Dimitri and his team have been the management agent with our villa for 9 years, and then recently successfully marketed and sold the villa. His great strength is when the chips are down, leaks, issues, all are just calmly taken care off. Dimitri and his team have managed our apartment in Nerja for over 5 years. Dimitri is able to support owners who rent their property as he is fluent in several languages, including, of course, Spanish and English Dimitri’s team look after cleaning an preparing the apartment for new guests. If anyone staying at the apartment our guests or ourselves has any any problems with their stay Dimitri quickly resolves them. Dimitri has arranged for major repairs and renovations on the property including electrics, plumbing and other building works. The work has always been if the highest quality.
