoda, podrían mejorar el colchón y vestir la cama bien no con sábanas individuales, por lo de más todo de 10 y destacar el agrado y la responsabilidad de cristian!! GRACIAS!! Repetiría seguro!!

Wir waren in Nerja CASA VITTORIA und von den Bildern der Wohnung war vorher nicht ersichtlich das man vom Wohnzimmer wo eine Klimaanlage ist durch einen Raum der quasi kein Raum ist da es kein Dach gibt so eine Art Waschraum und man von dort aus erst ins Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer kommt heißt es gibt im Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage aber das war noch nicht mal das schlimmste das schlimmste war das die Eigentümerin in dem selben Haus über uns und neben uns um kurz nach 7 Uhr morgen Arbeiter geschickt hat die ab dieser Uhrzeit angefangen haben zu hämmern und zu sägen quasi ne ganze Wohnung neu Kernsanieren tut mir leid aber das war alles andere als ein erholsamer Urlaub es gibt 3 Sterne weil die Argentur smile sehr nett war und versucht hat einen Kompromiss zu finden z.b das diese erst um 10 Uhr anfangen aber sorry bis auf einen Tag haben die immer SPÄTESTENS um 8 Uhr angefangen so einen Lärm zu machen und für das Geld was wir bezahlt haben so mit „Kunden“ quasi umzugehen da sie von der Agentur und sogar Nachbarn Bescheid bekommen hat selbst die Nachbarn sagten ihr das wir auch in der Wohnung sind nie wieder ! die Agentur vielleicht aber nie wieder CASA VITTORIA !

Muy buena la instancia. Casa muy bien equipada,zona tranquila y la piscina estupenda. Quizás el Check-out un pelín temprano y la nevera para cuatro personas un poco pequeña. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

El piso no estaba mal, pero tenía muchos defectos mejorables. La tapa del inodoro estaba rota, no explica bien cómo llegar al menos debería de poner una foto de la puerta porque es lioso. El checking es muy tarde 16pm y el checkout muy temprano 10am. El internet fallaba y era por impago de la dueña (aunque el chico encargado del piso lo solucionó bien). Los canales de la Tv no funcionaban. El sofá y las sillas difícilmente podías descansar era muy incómodo. Doy dos estrellas porque tampoco estaba tan mal. Espero que ayude a seguir mejorando.

We had the privilege of staying in this house for a week. Spacious, everything you need if you want to eat in, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, amazing rooftop terrace with a lovely hot tub for the days when you just want to chill or have an evening dip. Very convenient for the Balcon de Europa and Cala Honda Beach being just 2 minutes walk. Would not hesitate to recommend.

If you want to rent or buy a place in Nerja you should for sure do this from here. Chris was kind enough to take call on a Sunday. We wanted to extend our trip here but we’re not getting any accommodations, although there is a real rush in Nerja he did manage to get us an apartment at a very reasonable price. The apartment is lovely it’s in the town 5 mins walk to the beach and Balcon de Europa and a 3 min walk to Mercadona. If you get this apartment take it. It was a pleasure meeting Chris in person,very charming, for us we will always rent from Chris.

Our stay in Christian's apartment was very nice. Although the facility is a bit dated, everything you need was there. You should be able to walk to the nearest beach. Everything is easily accessible by car. Unfortunately we didn't meet Christian in person. However, questions and requests were dealt with promptly.

Fantastic apartment Brand new and really comfortable, clean and luxury. Very well equipped with everything you need, the beds are so comfortable! Stayed 4 nights in this stunning 3rd floor apartment on the beach with an amazing sea view. Short walk to all the beach bars, shops and restaurants. The host Christian was so attentive and helpful he was brilliant. We will definitely return to stay soon.

Esto añadido a que la propriedad tenia piscina comunitaria, la terraza vistas la mar y garaje subterráneo hizo que fuera probablemente el mejor sitio de Torrox que uno puede alquilar. My wife and I spent three wonderful months in Fuentesol this winter. We know the area well, in our opinion the best on the coast. Just five minute's walk to the best beach. Just five minutes to the best supermarket in town. And the house is great with sun from the balcony from noon until sunset. And sun all day from the great roof top terrace. Lovely spacious apartment! Third floor but there is a lift. Good private parking is available. There is a good size balcony which gets the sun most of the day and has a great view of the sea. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable including the beds. WiFi is excellent. There is air con in every room and heating for cooler mornings. The area and building are quiet - great for a relaxing stay. Burriana beach with a variety of bars cafes and restaurants is a 15 minute walk. All the attractions of Nerja are within walking distance but people with mobility issues should be aware the walking is hilly!

Apartamento bien situado, bien equipado y un trato muy amable del agente.

Wat een uitzicht, zo mooi! Het appartement lag op een mooie, rustige plek. Je doet de deuren open en je kijkt uit over de zee. Het appartement had alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Wel moet je veel trappen naar beneden voor het strand en restaurants. Voor mij geen probleem, maar voor ouderen of mensen die slecht ter been zijn geen aanrader. Omdat het hoogseizoen erop zat, was een aantal restaurants gesloten maar op 20/30 min. lopen zit je in het centrum. Christian is wat mij betreft een super host. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, zelfs de route naar het appartement was gefilmd. Al met al een supergoede ervaring en ik zou zo weer gaan! Nu al heimwee. Echt een aanrader voor als je op een fijne, rustige plek wil zitten met ontzettend mooi uitzicht.

Beautiful apartment at Panorama Beach with great pool. Only downsides were terrace didn't get the sun until late afternoon & location is a good walk from bars & restaurants. We were relocated here as apartment we were at lost hot water so nobody's fault & Christian went out of his way to sort things out for us.

The Appartment was very well appointed in almost all areas. Kitchen was excellent for home cooking with lots of pans, utensils, cutlery etc. all electric goods (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine) we’re all in good working order and very clean. Bedrooms were spacious, with plenty cupboard/wardrobe space and clothes hangers. Outside areas are large with seating both upstairs and ground level balconies. The only two points I would like to mention are. 1. There is not a gas bbq as described on website. It’s a charcoal bbq, which works well. 2. The cushion covers on the downstairs balcony need to be replaced as they are very uncomfortable. It’s only 2 small points, however, spending lots of our time sitting in the balcony at night, it could have been more comfortable. Christian, our host was excellent in every way. Very attentive to any needs and brought extra cleaning items and kept in touch to ensure all our needs were addressed.

Unser Ansprechpartner Christian Martin war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Benötigten wir Hilfe, war er sofort zur Stelle. Auch gab er uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, exacto a las imágenes mostradas en el anuncio, las camas comodisimas. El balcón grande y muy cómodo. El garaje también amplio. Las indicaciones para acceder a todo estupendo. Muy bien pensado lo del ahorro energético con los sensores en las puertas: el aire se apagaba si abrias las ventanas. La limpieza mejorable, habían utensilios sucios de la cocina . Como mejora cambiaría bañera y cortina del baño de matrimonio por placa de ducha y mampara. Salvo esas cositas tuvimos una estancia genial y Cristian muy atento.

Eine sehr helle, modern und toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir waren zu viert, 2 Erwachsener + 2 Kids. Die Kinder hatten ihr Zimmer und auch ihr eigenes Bad, was morgens sehr angenehm war. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man dann den Tag ruhig Ausklinken lassen. Praktisch war auch die Garage. Dort fuhr man hinein und ist, ohne das Gebäude verlassen zu müssen, zu seiner Wohnung gekommen. Wir wollten direkt für das nächste Jahr reservieren, leider ist es zu unserem gewünschten Zeitraum leider schon belegt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

The service was great, in terms of communication, and the host was very friendly and helpful, too. The location of the stay was quite convenient and the apartment had all you needed. One thing we noticed was that the pot was quite small for 7 people. Apart from that the stay was excellent.

Two things stood out about our recent holiday rental. 1.The agency,Smile House Rentals 2.The property Why was the agency outstanding? From the first contact the communication was first class. We received regular updates, the digital welcome pack was so comprehensive, detailing all aspects of the villa and its functions, the local shops, bars and beaches, nothing was missed. Christian,the owner, has his finger on all areas and nothing is left to chance. The property. Was exactly as described. Well serviced with all equipment, nothing tired about the furnishings. The views are outstanding,you cannot hear a sound at night when sitting on the terrace. Even though there are two bars / restaurants within 150 meters you could not hear a sound, but their convenience was matched by their quality of food and service. We had not been to Nerja before, the old town is great, traditional but very vibrant. We would not hesitate to recommend both Smile House Rentals and the Villa. Thanks

My wife and I had an amazing holiday at our San Juan de Capistrano villa in Nerja. It was well appointed, clean, spacious and provided all home comforts. It was quiet, sits in well manicured gardens, has access to a communal pool and stunning views from the villa terrace. Christian was the perfect host, he communicated very well, provided lots of information and recommendations for the local area. He was always available to answer questions and offer advice. Very much recommended! We had a great stay with two small children (high chair and other useful things available). The flat is bright, spacious, extremely clean, nicely furnished and good located. Not noisy despite the quite central location. Christian is the best host one can imagine. The communication was very smooth. He provided us with useful information already before our stay and was always reachable on the phone. His mother welcomed us to the home and kindly showed us everyhing. We would definitevely come back! Feels like we made a great frendship eventhough we have never met in person. Thank you, Christian!

Y queríamos estres cero en nuestra estancia por lo que nos pusimos en las manos de Christian para orquestarnos una escapada de lujo. Todo fue simplemente perfecto. Desde la recogida puntual en el aeropuerto, como nuestra llegada, la fantástica cesta sorpresa de bienvenida que encontramos en la casa nada más llegar, hasta encontrar en la nevera todos los productos que solicitamos para no tener que ni siquiera preocuparnos por hacer la compra durante nuestra estancia. Christian incluso nos recomendó un restaurante para nuestra cena de aniversario, llamó y reservó por nosotros ( nos consiguió una mesa genial por cierto) y nos organizó un servicio de babysitting que creíamos no necesitar pero que fue todo un acierto. Estuve en Nerja con mi familia estas Navidades en una casa preciosa , con piscina. Hemos tenido unos días de sol espectaculares y al menos fotos en la piscina pudimos hacer. Fuimos a Nerja de vacaciones, es un lugar que nos encanta y llevábamos 8 años sin ir, estábamos muy ilusionados. Tuvimos una suerte increíble de encontrar esta empresa, la casa nos encantó, bonita, cómoda, y sobre todo superlimpia tan importante sobre todo ahora, por la situación que vivimos. Usé Smile House Rentals para mis vacaciones y debo decir que todo fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. La comunicación fue perfecta desde el principio, cualquier duda que tuve me la resolvieron en cuestión de minutos. Los pagos fueron seguros y todo muy organizado y profesional. La casa era perfecta, súper limpia y el jacuzzi nos encantó. Lo mejor fue el trato tan personal y toda la atención recibida. La guía que recibimos unos días antes de la llegada tenía todo lo que necesitábamos saber, además de consejos de bares y restaurantes. También nos organizaron el taxi al aeropuerto y hasta nos hicieron la compra antes de nuestra llegada, ya que era festivo. Enhorabuena por el increíble trabajo.
