We would definitely recommend booking through Nerja Property Services.They went above and beyond what you might expect. Even leaving us milk coffee and a nice bottle of wine. Everything went smoothly and communications were excellent. Laura was Friendly, Professional and went out of her way to be helpful. We are frequent visitors to Nerja and it was the first time we booked through Nerja Property Services. It certainly won’t be the last. Thank you so much. We stayed in Casa Julia. A lovely modern and bright apartment. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with what appeared to be new appliances. The bedrooms were light and airy with ultra comfortable beds. The bathroom was lovely with a powerful shower. The lovely terrace with spectacular views was great. We would love to return again sometime.

I booked a villa with Eva for 5 months back in August 2024 ...The booking was for November to April.2025..I was travelling in a Campervan and needed somewhere both accessible for a 7m.van and safe parking . However there was a misunderstanding between the owner and the agents and it transpired that I couldn't access the property with my motorhome...BUT ...Eva found a spectacular alternative for me in Villa Rodriguez ......it truely is a fabulous place ...there was plenty of space for my van and I couldn't recommend the owner more .Santiago was a joy to deal with ....Thankyou Nerja Property Services and especially Eva for finding this gem for me...I and my many visitors had a wonderful time

We have dealt with nerja property services for some years now, they couldn't be more helpful Laura and Nikki always got us a great place and great attention to detail

We are now 2 weeks into our accommodatie between Nerja and Frigiliana which we Rent through Nerja Property Service. After first contracting one of the wonderfull employees, Monika, we we're able to decide on our purchase from Belgium via video call and finalize documents in Frigiliana. Everthing was very familiar and honest. Top service. Anita and Jozef.

Villa Jazmin was perfect in every way. Plenty of room for five people. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool area was spotless and sun loungers and umbrellas were provided. The host did a shop for us so we had provisions on arrival. The apartment is about ten minute walk to center via the beach. Mostly down hill ( lots of steps so not really suitable for small children in strollers). Taxi from centre to apartment cost €7. Overall a fabulous experience and I would definitely recommend this Villa.

Vor Ort lief alles absolut reibungslos und unkompliziert. Zwei Objekte besichtigt, wovon eins gleich ein Volltreffer war. Wir können NPS nur wärmstens empfehlen. Laura and Monika (and the rest of the team), we’re absolutely amazing in helping me find a property for long term let in Nerja (which is almost an impossibility in this day and age!). I had been looking for a long time before I contacted them. Within 3 days of contacting them I had my first viewing. Although this property wasn’t ‘the one’, Laura and Monika strived to find me something that ticked all of the boxes and were successful within a week! The house is absolutely perfect for my little family, and Laura, Monika and the team went above and beyond and actually even more so than that! We have rented an apartment for them The apartment is stunning no expense spared on setting it up. We had major issues gaining entry as booking.com didn't pass any messages from us to them or them to us so it took a while on the phone to get in but this wasn't the companies fault and Laura was brilliant quickly got us reassured and in with the keylocks. Great communication other than booking.com and fabulous well placed apartment the hot tub is incredible!!!

Have dealt with Laura and co on a number of occasions, including for accom throughout our wedding. Everything dealt with impeccably, number of properties rented to both myself and friends/family and all were top class. Wouldn’t use anyone else to sort accom within Nerja.

I was very upset at the way we were greeted by Nick not a good attitude. Laura and Shaun did sort things out for us but I am disappointed to see the apartments still not stating no lift 39 Steps this property number is1292 lovely apartments but it should state to any pensioner about the stairs I don’t think you should find out upon arrival but at the end of our holiday Nerja Properties were FAIR.

5 star service from this company, found all my 3 homes when I relocated to nerja, very professional and couldn’t do enough to help with our moves. Actually went above and beyond on my last property as it wasn’t advertised so the owner went out her way to find the the property owner to secure a good deal for us to move into the property. I now use the company to find me holiday let’s for when I visit Nerja as back living in uk. English and Spanish speaking so no problems with translations.

We booked our apartment with NPS well in advance and were then caught out by the pandemic. Laura helped us move the dates and carry our deposit forward. When we finally arrived we were met at the apartment and given all the relevant information we could want. Laura was always available to answer any queries we had. We would not hesitate to book with NPS again. Indeed, I'm sure we shall.

Great service again. We discussed different options and were taken to see several places, then were finally able to negotiate a 6 month lease at a great rate on a place we were only expecting to be at for a month. Everyone on the team is responsive and helpful despite our never changing preferences, and we’ve now relied on their expertise for at least 6 years. Thanks to all the team!

We bought our property 5 year’s ago from Nerja Property services. They have managed my property for both long term rentals and holiday lets for the past 5 years. I’ve nothing but good things to say about them. They have taken care and managed all my cleaning and laundry changes. They’ve taken care of my guests/tenants regular requests and sometimes often unreasonable demands. They’ve stepped in and taken care of everyday repairs and disasters such as when my washing machine flooded the whole apartment and rehoused my guest that was due to move in that day. They always deal with any issues or enquiries professionally, efficiently and with care and attention. I cannot recommend them enough if you want a good, reliable and friendly company then give them a try for either sales or rentals.

Ever since 2016 till now Laura and her team have been very helpful finding us a suitable property for the winter months.They have a large variety of properties ,also cozy houses with fireplaces to keep you warm in the winter months and make you feel at home. Whenever there is something missing in the house or there is something broken, they are one message or phonecall away and quickly solve the problem. Also for next winter 2022/2023 our house is already booked. And that is a good feeling ! Thank you all 💝

I have been trying to contact Nerja Property Services since before Christmas, both by email and telephone but to no avail. I am booked into one of their properties at the end of January but I have no idea as to what is happening. I paid my deposit as required and would like to be made aware as to what is happening.

Update: September 2020 The company contacted me to confirm the rescheduling of the reservation to the previously agreed date in 2021. Will re-update after actually trying the service in 2021. Original review: Augusto 2020 This company offered to change a reservation to a subsequent date, maintaining the value that was quoted. After I agreed, they completely stopped responding to emails. They did not return the deposit. This amounts to fraud. If necessary I can post the emails exchanges with this company as proof. Be aware.

Hatten einen festen Termin zur Besichtigung von 3 Objekten zur Langzeitmiete. Sind 250 km angereist, für 2 Tage ein Hotelzimmer gemietet, dann 1Std. vor dem Termin die Absage für 2 Objekte, das 3. Objekt konnte/ sollte dann erst am nächsten Tag besichtigt werden, wegen schlechter Witterungsverhältnisse. Haben dann dankend verzichtet. Kann diesen Makler nicht weiterempfehlen.
